Objective : To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice on e-cigarette use among college students in Guiyang City, so as to provide insights into tobacco control health education among colleges and universities. Methods College students were sampled from full-time colleges and universities in Guiyang City using a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method from March to May in 2022. Students' knowledge, attitude and practice on e-cigarette use were collected using a questionnaire designed based on the 2019 China National Youth Tobacco Survey Questionnaire, and factors affecting the attempt to use e-cigarette were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Methods: College students were sampled from full-time colleges and universities in Guiyang City using a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method from March to May in 2022. Students' knowledge, attitude and practice on e-cigarette use were collected using a questionnaire designed based on the 2019 China National Youth Tobacco Survey Questionnaire, and factors affecting the attempt to use e-cigarette were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results : Totally 2 800 questionnaires were recovered, including 2 694 valid questionnaires, with an effective recovery rate of 96.21%. The respondents included 687 males (25.50%) and 2 007 females (74.50%). The total score of knowledge on e-cigarette use was (2.95±1.02) points, and there were low proportions of knowing that e-cigarettes contained hazardous substances, including nicotine and tar (59.06%) and knowing that e-cigarette use may cause diseases (53.27%). The total score of attitudes towards e-cigarette use was (5.09±2.36) points, and 93.50% of respondents did not use e-cigarettes given by companions. There were 132 students with attempts to use e-cigarettes (4.90%), and there were 29 current e-cigarette users (1.08%). Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified age of 20 years and lower (OR=0.438, 95%CI: 0.267-0.719), living in rural areas (OR=0.458, 95%CI: 0.264-0.794), thinking that e-cigarettes are addictive (OR=0.449, 95%CI: 0.217-0.928), and thinking that e-cigarette smoking is harmful (OR=0.263, 95%CI: 0.131-0.527) as factors protecting from e-cigarette use, and monthly living expenses of more than 2 000 Yuan (OR=2.995, 95%CI: 1.135-7.902), cigarette smoking (OR=19.826, 95%CI: 11.385-34.527), and using companions' e-cigarettes (OR=9.141, 95%CI: 5.534-15.101) and thinking that people around me support my use of e-cigarettes (OR=2.673, 95%CI: 1.426-5.013) were risk factors for e-cigarette use among college students. Conclusions There is a low awareness rate of e-cigarette use among college students in Guiyang City, and the majority oppose e-cigarette use, with a low proportion of attempt to use e-cigarettes. Age, source of students, monthly living expenses, e-cigarette smoking, knowledge on e-cigarette use and use of companions' e-cigarettes may affect the attempt to use e-cigarettes.

Objective: To explore the turnover intention of nurses in Quzhou and its influential factors. Methods: From July to August in 2017 cross-sectional study and self-filled questionnaire are used to investigate 980 nurses from 7 hospitals in Quzhou, including two third-level hospitals and five second-level ones. T-test, F-test, Pearson and linear regression are used in data with the method of statistical analysis. Results: The total score of turnover intention of nurses was (14.95±3.17) points, and the index value was 62.27%, of which the turnover intention was above 78%. The analysis of Single factor showed that age (F=4.895) , Department (F=2.971) , title, nursing age (F=5.863) , self-assessment of physical conditions (F=4.092) were closely related to nurses’ turnover intention(P<0.05). According to Person’s correlation analysis, there are positive correlations between turnover intention and source of stressor, and moral distress (P<0.05) . Multiple linear regression showed that the nurses’ turnover intention was age, Department, health selfevaluation, stressor and moral distress. Conclusion The turnover intention of nurses is high, which is related to age, Department, self-evaluation of health, stressor and moral distress.

OBJECTIVETo explore the changes in hemorheology and expression of neutrophil adhesion molecules CD18 and CD62L in pancreatic microcirculation of Caerulein induced experimental acute pancreatitis (AP).

METHODSThe Wistar rats (n = 21) were randomized into three groups. The model of AP was established by subcutaneous injection of Caerulein. The changes of apparent viscosity of whole blood were measured by Low- shear 30 rheometer. The expression of adhesion molecules on the surface of neutrophil in duced by shear stress was used with stationary control. CD18 expression was increased on neutrophils treated with shear rate, and andanalyzed using flow cytometry.

RESULTSRat treated with Caerulein showed hyperamyleimia (t = 69.029, t = 79.734, P < 0.05). Blood viscosity of two AP groups were significantly elevated (0.512 s(-1): t = 10.725, t = 16.945; 5.96 s(-1): t = 12.781, t = 11.992, P < 0.05). Compared with stationary control, CD18 expression was increased on neutrophil treated with shear rate, and significantly induced with shear rate >/= 94.5 s(-1) (94.5 s(-1): t = 7.403, t = 13.323, t = 16.655; 128.5 s(-1): t = 10.092, t = 28.531, t = 24.563, P < 0.05). The expression of CD62L was less sensitive to low shear rate, and began to be down-regulated significantly when the shear rate >/= 94.5 s(-1) (94.5 s(-1): t = 10.687, t = 19.376, t = 12.848; 128.5 s(-1): t = 26.152, t = 48.402, t = 56.814, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONSThe changes of apparent viscosity of whole blood, and the effect of fluid shear stress on the expression of neutrophil adhesion molecules CD18, CD62L may play an important role in the pancreatic microcirculatory failure of acute pancreatitis.

Objective: To investigate the efficiency and safety of hypofractionated radiotherapy (HFR) combined with chemotherapy using paclitaxel for the treatment of esophageal cancer (EC) patients with post-operative tracheoesophageal groove lymph node (TGLN) metastasis. Methods: A total of fifty-three post-operative EC patients with TGLN metastasis were randomly divided into HFR group (n=25), receiving a radiation of 60 Gy/20 fractions, and conventional fractionated radiotherapy (CFR) group (n=28), receiving a radiation of 60 Gy/30 fractions combined with chemotherapy using paclitaxel with a dosage of 50 mg once per week through tossing a coin. the adverse events and the prognosis between two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of radiation esophagitis and pneumonitis (grade 3-4) between the HFR group and CFR group showed no statistically significant difference (44.0%, 25.0%, P>0.05; 16.0%, 7.1%, P>0.05). No statistical difference was noticed in the efficiency between the HFR group and the CFR group (P>0.05). The efficiency in patients with lymph node metastasis at diameters ≤2 cm was significantly higher than that with lymph node metastasis at diameters >2 cm (P<0.05). The median overall survival (OS) of the HFR group showed a significant increase compared with that of the CRF group [24.2 months (95%CI 16.2-32.1 months) vs. 11.8 months (95%CI 9.2-14.4 months)] (χ²=5.063, P<0.05). Both univariate and multivariate analysis indicated that TGLN diameter (P<0.05) and fractioned types (P<0.05) were factors that affected the prognosis. Conclusions: The combination of HFR and chemotherapy contributed to the improvement of prognosis in EC patients with TGLN metastasis and there was no obvious increase in the adverse events.
