Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of pneumatic lithotripsy combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in patients with ureteral stones. Methods Pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ESWL was employed in the treatment of 365 cases of ureteral stones. Results Of the 365 cases,the operation succeeded in 360 cases and failed in 2 cases,and ureteral perforation occurred in 3 cases.ESWL was required in 80 cases after pneumatic lithotripsy. Conclusions Pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ESWL offers advantages of high efficacy,minimal invasion and broad indications.

Objective To establish gas chromatography for determining the contents of borneol in aqueous humor and perfusate of rabbit cornea.Methods Naphthalene was used as the internal standard,samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and the chromatographic procedure was carried out in OV-1701 capillary column.The parameters were set as follows:Inject Temp,210 ℃;Oven Temp,30 ℃;FID Temp,250 ℃;Carrier gas:Nitrogen,3.0psi;Hydrogen,45 ml/min;Air,450 ml/min;split ratio,10:1.Results Borneol and isoborneol were well separated from other components.Borneol and isoborneol had an good linearity in the rang of 0.2～20 ?g/ml,R2 was 0.9953 for borneol and 0.9902 for isoborneol;and the intra-day and inter-day RSD were less than 9.68 %and 12.60 %respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and precise,and can be used for determining borneol in ophthalmological preparation.

Objective To evaluate the treatment of ureteral stones with pneumatic lithotripter under ureterscopy and the prevention of complications. Methords 43 cases of ureteral stones that had been treated with pneumatic lithotripter under ureteroscopy was reviewed. Results 93.0%(40/43)of the stones were fragmented on one session,93.0%(40/43)of the stones were expelled within 7 days afer the procedure.No complications occurred. Conclusions Treatment of ureteral stones with pneumatic lithotripter under ureterscopy is safe and effecive.

Objective To study CT diagnostic value of benign and malignant salivary gland lesions.Methods CT features in 36 cases with pathologically-proved salivary lesions were retrospectively analyzed.There were 19 cases with benign tumors,5 cases with chronic inflammation,1 case with tuberculosis and 11 cases with malignant tumors.Results Benign tumors were regular in 17 and well-defined in 16.All cases with chronic inflammation and 1 case with tuberculosis were regular but ill-defined.Benign lesions showed homogeneous or inhomogeneous density.Of all 11 malignant tumors,7 cases presented ill-defined margin with irregularity in shape,infiltration of adjacent subcutaneous fat tissue and disappearing of epiderm.Salivary glands enlarged and looked like "cast form" in malignant tumors.Most of the malignant tumors and benign tumors presented inhomogeneous density.Conclusion CT scan is of important value in the diagnosis of salivary diseases.

Objective To investigate the expression and pathological diagnostic utility of ?-methylacyl-coenzyme A racemase(P504S)in prostate cancer(PC). Methods The specimens of 42 cases of PC,18 cases of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN)and 25 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)tissues were immunohistochemical stained with P504S,34?E 12 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)antibody,respectively. Their staining extent and intensity were analyzed and compared. Results Of the 42 PC cases,33(79%)showed positive P504S staining with moderate to strong staining intensity, which was significantly stronger than that of PIN and BPH cases,while adjacent normal glands were all negative. Weakly positive P504S staining was found in 6(33%)of 18 PIN cases and 2(8%)of 25 BPH cases,while it was negative in others.The specimens of BPH cases had a complete basal cell layer and were positive for 34?E 12 ;while 40 cases of PC had no basal cell layer and only 2 cases had discontinuous basal cell layers with weak staining.The basal cell layers of PIN cases were positive for 34?E 12 and the staining was a little weaker than that of BPH cases.All the specimens of BPH,PIN and PC cases showed positive staining for VEGF,the extent and staining intensity had no significant difference among these groups. Conclusions P504S has high sensitivity and good specificity in the diagnosis of PC,and is helpful for differentiating the suspected cases when combined with 34?E 12.

Objective:To explore the effects of class career psychological guidance(CCPG)on the career planning abilities of college students.Methods:By random sampling and control study methods,one class of college students were regarded as the experimental class of subjects,the other class was regarded as the control.The experimental class received 3 months of group training of CCPG,while the control class did not.They were assessed with the effect assessment scale of CCPG and the experimental class was retested 3.5 months later.Results:The overall level of career planning abilities had been improved in the experimental class after 3 months of CCPG,such as in the career planning confidence and the ability to solve problems relating to career,not in the control class. Most of the improved factors in the experimental class were still good after 3.5 months.Conclusion:The class career psychological guidance has a positive role in promoting the career planning abilities of college students.

Objective To study the reason and the preventive measures that adverse effects of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) for renal stones during treatment.Methods From April 2015 to January 2016,165 patients who underwent ESWL treatment for renal stones were enrolled this retrospective study.All patients were in supine position.Direction of shockwave was by the path of preabdomen.The adverse effects during treatment were observed.The related factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results There were 70 cases(42.4％) with pain,10 cases(6.1％) with cold sweat,8 cases (4.8％) with accelerated heart rate,5 cases (3.0％)with descent of heart rate,2 cases (1.2％) with nausea and vomiting.In the univariate Logistic regression analysis,four variables (BMI,history of ESWL treatment,stone location and energy) were found showing statistical significance.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the final significant related factors were BMI ＜ 24.0 kg/m2 (OR =4.155,CI 1.373-12.571),history of ESWL treatment (OR =0.163,CI 0.058-0.454),stone in pelvis(OR =123.051,CI 17.638-858.439),stone in middle calyceal (OR =169.171,CI 29.677-964.343),energy 86.3-94.7J (OR =0.094,CI 0.025-0.362).Conclusions Pain was the most common adverse effect during the treatment of ESWL.Stone location (pelvis and middle calyceal) was an independent risk factor,BMI ＜ 24.0 kg/m2 was one of the related risk factors.Both energy 86.3-94.7J and history of ESWL treatment were preventive factors.

Objective To investigate an accurate and applicable localizing method of puncture point for neuroendoscopic third ventriculostomy in neurosurgery so as to ensure that the neuroendoscope is led to the anterior membrane of mammillary body on the base of third ventricle directly. Methods Based on the MR characteristics including multiple directions and angles and high soft tissue resolution, the coordinate of puncture point was measured and calculated for neuroendoscopic third ventriculostomy in MRI. Results~The position of puncture point for neuroendoscopic third ventriculostomy was (127.2?9.9)mm to nasal root, or (17.1?5.6)mm in front of coronal suture and (20.3?4.7)mm to sagittal suture. The angle between the puncturing line and the cerebral falx was (12.3?1.9)?, and the depth from scalp to anterior membrane of mammillary body was (89.3?10.4)mm. Conclusion MRI-guided localization for neuroendoscopic third ventriculostomy is an accurate, simple, safe, painless, and applicable method.

Objective To clarify the role of a cell cycle regulator, cyclin D1 and CDK6 in patients with gastric carcinoma. Method Tissue samples from 48 patients with gastric carcinoma were included in the current study. Expression levels of cyclin Dl and CDK6 in samples of normal mucosa and tumor tissue were analyzed by Western blot. Objkctive To determine the potential ability of the area of each peak for the proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1 H-MRS) in the diagnosis of DNS(Delayed neuropsychological sequelae after carbon monoxide poisoning).Methods MRI and STEAM(stimulated-echo-acquisition mode)were performed in 38 DNS patients and 18 healthy volunteers.The area of the peak of each organic compound were obtained in each volume of interest.Results The data spectra abtained from patients shows NAA(881±76),Cho(2 352 ±86),β、γGlx(3 024 ± 187).Compared with the control group,theβ、γGlx ratio and Cho area increased,but the NAA ratio decreased.The area of NAA,Cho,β、γGlx between DNS and control group were compared,the results showed significant differences (P ＜0.05).In spectroscopy,the Lip evaluated peak in 0.9～1.40 ppm were detected.Conclusion 1H-MRS may do some contribution to the diagnosis of DNS.
