Objective To study the influence situation of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium for the postoperative infection and inflammatory indexes of patients with emergency intestinal obstruction operation by relaxation suture .Methods 80 patients with emergency intestinal obstruction operation by relaxation suture in department of general gurgery of our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine treatment, the observation group were treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium on the treatment of control group, then the postoperative infection rates, inflammatory related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The postoperative infection rate of observation group was 5.00%,and it was obviously lower than the 17.50% of control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05); the serum inflammatory related indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared, the differences were not significant ;the serum anti-inflammatory indexes interleukin-4(IL-4), IL-10, IL-13 and pro-inflammatory indexes tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), IL-6 at 1st, 2nd and 5th day after the treatment were all lower than those of control group, the pro-inflammatory index IL-2 were higher than those of control group, the differences were all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium can reduce the postoperative infection of patients with emergency intestinal obstruction operation by relaxation suture , and its control role for the related inflammatory indexes is better, so its application value is higher and is worthy of clinical promotion.

The preparation and certification of five China Sea and continental shelf sediment reference materials MSCS-1- 5 are reported. The raw samples were collected separately from the East China Sea and the South China Sea. First, they were ground by a ball mill to a homogenous powder of less than 74μm,then these samples was further processed by an ultra-fine processing technique,a jet mill,to form an ultra-fine powder. The particle size distribution of the samples was determined with a laser particle-analyser,their average particle size is < 4μm. The homogeneity was tested by high-precision WD-XRF and the minimum sampling mass is 5 mg,which was confirmed by XRF,ICP-AES and ICP-MS. Twelve laboratories participated in the cooperative study and 60 constituents were determined. 50 and 51 components were certified as certified values and 1 and 2 components as reference values respectively for MSCS-1 and MSCS-2,52 constituents were certified as certified values for MSCS-3,4 and 5. The sum of the major and minor components in the five reference materials MSCS-1 -5 is 99.9% ,99.6% ,100.4% ,100.1% and 99.7% ,respectively.

Objective:To explore effect of oleanolic acid on allergic rhinitis(AR)and its potential mechanism. Methods:Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)were isolated by density gradient centrifugation.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect expressions of Foxp3,IL-17A,Beclin1,and RORγt mRNA in nasal mucosa;flow cytometry was employed to assess proportion of Treg and Th17 cells in PBMCs;Western blot was utilized to determine expressions of RORγt,LC3-Ⅰ,LC3-Ⅱ,Beclin1,and P62 proteins in nasal mucosal.Mice were randomly divided into Control,ovalbumin(OVA),L-oleanolic acid,H-oleanolic acid,DSGC,3-MA and H-oleanolic acid+Rapa groups.Histological changes were observed by HE staining and Periodate Schiff(PAS)staining.Serological changes, expressions of IL-17A,IL-10,eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP)and anti-OVA-specific antibodies were detected by ELISA.Results:AR patients had Th17/Treg imbalance and activated autophagy.Oleanolic acid restored Th17/Treg balance and inhibited autophagy in vitro. In vivo experiments demonstrated that oleanolic acid inhibited OVA-induced allergic nasal symptoms and activation of autophagy pathway, which was same as regulation of 3-MA,while Rapa could weaken effects of high dose of oleanolic acid. Moreover, oleanolic acid reduced infiltration of different inflammatory cells of nasal lavage fluid, prevented damages to epithelial cells, and improved nasal mucosal thickness and mucus secretion.Oleanolic acid regulated balance of mouse Th17/Treg-associated cytokines expressions. Conclusion:Oleanolic acid can be used to treat AR,whose effect is realized through inhibiting autophagy to regulate Th17/Treg balance.
