0.05).In the Laparoscopic Group ureterovaginal fistula occurred in 1 case, while in the Open Group there were 1 case of bladder injury and 6 cases of fatty dissolution beneath the incision. No statistical difference was observed in complication rate between the two groups(?2=3.255;P=0.071).Conclusions Total laparoscopic hysterectomy is a safe and effective operation.Compared with open surgery,it offers less invasion, less interference to the abdominal organs, and quicker postoperative recovery.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2015;23(4):255-258
Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) was developed on the basis of 128 randomized controlled clinical studies by a group of experts led by Kondrup from the European Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ESPEN).As the first evidence-based nutritional screening tool worldwide,NRS 2002 has been recommended for nutritional risk assessment of hospitalized patients in Europe for the addition of disease metabolism and its simplicity. In this article,we reviewed the increasing applications of NRS 2002 in China, pointed out the existing problems and made several suggestions on improvement for popularization and standardization of its clinical use.

A 24-year old woman presented with hemorrhagic vesicles on her legs. She had taken sibutramine (Reductil(R), Abbott Labs., Seoul, South Korea) for 3 months and developed skin lesions the week before. A skin biopsy showed leukocytoclastic vasculitis with conspicuous eosinophilic infiltration of the tissue. These lesions showed improvement after discontinuation of sibutramine. However, 3 months later the skin lesions recurred on other sites on the lower extremities when the patient was rechallenged with the same drug for 2 weeks. Herein, we report the first case of necrotizing vasculitis induced by sibutramine.

Journal of the Korean Radiological Society 1993;29(3):471-474
Since Kappis described percutaneous celiac plexus block in 1914, variations and refinements of his technic have been proposed. Recently, computed tomography (CT) guided nerve block has improved results of the block and made it safer, particularly when neurolytic drugs are injected for the relief of intractable abdominal pain caused by malignancy or chronic pancreatitis. We report a case of CT-guided alcohol block of the celiac plexus with the anterior approach in a patient with a common bile duct carcinoma.

9.A Study on the Eating Habit and Eating Out Behavior of the University Students in the Gyeonggi Area.
Korean Journal of Community Nutrition 2010;15(5):687-693
This study investigated difference of general eating habit and eating-out behavior between men and women of university students in Gyonggi area. The survey was conducted from 1 March to 1 April 2010, in Gyeonggi area. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 250 students in Gyeonggi area. The research results show, first of all, that they eat twice a day, and they usually do not eat breakfast. The main reason why they do not eat breakfast is that they do not have enough time to eat. Between men and women, there is significant difference in eating amount and eating speed at 0.001 levels. Men's problems of eating behavior are irregular meal time and speed of eating time, and in case of women, they do not have a meal regularly and overeat at one time. Second, they usually eat out for a meal and gather with friends once to three times a week. Also, the lunch set-menu promotion is the most preferred one. Third, when men choose a restaurant, they consider in order of taste, convenience, amount, and service; women consider in order of atmosphere, taste, convenience, and service. Taste is the most important for men; atmosphere is the most important consideration for women. Taste (at 0.01 levels), sanitation (at 0.05 levels), and atmosphere (at 0.001 levels) are significantly different between men and women in choosing restaurant.

Journal of the Korean Surgical Society 2011;81(Suppl 1):S55-S58
Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is a rare tumor that affects young females with low malignant potential and good prognosis with more than 90% survival at 5 years. Metastasis is very rare. We report the case of a 74-year-old female who had pancreatic solid-pseudopapillary tumor and synchronous hepatic metastasis.
