A quantitative study of effect of mental factor on neurodermatitis and alpoecia areata was made. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and Holmes's Socia Redjustment Rating Scale (SRRS) were used to evaluate individuality and mental stress. The results showed that the effect of mental stress was more obvious on alopecia areata than neurodermatitis, and that either intensity or frequent of mental stress showed no significant difference between patients and health person. The score of the patients is higher than the Chinese norm in five divided scale of MMPI. Therefore, the mental factor is only in inducing factor in these two dematoses. Methodology studing effect of factors on somatic diseases is discussed.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Xuebijing (Chinese herbal medicine preparation) on lung fibrosis in a rat model of oleic acid - induced lung injury.MethodsSixty SPF level of male Wistar rats were randomly ( random number) divided into three groups ( n =20 ):normal control group ( group A),oleic acid model group (group B),oleic acid and Xuebijing group (group C).Rats in group A were injected with normal saline (0.13 ml/kg) ; acute lung injury (ALI) model rats were injected with oleic acid (0. 13 ml/kg) intravenously in B and C groups.Twelve hours after administrations of saline or oleic acid into rats of three groups separately,samples of arterial blood from all rats were taken for blood gas analysis.By analysis of blood oxygen partial pressure,the acute lung injury model successfully made was confirmed.Then the rats in group C were treated with xuebijing (4 ml/kg) intravenously,once a day from the 1st to 7th day.The rats in groups A and B were treated with saline (4 ml/kg).Five rats in each group were randomly sacrificed on the 1st,7th,14th,28th day,separately.The bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) of left lung of all rats was carried out after weight of lung weighed.The lefi lungs of rats were weighed in wet and dry in order to get the wet/dry ratio.Venous blood and BAL fluid (BALF) were obtained for detection of procollagen Ⅲ ( PC Ⅲ ) concentrations with enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Right upper lobe of lung specimens was taken for histopathological examination after paraffin - embedded sections with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and Masson staining.Multiple comparisons were analyzed by using oneway analysis of variance (SNK-q test).Statistical analyses were performed by using SPSS 13.0 software.ResultsOxygenation index of groups B and C ( PaO2/FiO2 ＜ 300) significantly decreased compared with the group A ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Levels of serum PC Ⅲ on the 14th day and 28th day in group C decreased significantly in comparison with group B ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Compared with group A,the levels of BALF PC Ⅲ and serum PC Ⅲ in group B and group C on the 7th day,14th day and 28th day increased ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Levels of PC Ⅲ in BALF on the 7th day,14th day and 28th day in C group decreased in comparison with group B ( P ＜0.01 ).Compared with group A,the levels of PCⅢ in BALF in group B and group C on the 7th day,14th day and 28th day increased ( P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionsThe result suggests that treatment with xuebijing may be useful in inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis during the course of ALI in rots.

OBJECTIVE:To study the action mechanism of the self-made Wuhuang tang(Chinese medicine)in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis(chronic nonbacterial prostatitis,CNBP)so as to promote the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to the molecular level.METHODS:90 patients with CNBP were divided into two groups(n=45 each):one group received western medicine alone,another group received integrated Chinese and western medicine(ICWM)(Wuhuangtang plus western medicine).The indicators such as the expressed prostatic secretions(EPS)routine,IL-1?,and TNF-? before and after the treatment were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The levels of IL-1? and TNF-? in ICWM-treated group decreased significantly and the clinical symptoms of these patients improved significantly as compared with those treated with western medicine alone.CONCLUSION:The self-made Wuhuang tang can markedly alleviate the symptoms of CNBP patients and decrease levels of IL-1? and TNF-? in patients' EPS,thus it is an effective clinical empirical prescription for CNBP.

Chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)is a pluripotent stem cell disease characterized by the proliferation of myeloid cell.Ph chromosome has been found in 95% of CML patients.BCR-ABL fusion protein expressing on Ph chromosome displayed constitutive tyrosine kinase activity.The fusion protein could phosphorylate and activate downstream substrates continually in the process of cell signal transduction,and then cells proliferate and migrate constantly,resulting the occurrence of CML.In recent years, people have been tried various methods to cure CML, which included developing some chemotherapy drugs and herbal extracts,as well as designing and synthesizing the inhibitors targeting BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase.Clinical studies showed that these drugs have been achieved remarkable effects.This paple aimed to review for drugs treated in CML.

Objective:To establish the reference range of red blood cell parameters within 24 hours after birth of premature infants with different gestational ages and genders.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, a retrospective analysis was performed in premature infants who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019. These newborns were delivered in the obstetrics department of our hospital or came from other parts of Jilin Province. All of their radial artery blood were collected within 24 hours after birth. According to the blood examination results, we analyzed reference range of red blood cell parameters of these premature infants.Results:With the increase of gestational age, the number of RBC, HGB, HCT, MCHC gradually increases and the number of MCV, MCH gradually decreases. There are differences in some red blood cell parameters of premature infants with 34 week≤gestational age<37 week between different genders. Compared with boys, the number of RBC, HGB, HCT and MCV in girls were higher. The number of RBC in premature infants with 23 week≤gestational age<28 week and 28 week ≤ gestion age<34 week are 2.58×10 12-5.45×10 12/L and 2.97×10 12-5.86×10 12/L respectively. In the group of premature infants with 34 week ≤gestion age<37 week, the number of RBC in boys is 3.38×10 12-5.83×10 12/L, while the number of RBC in girls is 3.18-5.89×10 12/L. There're no difference in RDW among preterm infants with different gestational ages and genders, which is 14.8%-20.6%. Conclusions:The study established the reference range of red blood cell parameters of 23 w≤gestational age<37 w premature infants within 24 hours after the birth and explored the differences in red blood cell parameters of premature infants with different gestational ages and genders.

OBJECTIVE:To review the selection process and methods of WHO Essential Drug List and to analyze the problem and challenge of the selection and evaluation of National Essential Drug List in order to provide suggestion for the selection and evaluation of essential drug list in China. METHODS:The selection process of previous National Essential Drug Lists were compared with that of National Essential Drug Lists(2009 edition)and WHO Essential Drug List. The problem and limit of National Essential Drug List were found out to put forward countermeasure. RESULTS:The prominent problem of the selection and evaluation of National Essential Drug List were as follows:the categories of drugs were changed significantly and including of some drugs was not supported by scientific evidence. There was no indirection and standard for the evidencebased selection and evaluation of essential drug. CONCLUSION:Aiming at the problem of the selection and evaluation of National Essential Drug List,evidencebased evaluation research is conducted to establish indirection and standard for the selection of essential drug list and database. Professionals and institutions for evidencebased evaluation and selection of essential drug list should be established to promote evidencebased evaluation and selection of National Essential Drug List and make more scientific decision.

Objective To observe the effects of the preconditioning of ulinastatin on GES-1 cell injury induced by oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD). Methods GES-1 cells were cultured in vitro and divided into three groups: normal control group (group N), oxygen and glucose deprivation group (group O), and ulinastatin preconditioning group (group U). The OGD model of GES-1 cells were established by glucose-free medium and three-gas incubator for 6h. Ulinastatin was added to group U 12h before the deprivation of oxygen and glucose. The cell viability and apoptosis were determined by cck-8 and flow cytometry respectively. Western Blot was used to examine the protein expression of Caspase-3 and Cleaved Caspase-3. The TRPV1 mRNA expression was measured by quantitative real-time PCR. Results As compared with group N, the viability of GES-1 was decreased, the apoptotic rate and the expression of Caspase-3 and Cleaved Caspase-3 were increased, and the TRPV1 mRNA expression decreased greatly in group O (P < 0.05). As compared with group O, the aforementioned changes were significantly inhibited in group U. Conclusions Ulinastatin preconditioning could effectively inhibit GES-1 cell injury induced by OGD, which may be related to the inhibition of apoptosis and the upregulation of TRPV1 mRNA expression.

Methods Sixty SPF level of healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group(group A),oleic acid model group(group B)and oleic acid and Methylprednisolone group(group C),and each group with 20 cases rats. ARDS model rats were established by injection with oleic acid(0. 14 ml/ kg)intravenously. Twelve hours after injection,aterial blood was drawn for blood gas analysis of blood oxygen partial pressure in order to confirm that acute lung injury model was successful. Then the rats in group C were treated with injection of Methylprednisolone( 4 mg/ kg) intravenously,once a day,from the 1st to 7th day. The rats in A and B groups were given saline(4 ml/ kg). Five rats in each group were randomly sacrificed on the1st,7th,14th,28th day respectively. The left lung of all rats was underwent bronchoalveolar lavage after weighed. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid( BALF)were obtained for detection of procollagen III(PCⅢ)concentrations with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Right lobe of lung specimens was used for histopathological examination. Results Compared with the group A,PaO2 in group B and C were decreased significantly(P < 0. 01),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P > 0. 05). The levels of PCⅢ concentrations of BALF in Group A,B and C group were(30. 61 ± 0. 52)μg/ L,(30. 14 ± 0. 41)μg/ L and(30. 71 ± 0. 74)μg/ L respectively on the first day,(29. 15 ± 0. 17)μg/ L,(34. 35 ± 0. 73)μg/ L and(31. 72 ± 0. 46)μg/ L respectively at the 7th day,(30. 23 ± 0. 41)μg/ L, (38. 61 ± 1. 21)μg/ L and(33. 32 ± 0. 57)μg/ L respectively at 14th day and(31. 12 ± 0. 22)μg/ L,(37. 53 ± 2. 46)μg/ L and(34. 45 ± 0. 27)μg/ L respectively at 28th day. Levels of PCⅢ concentrations of BALF at 7th, 14th and 28th day time point in group B and C were decreased in comparison of A group(P < 0. 05),and there was significant difference between B and C group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion A treatment with Methylprednisolone may be useful in inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis in the process of ARDS in rats.

ObjectiveThe psychologic health level of college and secondaryschool students and the relevant fac- tors were investigated to scientific basis and guidance for school mental health work. MethodsStandard 1251 cases were drawn from 1% of students in colleges and middle schools of Shaanxi province. Taking 14 psychic health level indexes in SCL-90 as dependent variable and 109 indexes of psychic health back ground as in-dependent variable, multi-factor analyses have been made. Results22.6 % of students had relatively serious psychological problems. The score of SCL-90 in females was a little bit higher than that in males. The scores of students at both universities and se- nior middle schools were higher than that in junior middle schools students. The score of SCL-90 of students who came from the countryside was higher than that of city students. The score of the whole students was higher than that of the normal. The students with psychic problems showed obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, paranoia and hostility. Factor-analysis showed that influencing factors included history of positive individual risking behavior, physical conditions,grade,address, family influences, menses and sexual prombles, bad relation with others, poor self-assessment. ConclusionThe psychologic health level of the students investigated is lower than that of the whole society. The factors, which hamper psychic health of students, are biological ,psychological and social in nature.

This study was aimed to observe the effect ofJia-Shen prescription (JSP) on angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) inhibition, ventricular remodeling in myocardial infarction (MI) rat model. The anterior descending coronary artery of Sprague-Dawley rat was ligated to establish the MI rat model. Rats were randomly divided into the 3 g JSP group, 6 g JSP group, losartan group, model group, and the sham-operation group. Intragastric administration of medication was given 24 h after MI. In the 3 g and 6 g JSP group, JSP was given at the dose of 3 g·kg-1·day-1 and 6 g·kg-1day-1, respectively. Losartan was given at the dose of 10 mg·kg-1·day-1 in the losartan group. Same volume of distilled water was given to the sham-operation and model group. Four weeks later, the left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), posterior wall thickness (PWT), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular fractional shorten (LVFS), left ventricular weight index (LVWI), the distribution and content of collagen, plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and the AngⅡ content in myocardial tissues homogenate were observed. The results showed that 4 weeks after MI, compared to the model group, 6 g PJP reduced myocardial infarct size, LVWI, LVEDD and LVESD, and enhanced LVEF and LVFS (P< 0.05). In ischemic regions, compared to the model group, JSP can obviously reduce the content of collagen (P < 0.05). This effect had dose-dependent relationship. Plasma BNP and AngⅡ content in myocardial tissues homogenate were also obviously lower than the model group (P< 0.05). It was concluded that JSP can improve the ventricular remodeling of MI rat model. Its action mechanism may be through the AngⅡ inhibition, in order to improve the early stage left ventricular morphological remodeling, myocardial fibrosis and cardiac contractile function.
