Objective To elucidate the characteristics of dermatosis in air force pilots and to improve its prevention and treatment scientifically. Method We carried out an investigation on 288 air force pilots hospitalized for dermatosis over the past 20 years. Results The results showed that 57.99% of the patients studied were admitted to hospital due to psychoimmunodermatosis, with high person-time (61.39%) and significantly longer average hospitalization time than that of the patients with the other two kinds of dermatoses. With improvement in flight skill and intensity as well as prolongation of flight time, the incidence and number of relapse of psychoimmunodermatosis in pilots were correspondingly increased. Conclusion The results indicate that among various dermatoses, psychoimmunodermatosis should become the focus of prevention and treatment as far as air force pilots are concerned. Besides drug treatment, we should also put emphasis on health education and psychological persuasion.

0.05). ?-EP level of psoriatic patients 1 and normal controls 1 was significantly higher than that of psoriatic patients 2 and normal controls 2 respectively (P0.05) . Conclusion It suggests that there is the correlation between serum ?-EP level and psychological factors. ?-EP is likely to participate in adjusting the whole body state, which provides the foundation for psychologic treatment.

Objective To investigate the medium-term efficacy of total hip replacement with CFP handle prosthesis. Methods Thirty-two patients (34 hips) undergoing total hip replacement with CFP handle prosthesis were selected. The preoperative diagnosis was:femoral neck fracture in 6 cases, femoral head necrosis in 12 cases, osteoarthritis in 10 cases, ankylosing spondylitis in 3 cases, and pigmentation villi nodular synovitis in 1 case.Ten days,1 month,6 months, and 1 year (a year later) after surgery, the hip joint function and X ray film performance were followed up.Results There was no complication such as infect and injury of blood vessel and nerve.Postoperative X ray film showed the femoral handle prosthesis position was good. The average Harris hip score was 32.6 (20-53) scores before surgery, and back to 95.3(90-100) scores after surgery,no patients needed revision surgery.Postoperative Engh score was above 10 scores after half a year. Conclusion The medium-term efficacy of total hip replacement with CFP handle prosthesis is good, and can be used as one of the choice of primary total hip replacement.

Objective To explore the sleep quality in patients with psoriasis. Methods Twelve psoriatic patients and 19 normal controls were examined by means of polysomnography (PSG). Results Light sleep increased markedly, but medium and deep sleep decreased in psoriatic group. Hypopnea index, apneahypopnea index, lowest oxygen saturation in arterial blood,

Objective To compare the outcome of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA)versus anatomical locking plate (ALP) in treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The study included 89 patients who had received PFNA fixation (PFNA group,n =45) or ALP fixation (ALP group,n =44) for unstable intertrochanteric fracture between February 2008 and September 2009.Operation time, amount of bleeding, drainage volume, postoperative complications, fracture healing time and hip joint score after fracture healing were compared between two groups. Results Mean operation time in PFNA group was obviously shorter than that in ALP group (61.4 minutes vs 114.8 minutes,P <0.01).Mean amount of bleeding and drainage volume were significantly lower in PFNA group than in ALPgroup (119.3 mlvs 136.8ml,P<0.01; 74.9mlvs80.3 ml,P<0.01).While,PFNA group was not significantly different from ALP group with regard to average fracture healing time and Harris hip joint score after fracture healing (4 months vs 4.1 months,P > 0.05; 91.2 points vs 89.8 points,P >0.05).Two patients had poor fracture reduction in PFNA group, but all patients had good fracture reduction in ALP group. No obvious adverse postoperative complications occurred in PFNA group, but one patient had fracture nonunion in ALP group. Conclusions PFNA and ALP fixation of unstable intertrochanteric fracture present insignificant differences in fracture healing time, postoperative complications and hip joint function after fracture healing.Whereas,PFNA is more suitable for the elder patients on account of shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding.

[Abstract ] Objective Positive margins of conization specimen for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade (CIN)3 is a high risk factor of continuous cervical lesions or progress to early invasive carcinoma .The aim of this study was to evaluate the risk factors of positive margins of conization specimen and post-cone residual disease in hysterectomy specimens following conization for CIN 3. Methods Clinical data from 218 patients with CIN 3 underwent hysterectomy after conization from 2001 to 2013 were analyzed retro-spectivly.Multi-factors logistic regression was performed to determine the independent risk factors for positive margins of conization specimen and post-cone residual disease. Results Fifty five cases(25.2%) had positive margin of conization specimen , and the independent risk factors were unsatisfactory colposcopy (OR:5.18,95%CI:2.49-11.10), width of conization specimen smaller than 2 cm (OR:7.68,95%CI:2.31-28.10) and pathology of CIN3 with carcinoma in situ (OR:4.38,95%CI:1.67 -12.10).Forty seven patients (21.6%) had post-cone residual disease , and the independ-ent risk factors were length of conization specimen smaller than 1.5 cm (OR:2.45,95%CI:1.12-5.69), pathology of CIN3 with carci-noma in situ (OR:4.96,95%CI:2.17-11.70) and status of coniza-tion margins (OR:4.34,95%CI:1.95-9.78). Conclusion The satisfaction of colposcopic examination, conization specimen di-ameters including width and length , CIN3 with carcinoma in situ and status of conization margins could contribute to positive margins of conization or residual disease in subsequent hysterectomy specimens .More attention should be paid to such a group of CIN 3 patients clinically.

Latest researches have indicated that wogonin, a naturally occurring flavonoid, could sensitize tumor cells to apoptosis, selectively induce apoptosis in the malignant tumor cells, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, reverse drug resistance as well as promote tumor cell death synergistically with other anti-cancer agents. This paper sum-marizes the involving mechanisms of wogonin's anti-tumor effects.

Objective To investigate the effects of pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide (PACAP) and its receptor (PACAP-R) on the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods The expression of PACAP and PACAP-R in the skin from 10 normal controls, 25 psoriatic lesions and non-lesional skins was measured by immunohistochemical technique. Results The expression of PACAP and PACAP-R was significantly lower in the psoriatic lesional skins than that of the non-lesional skins. The area density and mean absorbance of PACAP and PACAP-R in the lesional skins were significantly lower compared with those in the non-lesional skins (P

Objective To build a systematic, comprehensive, high efficient and maneuverable follow-up system in multi-disciplinary team(MDT).Methods Comparing with abroad follow-up practical management, the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed by using multiple follow-up forms and the construct of staffs to guide and evaluate the postoperative patients in colorectal carcinoma at the beginning of follow up system. Results Follow-up system was made rationalized, and an effective follow-up model was built up to extend in MDT.Conclusion Following up the present situation with patients of colorectal cancer in this country, the correct direction which is based on current follow-up system would be put out. That would be the important study to improve the medical treatment in next stage.
