Objective To investigate the changes in blood pressure and serum norepinephrine after stretching the superior cervical sympathetic ganglia.Methods The superior cervical sympathetic ganglia of 10 rabbits were stretched to simulate the physical stimulation of cervicogenic hypertension.The blood pressure and content of norepinephrine in serum were observed and the observations were correlated.Results The rabbits' blood pressure had risen significantly after the stretching.The content of norepinephrine in serum had also increased significantly.The changes in blood pressure and norepinephrine content showed significant correlation.Conclusion The changes in blood pressure and serum norepinephrine after stretching of the superior cervical sympathetic ganglia show significant correlation,at least in rabbits.

Objective To investigate the expressions of KLF2 mRNA and KLF4 mRNA in the acute lung injury (ALl) rats induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS),and to analyze the correlation between KLF2,KLF4 and ALI.Methods A total of 100 SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:normal control group and LPS treated group,then the latter group was randomly further divided into 3 subgroups as per the serum and lung tissue samples taken separately at 2,4 and 24h after modeling.The ALI model was made by injecting 5mg/kg LPS into tail vein.The pathological changes of lung tissue were observed in each group,and the expressions of KLF2,KLF4 mRNA in serum and lung tissue were detected by RT-PCR.The data of laboratory findings were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results The histopathological changes showed the most obvious damage of lung tissue occurred at 4 hours after modeling.The expressions of KLF2 mRNA and KLF4 mRNA in the lung tissue and serum of control group were significantly higher compared to LPS treated subgroups (P ＜0.01).The expression of KLF2 mRNA in LPS treated subgroup at 2 hours was lower than that in LPS subgroups at 4 hours and 24 hours (P ＜ 0.01),while the expression of KLF4 mRNA in LPS treated subgroup at 4 hours was lower than that in LPS treated subgroups at 2 hours and 24 hours (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The expression of KLF2 mRNA was occurred earlier than the pathological changes in acute lung injury,while the expression of KLF4 was emerged synchronously,and both KLF2 and KLF4 could be used as candidates of predictive and diagnostics molecular markers of ALI.

Objective To explore the prevalence and possible risk factors of depressive /anxious symptoms of patients with digestive disease .Methods Totally 245 patients with digestive diseases were recruited consecutively .Face-to-face interview and the hospital anxiety and depression scale ( HADS) ,self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS) were employed to collect the clinical data .The non-condition logistic regression was performed to analyze the data .Results The prevalence of depression and anxiety in patients with organic diseases in digestive system was 36.3%.Among them,the higher incidence of depression and anxiety symptoms were digestive system tumors , peptic ulcer , acute pancreatitis and cirrhosis .The educational degree was correlated with simple depression,pure anxiety,depression complicated with anxiety (χ2 =8.781,P=0.013;χ2 =7.976,P=0.018;χ2 =15.807,P=0.003),the degree of high school or above was a protective factor ,the OR values were 0.347, 0.373,0.301.The gender was also correlated with depression ,anxiety,depression complicated with anxiety (χ2 =4.343,P=0.031;χ2 =1.056,P=0.017;χ2 =2.382,P=0.03),female was the risk factor of mental illness ,the OR values were 2.72,2.438,2.671.The age was correlated with depression ,depression complicated with anxiety (χ2 =9.872,P=0.002;χ2 =15.710,P=0.031),the age of over 40 years old was the risk factor of mental illness ,the OR values were 5.137,5.731.The occupation was correlated with depression (χ2 =6.017,P=0.017),the non-physical labor was the risk factors of depression , the OR value was 2.752.Conclusion There is a higher prevalence of depression and anxious symptoms in patients with digestive organic diseases .Female,senior high school or lower ,older than 40 years,and non-manual work are the risk factors of these symptoms .

Objective:To investigate Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with nimodipine in the treatment of convalescent-phase cerebral infarction and its effects on neurocognitive function, hemorheology and T cell subsets. Methods:A total of 108 patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent phase who received treatment in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China between April 2016 and December 2019 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive either nimodipine treatment (control group, n = 54) or treatment with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with nimodipine (study group, n = 54). Curative effects and changes in neurocognitive function, hemorheology and T cell subsets after treatment relative to before treatment were compared between the control and study groups. Results:Total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group [90.74% (49/54) vs. 75.93% (41/54), χ2 = 4.267, P = 0.039]. After 2 weeks of treatment, whole blood viscosity at a high shear rate, whole blood viscosity at a low shear rate, plasma viscosity in the study group were (4.17 ± 0.24) mPa/s, (9.27 ± 1.98) mPa/s, (1.07 ± 0.19) mPa/s, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(4.52 ± 0.31) mPa/s, (13.69 ± 2.13) mPa/s, (1.34 ± 0.23) mPa/s, t = 6.560, 11.169, 6.651, all P < 0.05]. The proportion of CD 3+ cells, CD 4+ and CD 4+/CD 8+ in the study group was (48.59 ± 4.59) %, (44.24 ± 6.17) % and (1.91 ± 0.17) respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(44.97 ± 5.31) %, (39.55 ± 5.13) %, (1.47 ± 0.22), t = 3.790, 4.295, 11.629, all P < 0.05]. The proportion of CD 8+ cells in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(23.13 ± 5.62) % vs. (26.97 ± 4.26) %, t = 4.001, P < 0.05]. Mini-Mental State Examination score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(28.87 ± 0.85) points vs. (27.91 ± 1.45) points, t = 4.197, P < 0.05]. National Institute Health of Stroke Scale score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(9.63 ± 2.19) points vs. (15.27 ± 1.97) points, t = 14.070, P < 0.05]. Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with nimodipine can remarkably improve the neurocognitive function, hemorheology and T cell subsets in patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent phase. The combined method is safe and reliable, and its curative effect is stable.
