Objective To investigate the clinical significance of BNP, cTnI, T3 combined detection in elderly heart failure. Methods A total of 138 cases of elderly patients with heart failure (HF group) selected from October 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were retrospectⅣe analyzed, according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification standards will HF cardiac function of patients 60 cases of class Ⅱ, Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade 78 cases. The control group was 70 cases, were selected to our hospital for physical examination of healthy subjects on the same period with HF patients. BNP, cTnI, T3 were alone tested and joint detected. Results BNP, cTnI levels of NYHA Ⅱ level, NY-HAⅢ-Ⅳ-class before treatment were higher than the control group , T3 levels were lower than the control group;BNP, cTnI levels of NYHAⅢ-Ⅳ-class before treatment were higher than NYHA Ⅱ level, T3 levels were lower than NYHA Ⅱ level; BNP NYHAⅢ-Ⅳ level after treatment, cTnI levels before treatment appeared reduce, T3 levels ap-pear higher, the difference was significant (P<0.05). BNP+cTnI+T3 detect sensitⅣe were higher than BNP, cTnI, T3 alone testing, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion BNP, cTnI, T3 joint detection has high sensitⅣity for early diagnosis of HF has important significance.

Objective To explore the effect of neostigmine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) combined with intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH).Methods 42 patients diagnosed as SAP combined with IAH and meeting standard were collected from Aug.2012 to Jul.2016 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and the control group.General information of the two groups was comparable.Patients of the control group received conventional treatment methods such as fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, nutritional support, antispasmodic, analgesia, intravenous infusion of omeprazole and octreotide.Patients of the observation group received intramuscular injection of neostigmine methylsulfate on the basis of the control group for seven days. The intra-abdominal pressure, recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust and defecation time, remission time of abdominal distention, modified Marshall score,APACHE-Ⅱ score,SIRS score, total hospitalization time and total hospitalization expenses,MODS rate, operation rate and mortality of the two groups were recorded during the treatment. Results The intra-abdominal pressure of the observation group was (14.25±1.03) mmHg,(13.52 ±1.23) mmHg,(12.73±1.14)mmHg respectively, lower than that of the control group (15.14± 1.12) mmHg,(14.60± 1.11) mmHg,(13.84±1.08) mmHg at the 3rd,4th,and 5th day after treat ment (P<0.05).For the observation group, the recovery time of bowel sounds was (7.24±1.35) d,the first exhaust and defecation time was (11.33±1.51) d,(8.36±1.63) d,remission time of abdominal distention was (13.62±2.26) d,lower than those of the control group ((9.56±1.17)d,(13.42±1.26)d,(10.45±1.54)d,(16.75±3.05)d) (P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust and defecation time, remission time of abdominal distention of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The modified Marshall score,APACHE-]Ⅱ score,SIRS score of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The total hospitalizationtime and total hospitalization expenses of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).MODS rate, operation rate and mortality of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions Neostigmine can significantly reduce intra-abdominal pressure of patients suffering from SAP combined with IAH,improve the symptoms of paralytic ileus, promoting exhaust and defecation. However,it has limited effects on prognosis of patients suffering from SAP combined with IAH.

Objective:To analyze the interaction of tissue delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) expression and xeroderma pigmentosum gene G (XPG) gene polymorphism on the sensitivity of advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma to platinum-based chemotherapy. Methods:One hundred and forty patients with advanced squamous lung cancer admitted to Yuechi County People′s Hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected and all were given carboplatin and paclitaxel for injection (albumin-bound) in a fully informed manner, with one cycle every 3 weeks for a total of 4 cycles of treatment. The patients were divided into sensitive group (46 cases) and non-sensitive group (94 cases) according to their sensitivity to chemotherapy. Baseline information, tissue DLL3 expression and XPG gene polymorphism were compared between the two groups, and tissue DLL3 expression in patients with different XPG genotypes was compared. Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to analyzed the factors associated with the sensitivity to chemotherapy, and interaction coefficient γ was used to analyze tissue DLL3 expression and XPG.Results:The tissue DLL3 expression score of the sensitive group was lower than that in the non-sensitive group: (3.28 ± 0.93) scores vs. (7.59 ± 1.22) scores, there was statistical difference ( P<0.01). The patients with CC genotype in the sensitive group were more than those in the non-sensitive group, and the patients with CT and TT genotypes were less than those in the non-sensitive group ( P<0.05). Tissue DLL3 expression score in patients with CC, CT, TT genotype were (3.51 ± 0.93), (6.76 ± 1.08), (10.09 ± 1.12) scores, there was statistical difference ( P<0.05); and tissue DLL3 expression score was CC

Background:
Classical swine fever (CSF) is a severe infectious disease of pigs that causes significant economic losses to the swine industry.
Objectives:
This study developed a solid-phase blocking enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (spbELISA) method for the specific detection of antibodies against the CSF virus (CSFV) in porcine serum samples.
Methods:
A spbELISA method was developed based on the recombinant E2 expressed in Escherichia coli. The specificity of this established spbELISA method was evaluated using reference serum samples positive for antibodies against other common infectious diseases. The stability and sensitivity were evaluated using an accelerated thermostability test.
Results:
The spbELISA successfully detected the antibody levels in swine vaccinated with the C-strain of CSFV. In addition, the detection ability of spbELISA for CSFV antibodies was compared with that of other commercial ELISA kits and validated using an indirect immunofluorescence assay. The results suggested that the spbELISA provides an alternative, stable, and rapid serological detection method suitable for the large-scale screening of CSFV serum antibodies.
Conclusions
The spbELISA has practical applications in assessing the vaccination status of large pig herds.
