Objective To recover laboratory data and software function in machine-number-based encryption. Methods Database and cryptograph files were replaced respectively by the corresponding files backuped previously after the operating software of Tecan SunRise setting up in new system, and set essential configuration. Results Laboratory data and software function were recovered entirely, and apparatus ran normally. Conclusion Besides database files, the cryptograph files were also essential data, which must be preserved in machine number based encryption.

OBJECTIVETo identify the potential determinants of return to work (RTW) following work-related injury.
METHODSA historical cohort of workers with occupational injury in a state-owned locomotive vehicle company in central China was followed up for RTW. Demographic, employment and medical information was retrieved from the company archival documents; and post-injury information was interviewed by questionnaires. Univariate analysis and Cox Regression Model were used to examine the associations between potential determinants and outcomes of RTW.
RESULTSThree hundred of the 323 included cases (92.9%) eventually returned to work after the median absence of 43 days (average of 49.2 days). Factors from socio-demographic, clinical, economic and psychological domains were found affecting RTW in the univariate analyses. The multivariate analysis indicated that age, injury severity, injury locus, injury nature, pain in the injury locus, self-reported health status and pre-injury monthly salary were significant determinants of RTW.
CONCLUSIONSThere are multidimensional factors affecting RTW after occupational injury. Proper clinical treatment and rehabilitation, as well as economic and social support to facilitate workers' RTW would be the priorities for intervention. Future studies should be conducted in a larger representative sample to confirm the findings and to develop a multidisciplinary intervention strategy towards promoting RTW.

ORF3 and partial ORF1 regions were amplified with RT-PCR f rom two patients (T1 and T11)infected with new genotype of hepatitis E Virus. Th e PCR products were cloned and sequenced. The results showed that G-C rich regi on in ORF3 was deleted when amplified with normal PCR reaction. However, PCR rea ction containing G-C melt solution can overcome this problem. The sequence anal ysis showed that T1 and T11 belong to a new genotype of HEV which differs from g enotype I,II and III reported.T1 and T11 have 79%~82%, 80%~81% and 83%~85% id entical to genotype I,II and III respectively.

In this paper, duloxetine was chosen as the lead compound. The pharmacophores with 5-HT(1A) antagonism activity were used to replace the naphthyl of duloxetine. A series of duloxetine derivatives had been designed and synthesized and whose structures were confirmed with elemental analysis, MS and H NMR. All synthesized compounds were tested by tail suspension test and forced swimming test in vivo. The test results revealed that most of the compounds have shown better activity than duloxetine at the same dosage. Some of them are worth to be studied further.

OBJECTIVETo explore the early rehabilitation effect of acupuncture on brain arousal in severe craniocerebral injury.
METHODSOne hundred and two cases of severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 51 cases in each one. Based on the conventional nursing care in neurological external medicine, in observation group, acupuncture was applied at Shuigou (GV 26), Neiguan (PC 6) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) mainly. In control group, functional electric stimulation was applied at stimulate the affected muscles of the upper limbs. Thirty days later, the lucid rate from coma, lucid interval and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. RESULTS; The lucid rate from coma was 82.4% (42/51) in observation group, which was higher than 56.9% (29/51) in control group (P < 0.01). The lucid interval in observation group was shortened remarkably as compared with control group (P < 0.01), and the clinical efficacy was superior apparently to that in control group (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONOn the basis of conventional treatment, acupuncture intervention at early stage can accelerate the recovery of brain arousal function in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.

Objective To investigate the value and dynamic characteristics of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in rabbit liver VX_2 tumor model, with correlation of pathology. Methods Forty New Zealand rabbits were included in the study and VX_2 tumor piece was implanted directly into the liver after laporotomy.Fiffteen had two intrahepatic implants while twenty-five had one implant.DWI was performed on the seventh, fourteenth and twenty-first day after implantation, while routine T_1WI and T_2WI sequences were done on the seventh and fourteenth day.Ten VX_2 tumor samples were studied by pathology. Results The lump detection rates on the seventh day after implantation of DWI,T_1WI and T_2WI were 78.7%(37/47), 10.7%(3/28)and 53.6%(15/28)respectively with statistical significance(x~2=32.61,P

Objective To observe the effect of berberine on visfatin expression in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, and to explore the mechanism underlying berberine improving insulin resistance. Methods Visfatin mRNA and protein expressions were assayed by RT-PCR and Western blot after incubation of berberine at different concentrations and durations with 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Results In 3T3-L1 adipocytes, visfatin mRNA expression was increased at 0- 10?mol/L berberine with the maximum effect at 10?mol/L,being 4.96 folds of control group. While as the berberine concentrations were further increased above 10?mol/L,the visfatin mRNA level decreased. After incubation with berberine for 3 h,the visfatin mRNA level began to increase, and reached the peak when incubation for 12 h(4.57 fold of basal group). Then the mRNA level decreased, though it was still higher than that in control group after 48h intervention.5,10, 20?moL/L berberine could increase visfatin protein expression by 1.13,2.46,2.34 folds respectively as compared with control group(P

OBJECTIVETo explore the effects of integrative medicine (IM) rehabilitation protocolon motor function, activity of daily living, and quality of life (QOL) in hemiplegia patients after stroke.
METHODSTotally 120 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were allocated to four groups using sealed envalope drawing, i.e., the rehabilitation group, the Chinese medical treatment group, the acupuncture group, and the comprehensive rehabilitation group, 30 cases in each group. Based on routine rehabilitative training, patients in the Chinese medical treatment group, the acupuncture group, and the compre-hensive rehabilitation group received standardized treatment based on syndrome typing, Shi's Consciousness-Restoring Resuscitation acupuncture, Chinese herbs + acupuncture comprehensive rehabilitatino protocol, respectively. The treatmet cycle consisted of 4 weeks with 24-week follow-ups. Fugl-Meyer motor assessment (FMA), Modified Barthel Index (MBI), and Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QQL), and safety assessment were taken as main effect indices before treatment, at week 4 of treatment, at week 12 and 24 of follow-ups, respectively.
RESULTSThere was no statistical difference in FMA score, MBI score, SS-QOL score among the four groups before treatment (P > 0.05). These scores were significantly improved in the four groups at week 4 of treatment, week 12 and 24 of follow-ups, respectively (P < 0.05). Besides, FMA score and SS-QOL score were significantly improved in the comprehensive rehabilitation group at each corresponding time point, as compared with other treatment groups (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSThe comprehensive protocol could significantly improve motor function, activity of daily living in hemiplegia patients after stroke, and further improve their QOL. Its effect was better than other single treatment.
