The average numbr of complaints of over-all section was 47.36+26.89, the somatic section (31. 73+16. l4) and the psychic (l5. 64+-12. 64) in the chranic urticaria. The average number of complaints of over-all section was R8.50+20.89, the somatic section (22. 63+-13. 10) and psychic section (15. 87+-9. 90) in the alopecia areata, For the control, over-all section was 25. 18+18. 87, the somatic section (16. 30+l2. 38) and the psychic(8. 88+8. 96) in the dermatophytosis. Consquently, there was an increased number of complaints in the group of chronic urticaria and alopecia areata than the control group. 2. There was increased complaint of both the somatic and psychic section in the chronic urticaria. 3. There was increased complaint of psychic section than the somatic section in the alopecia areata.

Esperson, a new topieal steroid ointment containing 0. 25% 17-desoxymethasone, w as used in several kinds of dermatoses. Total 32 patients including 8 cases of contact dermatitis, 2 of atopic dermatitis, 5 of seborrheicdennatitis, 3 of neurodermatitis, 4 of nummular eczema, 2 of hand eczema, 1 of chronic eczema, 1 of perioral dermatitis, 5 of psoriasis and 1 of pityriasis rosea were treated with Esperson. Among these 32 patients, we observed excellent effects in 11 patients (34.4%), good effects in 16 patients (50%) and fair effects in 4 patients (12. 5%). Namely, among these 32 patients, 27 patients (84. 4%) revealed excellent to good therapeutic effects on their skin conditions with Esperson. In some details, 22 out of 26 patients (84.6%) with eczema and 4 out of 5 patients (80%) with psoriasis revealed excellent to good therapeutic effects respectively. No untoward side effect was noted in all subjects treated with Esperson.

Journal of the Korean Pediatric Society 2000;43(11):1501-1504
Tracheal bronchus is an aberrant bronchus that arises most often from the right tracheal wall above the carina and is the result of an additional tracheal outgrowth early in embryonic life. It; incidence ranges between 0.1 and 5%. This anomaly is usually diagnosed incidentally during bronchoscopy, bronchography or computed tomography. Occasionally, it represents the underlying etiology for chronic pulmonary disease, especially if it involves the right upper lobe and reflects an abnorrnal pulmonary clearing mechanism. The tracheal bronchus may be associated with other bronchopulmonary anomalies, tracheal stenosis, or Down's syndrome. Asymptornatic tracheal bronchus does not require any treatment. In case of tracheal bronchus associated recurrent right upper lobe diseases, tracheal bronchus therapy should include resection of the aberrant bronchus as well as the lob it supplies.
