Objective To assess systematically the effect of (cognitive behavior therapy,CBT) on PANSS of schizophrenia. Methods Relative literature was searched by computer at home according to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria, which were analyzed by RevMan5.2 software, and literature selection and repetition were used according to the Note Express software. Results A total of 11 studies were brought into the study.According to the different time of intervention, the results showed that, the cognitive behavior therapy intervention continued for 2 months,I2 was 80%,the statistical result of random effects model analysis was [SMD=-0.64,95%CI (-1.14~-1.13),P<0.05]; the cognitive behavior therapy intervention continued for 6 months,I2 was 64%,the statistical result of random effects model analysis was [SMD=-0.40,95%CI (-0.71,-0.08),P<0.05]; the cognitive behavior therapy intervention continued for 12 months, the statistical result of fixed effects model analysis was[MD=-5.65,95%CI(-6.20,-5.09),P<0.01].The replacement of statistical models for the sensitive analysis showed that the result was stabile and reliable. Conclusions The cognitive behavior therapy may reduce PANSS of patients with schizophrenia,But because the influence of some factors, the time of intervention is limited,so the result of this research is that the best intervention time for clinical symptoms improvement is from 6 months to 1 year.

Objective To study the effects of whole-body irradiation(WBI)with different doses of X-rays on apoptosis in mouse splenocytes and peritoneal macrophages. Methods The apoptosis percentages of mouse splenocytes and peritoneal macrophages were detected with flow cytometry(FCM)at different time after the whole-body X-irradiation using the staining of Annexin-V and PI.Results As compared with the control, the percentage of apoptosis in mouse splenocytes began to increase gradually 24 h after WBI with 2 Gy X-rays(P

Objective To study the protection of vanillin derivative VND3207 on the cytogenetic damage of mouse bone marrow cell induced by ionizing radiation. Methods BALB/c mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal control group,2 Gy dose irradiation group, and three groups of 2 Gy irradiaiton with VND3207 protection at doses of 10,50 and 100 mg/kg,respectively.VND3207 was given by intragastric administration once a day for five days. Two hours after the last drug administration, the mice were irradiated with 2 Gy γ-rays.The changes of polychromatophilic erythroblasts micronuclei (MN),chromosome aberration (CA) and mitosis index (MI) of mouse bone marrow cells were observed at 24 and 48 h after irradiation. Results Under the protection of VND3207 at the dosages 10,50,100 mg/kg,the yields of poly-chromatophilic erythroblasts MN and CA of bone marrow cells were significantly decreased(t = 2.36-4.26,P < 0.05),and the marrow cells MI remained much higher level compared with the irradiated mice without drug protection (t = 2.58,2.01,P < 0.05).The radiological protection effect was drug dose-dependent,and the administration of VND3207 at the dosage of 100 mg/kg resulted in reduction by 50% and 65% in the yields of MN and CA,respectively. Conclusions VND3207 had a good protection effect of on γ-ray induced cytogentic damage of mouse bone marrow cells.
