In order to scientifically and efficiently make use of the limited medical resources and gradually resolve the problem that "medical treatment is difficult and expensive",large-scale hospitals in the western region must reduce medical cost in purchasing,using and cost of medical consumables.This paper discusses the role of strengthening the management of medical consumables,and studies how to standardize the management process for medical consumables in large-scale hospitals in western region.

Objective To discuss the clinical features and treatment measures on patients with medium volume of supratentorial hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the elderly.Methods The clinical data of 57 patients with medium volume of supratentorial hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage aged ≥ 70 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of 57 patients,15 cases accepted medical treatment,42 cases were treated with minimally invasive operation for 1-26 (4.6 ± 6.5) h after onset.Three cases died in hospital,7 cases were transferred or gave up,6 cases lived as plant,8 cases were severely maimed,11 cases were moderately maimed,22 cases [38.6％(22/57)] recovered favorably.The main clinical characteristics of elderly patients:long history of hypertension,blood pressure fluctuation; atypical symptoms of increased intracranial pressure; more complications such as arrhythmia and pulmonary infection; most of family members of patients were pessimistic to treatment.Conclusions All factors should be thought over about the treatment of elderly patients with medium volume of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Individual treatment is reasonable.Do not emphasize on early operation,minimally invasive operation can be helpful for patients.

Objective To investigate the correlation rs2272087 polymorphism of STATS gene and asthma.Methods The polymerase chain reaction PCR- SBT technique was used to determine rs2272087 polymorphism in asthma and control group.Results The genotype of AA,AG and GG of rs2272087 were 0.600,0.412 and 0.167 in asthma group,and 0.430,0.200,0.367 in control group,respectively.The frequency of allele A and G was 0.903 and 0.344 in asthma group,and 0.656,0.970 in control group,respectively.There was significant difference in two groups(x2 =9.40,P ＜0.01 ;x2 =11.58,P ＜0.01 ).Conclusions The rs2272087 polymorphism of STAT5 gene may be an important candidate gene for asthma.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant tumors with a high mortality rate attributed to its widespread metastasis.A number of cellular signal transduction pathways involved in multiple genes play an important role in regulating this complex metastatic cascade of pancreatic cancer.NF-kappa B is one of the crucial signaling pathways.Studies has indicated that NF-kappa B could modulate a series of biological events relevant to tumor progress by controlling multiple targeted genes expression,such as cell proliferation,anti-apoptosis,angiogenesis,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,inflammation,stress response,etc.Furthermore,it can also up-regulate Hedgehog and MMPs signaling pathways.To help us better understand the potential mechanism and identify more sensitive tumor markers and selective targets,this review will underline the significant roles of NF-kappa B signaling pathway in regulatory network of pancreatic cancer metastasis.

Objective To explore the curative effect of triple lumen feeding tube on upper gastroin-testinal tract perforation after endoscopic operation.Methods A total of 1 12 patients with upper gastrointes-tinal perforation after endoscopic operation were involved in this prospective control test.The remission rate of abdominal pain and abdominal distension,gastric pH,lesion healing time,length of stay and the success rate of conservative treatment were compared between the control group (indwelling traditional gastric tube and intravenous use of omeprazole injection)and the experimental group (intestinal administration of PPI through triple lumen feeding tube).Results The remission rate of abdominal pain of the experimental group was 61. 3% at 6 hours,and 83. 2% at 12 h,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0. 05 ).The lesion healing time(of cases where lesions were not clipped)and length of hospitalization of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0. 05 ).The gastric pH and success rate of conservative treatment of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0. 05 ).Con-clusion The curative effect of triple lumen feeding tube on upper gastrointestinal tract perforation after endo-scopic operation is ideal.
