3.Effects of Psoralen on Improving Chemotherapeutics Drug's Concentration of HL60 Cells
Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;19(6):391-393
Objective To determine the reversal effect of psoralen on multidrug resistance (MDR) in the harringtonine (HT)-resistant leukemic cell line HL60/HT. Method The modulating effect of psoralen on MDR in HL60 and HL60/HT cells were determined by the measurement of cell growth and viability via MTT assay. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to analyze intracellular HT concentrations in HL60/HT and HL60 cells treated with psoralen. Result Psoralen from 1 to 20 μmol/L could reduce the value of IC50 to HT and enhance the accumulation of HT in HL60/HT cells. Conclusion Psoralen can reverse MDR of HL60/HT cells and is a potential modulator of MDR.

5.THE COMPARATION OF EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS EXTRACTING THE PROTEOLYTIC ENZYME FROM THE ALIMENTARY CANAL OF PNEUMATOPHORUS JAPONICUS
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Various conditions were compared for extracting the proteolytic enxyme from the alimentary canal of Pneumatophorus juponicus (Houttuyn). The results showed that when using CaCl2 as activator, the suitable conditions were pH7. 5,extracting temperature 20 C,extracting time 2h,activiting time 16h,70% alcohol precipitaion.
6.Study on the extraction recovery of docetaxel in plasma by different solid-phase cartridges
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(22):2629-2630,2634
Objective To optimize the solid-phase extraction method by comparison of the extraction recovery of docetaxel plas-ma samples. Methods After extracted by different solid-phase cartridges with water, acetonitrile, and different content methanol e-lution,the plasma samples were analyzed on an Phenomenex LUNA C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with mehhanol:acetoni-trile:water(42∶26∶32,v/v/v)as the mobile phase. From the recovery achieved, the best solid phase cartridge was found. Results This method consists of using 60%-80% methanol for the elution.Among the three kinds of solid-phase being tested,Waters Oasis HLB cartridge was found to be the best one. Conclusion The average extraction recovery of the Waters Oasis HLB cartrid-ges was between 95%-105%,and it can be used in the analysis of docetaxel in plasma samples.
7.Hand Hygiene Survey of Medical Staff
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of hand hygiene in our hospital to explore effective measures for implementation.METHODS 258 medical personnel, were investigated for the hand-washing,before and after the implementation of the hands of our health system to compare the nosocomial infection rate.RESULTS The low rate 35.02%~49.42% of medical personnel washed their hands before the normal operation in and out the Ⅱ area.Hand-washing compliance rate was only 54.17%;and after the implementation of our health system in hand, nosocomial infection rate decreased 30%.CONCLUSIONS Washing hands is important to prevent nosocomial infection,Medical personnel generally do not have a strong sense and we should start and strengthen the supervision and improve the supporting facilities to ensure the compliance of medical staff.
8.Trial-Production of Y JM-1 Halotherapy Device and Its Clinical Application.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective A Halotherapy (HT) device for meeting the demands of human body, has been trial-produced to efficiently treat the respiratory diseases.Method By means of grains of salt having been processed in a series of ways, proper halospray has been made for the treatment of respiratory diseases.Result Y JM-1 desk-top Halotherapy device, meeting the demands of human body and featuring a good halospray size and space density, has been developed, which is highly efficient to the treatment of respiratory diseases. Conclusion Y JM-1 desk-top Halotherapy device is a novel and creative one for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
9.Laboratory tests in autoimmune renal diseases:an update
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;37(8):567-569
Autoimmune diseases are characterized by the presence of various autoantibodies and may cause injuries to multiple organs, with kidney as the most common and important organ involved.Autoantibodies are of great importance in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of autoimmune renal diseases.Lupus nephritis,anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis and antiglomerular basement membrane (GBM) disease are the most common autoimmune renal diseases.Anti-C1q antibody,ANCA and anti-GBM antibody play important roles in those diseases, respectively.Appropriate and steady detecting methods are crucial to clinicians, and the results should also be interpreted with great cautions.
10.Progress in application of the combination of neural stem cells and Schwann cells for nerve repairing.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(13):1006-1009
Neural stem cells (NSCs) and Schwann cells (SCs) both play an important role in the recovery and regeneration of peripheral nerve injury, which makes them become the focus in the field of nerve injury research. SCs provide a suitable microenvironment for the recovery and regeneration of injured peripheral nerve through secreting various cytokines and other related factors, and they can significantly promote the differentiation of NSCs into neurons. Recently with the development of microsurgical technique, using nerve conduits along with NSCs and SCs to bridge nerve stumps so as to repair peripheral nerve injury has now attracted increasing research interest. In this article, we focus on the effects and mechanisms of NSCs and SCs on peripheral nerve injury and regeneration process, and describe the future trend and potential clinical application of the technology combining both two cells and nerve conduits to repair peripheral nerve injury.
