Objective To understand the basic situation and the current work status of health education staff in Beibei district of Chongqing city and to explore the community health education pattern in Beibei district to provide reference for rational talent strat -egy and personnel policy adjustment .Methods By using the Investigation Questionnaires of Health Education Personal in Beibei District ,35 health education staffs in Beibei district were performed the investigation .Results Most health education staffs in Bei-bei district are young and middle-aged .The average age was 36 .7 years ;71 .4% of them had undergraduate or college degree .Only 3 individuals were full-time staff and the others were part-time;the health education forms were plentiful with various contents . The health education staffs were insufficient in the professional knowledge and the health education skill .The external factors had influence on the health education work .Conclusion The health education staffs rejuvenation ,lack of the professional staffs and in-adequate depth of the theory and practice of the health education work restrict the deep development of the health education work to some extent .It is suggested that the relevant departments introduce the professional health education talents ,conduct the systematic training for enhancing the professional knowledge and working skills ,and give support in terms of policy and funding .

[Objective] To investigate the relationship of different types of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and thyroid function.[Methods] A Total of 3846 cases, which received prenatal examination, delivered in the Eastern Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University and performed a 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (75 g 0GTT) at 24-28 gestational weeks, from Jan 1st,2014 to Dec 31st,2015,were divided into 2 groups.Normal blood glucose group:the result of OGTT (fasting plasma glucose,1 hour glucose and 2 hour glucose) was normal;Gestational diabetes mellitus group (GDM group):the result of 0GTT was abnormal.GDM group were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and lⅢ.GDM Ⅰ defined as one abnormal blood glucose of result.GDM Ⅱ:two abnormal blood glucose.GDM Ⅲ:three abnormal blood glucose.1868 cases of healthy pregnant women were reselected as the control group.TSH,FT4 and TPO Ab were detected in two groups.Analysis of Variance,Mann-Whitney U test,Kruskal Wallis rank test or Fisher's test was used for statistical analysis.[Result] There were statistically significant difference in TSH,FT4 between GDM subgroup and control group (P =0.012,P =0.002).TSH median trend to increase in GDM Ⅱ,and FT4 median trend to decrease in GDM Ⅱ.The Prevalence of hypothyroidism in GDM Ⅱ and GDM Ⅲ were higher than those in control group.[Conclusion] The GDM group with two or three abnormal blood glucose had a higher incidence thyroid gland dysfunction, especial with subclinical hypothyroidism. We should fully test the thyroid function, treat diabetes as early as possible and improve the pregnancy outcome as we could.

[Objective] To investigate associations between the functional polymorphisms of signal transducer and activator of transcription 4 (STAT4) gene and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) and between STAT4 protein expression and the genotypes of rs 10181656 locus.[Methods] PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism was used to genotype rs 1 0181656 locus polymorphism in 332 URSA cases and 260 normal controls,in 86 URSA cases and 77 normal controls of which immunohistochemical technique was used to detect STAT4 protein expression.[Results] The frequencies of rs10181656 C/G were 36.45 %,46.54% in genotype C/C,46.99%,45.38% in genotype C/G and 16.57%,8.08% in genotype G/G between URSA patients and normal controls. They reached statistical difference (P < 0.05).The carriers of rs 10181656 G allele increased the risk of URSA (OR =1.50,P < 0.05).STAT4 protein expression in decidual tissues:①There was statistical difference in the STAT4 protein expression in decidual tissues between cases and controls (P < 0.05).In URSA patients there was statistical difference in the STAT4 protein expression among genotype CC,CG and GG of rs10181656 locus (P < 0.05).So was in normal controls (P < 0.05).In genotype CC there was no difference in the STAT4 protein expression between cases and controls (P > 0.05).Neither was In genotype CG and GG respectively (P all > 0.05).[Conclusion] Functional polymorphisms of the rs10181656 locus could probably associate with the susceptibility of URSA via STAT4 protein expression increased by genotype G/G in maternal decidual tissue.

The fine structure of enoxaparin sodium samples with different degree of 1,6-anhydro derivatives were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, high performance liquid chromatography, ultraviolet spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. A further study of anticoagulation activity of enoxaparins was performed, including those on their inhibition activities of coagulation factor Xa (FXa) and thrombin (FIIa). The results showed that the anti-FXa and -FIIa activities of enoxaparins with different degree of 1,6-anhydro derivatives (20.0%-39.7%) with similar structure characteristics, had decreasing tendency when the degree of 1,6-anhydro derivatives increased. Especially, the anti-FXa activity was sensitive to the change of the degree of 1,6-anhydro derivatives.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of Feiji Recipe (FR) intervening indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) induced immune escape on the murine model of Lewis lung carcinoma. Methods Totally 48 C57BL/6 mice inoculated with Lewis lung cancer cells transfected with human (enhanced green fluorescent protein,EGFP)-IDO gene were divided into four groups according to radom digit table, i.e., the model group (administered with normal saline by gastrogavage) , the Chinese medicine group (treated with FR Decoction at the daily dose of 100 mg/g by gastrogavage), the 1-methyl-D-trytaphan (1-MT) group (administered with 1-MT mixed liquor at the daily dose of 100 mg/kg by gastrogavage), and the Paclitaxel group (treated with Paclitaxel at the daily dose of 15 mg/kg by peritoneal injection), 12 in each group. The intervention was started from the 2nd day of modeling. The survival time was observed in 24 of them. Ratios of CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3+ regulatory T cells (Treg) in the spleen were detected in the rest 24 mice by flow cytometry respectively.
RESULTSCompared with the model group, the survival time was significantly prolonged in the Chinese medicine group and the 1-MT group (P < 0.01); ratios of Treg cells remarkably decreased in the Chinese medicine group, the 1-MT group, and the Paclitaxel group (P < 0. 01). Compared with the Paclitaxel group, the survival time was significantly prolonged in the Chinese medicine group and the 1-MT group (P < 0.01); ratios of Treg cells decreased significantly in the 1-MT group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONFR could inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells and immune eseape, improve the immune function, and prolong the survival of tumor-bearing mice.

ORF3 and partial ORF1 regions were amplified with RT-PCR f rom two patients (T1 and T11)infected with new genotype of hepatitis E Virus. Th e PCR products were cloned and sequenced. The results showed that G-C rich regi on in ORF3 was deleted when amplified with normal PCR reaction. However, PCR rea ction containing G-C melt solution can overcome this problem. The sequence anal ysis showed that T1 and T11 belong to a new genotype of HEV which differs from g enotype I,II and III reported.T1 and T11 have 79%~82%, 80%~81% and 83%~85% id entical to genotype I,II and III respectively.
