Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of depression among residents in Chongqing, and to explore the relationship between depression and administration satisfaction of the standardized residency training. Methods:Stratified random cluster sampling was used to select 372 residents currently participating the standardized residency training in Chongqing. The patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) and administration satisfaction of residency training questionnaire were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey on the depression status and satisfaction of residents in Chongqing. SPSS 21.0 software package was used for partial correlation analysis and binary logistic regression analysis to explore the relationship between depression and administration satisfaction of the standardized residency training. Results:Among the 372 residents, 218 had mild depression and above (58.60%). There was a significant difference in the incidence of depression among residents of different ages, educational background, marital status, working hours and administration satisfaction of residency training ( χ2 = 23.02, 17.35, 12.24, 21.70, 95.20; P = 0.028, 0.027, 0.016, 0.041, <0.001 respectively). Partial correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the total score of depression and the five aspects of the administration satisfaction (total score, instructors, training base, managers and training income) ( r=-0.52, -0.45, -0.47, -0.45, -0.40, all P<0.01). In the binary logistic regression analysis of depression and satisfaction, the satisfaction had a negative impact on depression, and its B value was -1.71, and OR value was 0.18, P<0.001. Conclusion:The incidence of depression among residents in Chongqing is high. Age, educational background, marital status, working hours and administration satisfaction are related to the degree of depression. And the higher the degree of depression, the lower the administration satisfaction of residents. Relevant departments should pay attention to the mental health of residents and improve the quality of standardized residency training.

Objective:To understand the current situation of medical humanistic quality of standardized trainees for hospitalizations in Chongqing, and put forward the corresponding educational countermeasures and suggestions. Methods: According to the method of convenient sampling, 5 resident doctors standardized training base were selected with half a random, then 110 trainees were randomly selected to conduct a cognition investigation about the medical humanistic quality. EpiData 3. 0 was adopted for double entry data and SPSS22. 0 software was used for analyzing data. Results:There were 98. 06% of standardized trainees for hospitalizations paid more attention to medical humanistic quality. In the selection of medical humanistic quality courses, 81. 55% of the trainees chose The Doctor-patient Relationship, 77. 67% of the trainees chose The Medical Psychology. In the evaluation of the importance of medical humanistic quality to the clinical work, 96. 12% of the standardized trainees for hospitalizations believed that it was important. Conclusion: In order to improve the medical humanistic quality of the standardized trainees for hospitalizations, all aspects should be taken seriously:it should make efforts from the trai-nees' self-awareness, the teaching teachers' attention to the medical humanistic quality and the medical humanis-tic quality environment provided by the training base.

In recent years, the development of new vaccines such as nucleic acid vaccines, genetically engineered vaccines, and synthetic peptide vaccines has achieved rapid development. However, compared with traditional inactivated or live vaccines, these vaccines often have problems such as poor immunogenicity. Therefore, an adjuvant is needed to enhance its effect, and adjuvants have proven to be a key component in vaccines. There are many types of adjuvants, while currently no unified standard for the classification. At present, the most commonly used adjuvants are Aluminum adjuvant and Freund's adjuvant, but new generation vaccines will probably need new generation adjuvants. Thus, this review aims to showcase the current status of immune adjuvants, with the focus on immunomodulatory molecular adjuvant, antigen delivery adjuvant and compound adjuvant. This review provides new insights for the development of novel vaccine adjuvants.
