Chinese Journal of Neurology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To introduce the clinical manifestations of REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) which hasn't been reported in China ever before and to discuss the possible causes and mechanisms of the disease. Methods Ten cases of RBD verifted by polysomnography(PSG)were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were senile or in middle ages and most of them were male.The main clinical features included violent movements,shouting and other abnormal behaviors occuring in dreams when they fell asleep.Four cases were diagnosed as Parkinsonism,2 as multiple system atrophy and 1 as cerebral trauma.The causes of another 3 cases were unknown.all symptoms of them were relieved by using clonazepam administered prior to sleep.The PSG of all cases showed a loss of normal muscular atonia and an appearance of EMG activities during REM sleep. Conclusions RBD should be considered when patients showed abnormal especially violent behaviors in sleep.PSG should be essential for its correct diagnosis and the differentiation from partial complex epilepsy.Clonazepam given prior to sleep should be effective for treatment.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the clinical features of cardiac arrest patients and the influence factors of effective resuscitation. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients in our hospital who underwent cardiac arrest and resuscitation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effective resuscitation were observed in forty-seven patients (47/76, 61.8%), 28 patients completely survived(28/76,36.8%), and the total death rate was 63.2%. The successful rate of resuscitation was positive relation to the starting time of resuscitation, the way of cardiac arrest, and the structure and function of heart, but was negative relation to the times of cardioversion. The successful rate of resuscitation had indefinite relation with the patients age and gender. Conclusion The immediate cardioversion was the key factor of successful resuscitation.The successful resuscitation was dependent on the continuous and effective cardio-press. Basical cardio-disease was the major factor affecting prognosis.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective\ The present study was carried out to examine the relationship between the distance of axotomy and axonal regeneration systematically,and the effect of a pre\|degenerated peripheral nerve(PN) graft on axonal regeneration of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) axotomized at different distances. Methods\ The optic nerve(ON) was transected at 0\^5,1,1\^5,2,3 or 7mm from the optic disc and a normal (the normal group) or pre\|degenerated(the pre\|degeneration group) PN graft was transplanted onto the ocular ON stump in adult hamsters. Results\ In both groups,the number of regenerating RGCs 28 days after grafting decreased significantly when the distance of axotomy increased from 0\^5 to 7mm with a sharp decline between 0\^5 and 3mm.When the corresponding distance points between the two groups were compared,enhanced regeneration was observed at 2 and 3mm in the pre\|degeneration group. Conclusion\ These results show that the distance of axotomy on the ON of adult hamsters is critical in determining the number of regenerating RGCs.The beneficial effect of a pre\|degenerated PN graft on axonal regeneration of axotomized RGCs is conditional on the distance of axotomy.\;

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of Yishen Wendu Compound in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) of kidney deficiency and cold governor vessel type. Methods The diversification of the clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators of ankylosing spondylitis patients in Yishen Wendu Compound 30 cases of treatment group and sulfasalazine (SASP) 30 cases of control group before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the percentage of ASAS20 standard cases number (%) and the efficacy of TCM syndrome total effective rates of treatment group were 95.83% and 93.3% respectively, superior to sulfasalazine control group 82.5% and 66.7% (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
The morbidity and mortality of malignant tumor is increasing in our country.It is crucial to enhance the clinical oncology education.We set the clinical oncology class for the medical university students and obtained good teaching effect by enhancing cognition,selecting the proper teaching content,making reasonable teaching program and using multiple teaching style.
