Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of cyclinD1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods The published studies were searched in the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM databas-es,the quality of the included studies was assessed.Revman5.0.1 software was adopted to test for heterogeneity of the selected re-search literature and analyze the correlation of cyclinD1 and OSCC by calculating OR and 95%CI .Results A total of 31 case-con-trol studies were included in the study, the case group (OSCC group)was 1 604 cases and the control group was 864 cases (inclu-ding normal oral mucosa tissue 452 cases and precancerous lesions 412 cases). The Meta analysis of results showed that the expres-sion of CyclinD1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than normal tissue[OR (95%CI )at 11.92 (6.71 -21.18)].CyclinD1 was related to differentiated degree, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of OSCC positively(P <0.05),but was not related to age and gender (P >0.05).Conclusion According to the current relevant research, the over expression of cy-clinD1 is closely related to occurrence and development of OSCC,which might be valuable for the early diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of OSCC.

OBJECTIVE:
To summarize pseudocyst of auricle governor square included surgical curative effect, the advantages of the analysis of the operation.
METHOD:
The governor of the central square in auricle pseudocyst incision, 56 cases were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, surgical curative effect and advantages were summarized.
RESULT:
Adopt the auricle pseudocyst governor of the central square of incision, postoperative follow-up of 6 months did not relapse.
CONCLUSION
Rectangle window method effective method of treating pseudocyst of auricle, able to cure pseudocyst of auricle, is a kind of simple, practical, and value in the basic-level hospital surgical method.

Chinese Journal of Neuromedicine 2018;17(2):142-146
Objective To explore the relation of gamma knife radiation doses and changes of trigeminal nerves after gamma knife irradiation by studying the changes of trigeminal somatosensory evoked potentials (TSEP) characteristics oftrigeminal nerve roots irradiated by gamma knife in normal animals. Methods Fifteen New Zealand rabbits were divided into 60 Gy irradiation group,80 Gy irradiation group,100 Gy irradiation group,120 Gy irradiation group and control group in accordance with random number table (n=3).The first 4 groups used Gamma Plan 5.34 planning system to design the radiation targets and radiation doses. The target was placed at trigeminal nerve root entry zone, bilateral irradiation was performed, and the central dose was divided into 60 Gy,80 Gy,100 Gy and 120 Gy.The bilateral TSEP was monitored before and 6 months after irradiation. The monitoring data were recorded and statistical analysis was performed. Results P1,N1,P2 wave latencies,P1-N1,N1-P2 interpeak latencies and amplitudes in the 60 Gy irradiation group after irradiation showed no significant differences as compared with those in the control group (P>0.05);P1,N1,P2 wave latencies,P1-N1,N1-P2 interpeak latencies and amplitudes in the 80 Gy irradiation group,100 Gy irradiation group, and 120 Gy irradiation group after irradiation showed significant differences as compared with those in the control group (P<0.05),and these changes increase with increase of doses. Conclusion The changes of TSEP,which increase with increase of doses, are closely related to the doses of gamma knife irradiation,of which 80 Gy is the lowest dose to produce changes.

Objective:To explore the clinical value of "hydration therapy" in the treatment of severe acute paraquat poisoning (APP).Methods:A prospective historical control observation was conducted. Fifty-eight patients with severe APP admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital Affiliated to Weifang Medical College from February 2014 to June 2019 were enrolled. Twenty-six patients admitted before May 10th, 2016 were enrolled in the standard treatment group. After being admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) from the department of emergency, patients in the standard treatment group were immediately given standard treatment such as repeated gastric lavage, catharsis, adsorption of poison by activated carbon or montmorillonite powder, drug treatment and blood purification. From May 10th, 2016, 32 patients were enrolled in the intensive treatment group. On the basis of standard treatment, "hydration therapy" was carried out, that was, 0.9% NaCl and/or 5% glucose injection were used for continuous intravenous infusion throughout the day, so as to ensure that the total amount of fluid infusion per day reached 200 mL/kg within 48-72 hours after ICU admission. At the same time, furosemide was used to strengthen diuresis to ensure the balance of water and electrolyte. If heart failure or acute pulmonary interstitial edema occurred during the treatment, "hydration therapy" should be stopped immediately. Six months after treatment, all patients were followed up. The patients with normal activity, no complaints of discomfort and no damage of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs were regarded as cured. The therapeutic effect of "hydration therapy" was evaluated. Results:There was no significant difference in gender, age, dosage or time from taking poison to ICU between the two groups. In the intensive treatment group, 32 patients did not appear heart failure during continuous rehydration treatment. Follow-up after 6 months showed that the overall cure rate in the intensive treatment group was significantly higher than that in the standard treatment group [59.4% (19/32) vs. 19.2% (5/26), P < 0.05]. In the 6-month follow-up, there was no significant difference in age or time from taking poison to ICU between the two groups, but the dosage in the intensive treatment group was significantly higher than that in the standard treatment group (mL: 54.06±26.03 vs. 23.00±4.47, P < 0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, chest CT showed that the lesions of pulmonary fibrosis of cured patients in both group gradually reduced with time, not completely progressive and irreversible. Conclusion:"Hydration therapy" with intensive diuresis can significantly improve the rescue success rate of patients with severe APP.
