1.Effects of Ozone Solution on the Healing and Antiinfection of TraumaticWound
Herald of Medicine 2001;(4):213-
To evaluate the effects of ozone so lution on the healing and antiinfection of traumatic wound. Methods :300 patients with traumatic wounds were washed with ozone solution. Under the direction of ozone generator handbook, the ozone solution of which con centration was not less than 6 mg·L-1was prepared. The solution was used for the traumatic wound by atomized or beam spraying. The healing conditions of the wounds were observed and recorded the 3,5,7 days after debridement. Results:In the experimental group, there were 142 cases (87.6% ) with first grade intention, 16 cases (9.9%) with second grade intention, and 4 cases (2.5%) with the third grade intention. On the contrast, there were 76.8%, 17.3% and 5.8%, respectively, in the controlled group. There was avery signific anty difference between both experimental groups (P<0.05).Concl usion: Ozone solution is a safe, cheap, high efficient disinfectant agent, used widely in the traumatic surgery and other fields for disinfection or sterilization.
2.An exploration on new management mode for biomedicine key laboratory: to realize the sharing of space and equipment under network management mode with the simplified democratic centralism
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2016;29(1):28-31
The current situation in basic biomedicine research laboratory is limited space, crowded instruments and equipment, and with heavy duty on lab management.Over the past decade we have applied the effective implementation of the laboratory equipment and space sharing, with a democratic centralism simplify lab management. The pattern of professors under the leadership of director (or principal investigator) collective leadership, and combined centralized management mode with the laboratory equipment and space sharing, and simplified mode that the professors or principal investigators are responsible,to make the use of lab space and equipment more rational, which also improve the effectiveness of lab management, more cohesive of lab staff, lab work running stable and smooth.

Objective To analyze the expression of excision repair cross-complementation group 1 (ERCC1),MutS protein homolog 2 (MSH2) and poly ADP-ribose polymerase 1 (PARP1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their prognostic value for patients receiving platinum-based postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of ERCC1,MSH2 and PARP1 in 111 cases of NSCLC paraffin embedded surgical specimens.Through OG-Rank survival analysis, the prognostic value of the ERCC1,MSH2,PARP1 and the related clinic pathological factors were evaluated.Cox regression analysis was used to determine whether ERCC1,MSH2 and PARP1 were independent prognostic factors or not. Results Among the 111 NSCLC patients, the positive expression rates of ERCC1,MSH2 and RARP1 were 33.3 %(37/111),36.9 %(41/111) and 55.9 %(62/111),respectively.Besides,a total of 72 patients who received platinum-based chemotherapy had complete follow-up data.ERCC1 (P< 0.001) and PARP1 (P=0.033) were found to be correlated with the survival time while there was no correlation for MSH2 (P =0.298).Patients with both ERCC1 and PARP1 negative had significant longer survival time than those with ERCC1 (P=0.042) or PARP1 (P=0.027) positive alone.Similarly, the survival time of patients with both ERCC1 and PARP1 positive was shorter than those with ERCC1 (P=0.048) or PARP1 (P=0.010) positive alone. Conclusions The NSCLC patients with ERCC1 and (or) PARP1 negative may benefit from platinumbased postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. The detection of ERCC1 and PARP1 can be used as an important method to assess the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.
5. Simultaneous determination of two constituents in compound resorcinol cream by HPLC gradient elution
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2012;47(15):1254-1256
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method with gradient elution for the determination of resorcinol and triamcinolone acetonide acetate in compound resorcinol cream. METHODS: The HPLC was conducted on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile (A)-0.5% ammonium acetate solution (B) as the mobile phase. The gradient elution program was as follows: 0-3 min (25% A), 3-5 min (25% A-55% A), and 5-15 min (55% A). The column temperature was 40°C. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. RESULTS: The linear ranges of resorcinol and triamcinolone acetonide acetate were 103.18-515.90 μmg · mL-1 (r=1.0000) and 1.336-6.680 μg · mL-1 (r=0.999 4), respectively. The average recoveries were 99.3% (RSD=0.62%) and 99.1% (RSD=0.73%), respectively. CONCLUSION: The proposed method is simple, rapid and accurate. It has been applied in the assay of samples with satisfactory results. Copyright 2012 by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(11):-
Aim To investigate the effects of fluvastatin on the cellular proliferation and the expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)and type Ⅳ collagen(Col Ⅳ)in rat mesangial cells(MCs)induced by transforming growth factor-?1(TGF-?1).Methods MCs are divided into the following groups according to different factors:control group,TGF-?1 group,TGF-?1 plus fluvastatin(Flu,different concentrations)groups. The influence of Flu on rat proliferation of MCs was detected by MTT.The expression of CTGF was measured with RT-PCR and Western blot respectively. The secretion of Col Ⅳ protein was quantitated by ELISA.Results 5 ?g?L-1 TGF-?1 could stimulate proliferation of MCs and the expression of CTGF.Col Ⅳ in MCs significantly.Flu could inhibit proliferation of MCs and the expression of CTGF,Col Ⅳ in MCs induced by TGF-?1 in a dose-dependent manner:1 ?mol?L-1 Flu could suppress proliferation of MCs and downregulate the expression of CTGF,Col Ⅳ significantly, while 10 ?mol?L-1 Flu could just suppress the expression of CTGF protein significantly.Simultaneously exogenous CTGF could promote the expression of Col Ⅳ in a dose-dependent manner:2.5 ?g?L-1 CTGF could just upregulate the expression of Col Ⅳ.Conclusion Fluvastatin could inhibit proliferation of MCs and expression of CTGF-mediated Col Ⅳ in MCs.

Apelin is a polypeptide consisting of 77 amino acids. Apelin receptors are found to be the angiotensin-like G protein coupled receptor (APJ). Apelin/APJ system is widely distributed in the peripheral and central nervous system. Apelin-13 is one of the subtypes of Apelin, which has strong biological activity. This study reviewed the new research prog?ress of Apelin-13 on physiological and pathological processes involved in the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, ner?vous system, digestive system and endocrine system.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
To study the significance of detection of K ras mutation in stool samples in the diagnosis of large intestinal cancer, stool and local tissue samples were collected from consecutively diagnosed patients, among them 23 cases suffered from large intestinal cancer, 20 cases from colorectal adenomatoid polyps and 20 healthy subjects. DNA was extracted from both the stool and the tissue, K ras gene mutations at the first and second base of codon 12 were studied by allele specific mismatch method in both of them. The results showed that K ras mutation rate in large intestinal cancer was 56 52%(13/23), which was much higher than 5%(1/20)in healthy subjects( P 0 05). There was a 92 31%(12/13)incidence of K ras mutation at the second base of codon 12 in large intestinal cancer. The results of detecting the K ras mutation were highly identical in both the stool and the tissue ( P
