Objective To investigate the effect of the examination mode which focuses on students' comprehensive skill and capability, and then provide some references for the consummation of the examination evaluation system of the course of pathogenic biology and immunology experiments. Methods Students of five-year class of stomatology of Grade 2009 were selected to sit the innovating examination. The evaluation of the effect was analysed by the way of a questionnaire. Results Many students set higher values on the innovating course arrangement and examination mode which improved their capacity of experimental design, operational technique, writing of laboratory reports, innovative ability and so on. Conclusion The innovating course arrangement and examination mode are superior compared to the old one and can improve students comprehensive ability.

The examination mode which focuses on comprehensive and designing experiments is established for the course of pathogenic biology and immunology experiments. The test of experiment modules and the identification of pathogenic morphology are utilized to assess students'skill objectively. This item is expected to be beneficial to improving students'innovating spirit and enhancing their ability to analyse and resolve problems.

Objective To study the accuracy, clinical value and limit in assessing the vessels surrounding pancreas involved by pancneutic carcinoma with low field MRI.Methods MRI scanning was performed in 55 patients with pancreatic carcinoma. We prospectively evaluated the MRI findings of vascular involvement by pancreatic carcinoma, and compared with the surgical results. Results Of total 55 cases,50(91%)cases were correctly diagnosed on MRI .MRI carries an accuracy of 86% for prediction of resectility, and accuracy of 93% for unresectility. Conclusion Low field MRI can accurately assess the peripancreative vessels ,but it has limited value in the patients with pancreatic carinomaⅠa orⅠb.
6.An analysis on the clinical effects of aripiprazole on post-schizophrenic depression
China Modern Doctor 2015;(15):60-63
Objective To explore the clinical effects of aripiprazole on post-schizophrenic depression and its effects on patients' life quality. Methods A total of 82 patients with post-schizophrenic depression who were admitted to our hos-pital from January 2011 to July 2014 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly assigned to control group(n=41)and experiment group(n=41). The control group was given risperidone, and the experiment group was given aripiprazole. Changes of PANSS scores, HAMD scores, CGI scores and QOL-100 scores between the two groups were compared. Results PANSS scores, HAMD scores, CGI scores and QOL-100 scores between groups before the treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05). After the treatment, scores in the two groups improved significantly compared to those before the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Psychopathology score in the experiment group 24 weeks after the treatment was lower than that in the control group. Scores of negative symptom scale and HAMD scores 12 weeks and 24 weeks after the treatment were both lower than those in the control group. CGI score 12 weeks after the treatment was lower than that in the control group. QOL-100 scores was higher than that in the control group. The differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Differences of adverse events were not statistically significant(χ2=0.179, P>0.05). Conclusion After the treatment of aripiprazole for patients with post-schizophrenic depression, depression and negative symptoms are improved greatly, and the life quality is enhanced.

One hundred Alzheimer′s disease (AD) patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) treated with donepezil+risperidone group ( n=50, group 1) or hydrochloride memantine+risperidone group ( n=50, group 2) in geriatric departments of Hangzhou Seventh People′s Hospital were enrolled in the study. Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS), treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were applied for evaluation; and blood routine examination, blood biochemistry, eletrocardiogram were performed in two groups before and after treatment. After treatment, MoCA score in group 2 (16.10±3.90) was significantly higher than that in group 1 (18.14±3.71)( t=-3.99, P<0.01), and PANSS score in group 2 (86.66±6.62) was significantly lower than that in group 1 (109.50±11.51; t=12.67, P<0.01). The incidence rates of dry mouth (16%,8/50), extrapyramidal side effects (10%,5/50) and the total score of TESS (3.92±2.02) in group 2 were markedly lower than those of group 1 [44%(22/50), 36%(18/50), (12.49±1.45);χ 2=9.33,9.54, t=17.90,all P<0.01]. Meanwhile, group 2 had significantly lower influences on the levels of blood lipids and fasting blood glucose (all P<0.01). The risperidone dose used in group 2 was significantly lower than that in group 1 [(2.06±0.50) vs. (3.85±0.89)mg, t=14.40, P=0.04].The results suggest that hydrochloridememantine combined with risperidone is more effective with less side effects compared to donepezil combined with risperidone for AD patients with BPSD.

Objective To identify the influencing factors of the subjective well-being of geriatric patients with fractures and to provide a theoretical basis for targeted nursing interventions .Methods The Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness ( MUNSH ) , Social Support Rating Scale ( SSRS ) , Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire ( MCMQ ) and general questionnaire were used to survey 45 geriatric patients with fractures within one-week after hospitalization .Results The score of subjective well -being was (25.77 ±12.03 ) in the participants.Among the targeted group of geriatric patients with fractures , the subjective well-being was positively correlated with subjective support and objective support (r=0.547, 0.649, respectively;P<0.05), and negatively correlated with the resignation coping style (r=-0.707,P<0.05). The subjective well-being was negatively correlated with the factors of spouse and living conditions ( r =-0.311, -0.347, respectively;P<0.05), while it was positively correlated with income ( r=0.535,P<0.01).Conclusions Favorable social support and coping style , sound family structure and living conditions as well as relatively high income will help to improve subjective well-being of geriatric patients with fractures . Nurses should provide targeted nursing intervention , while the society and families should care the elderly .

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention on coping style and self -efficacy in chronic hepatitis B patients .Methods Eighty chronic hepatitis B patients were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , each with 40 cases. The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing .The coping style and self-efficacy were compared through the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire ( MCMQ ) and General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) between two groups after 3 weeks. Results The subscale scores of MCMQ including face, avoid and abandon were respectively (27.93 ±5.84), (10.91 ±5.90), (4.94 ±1.09) in the observation group after the intervention , and were better than those of the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (t=4.65,2.24,9.73, respectively;P<0.05).The differences were found in the scores of face, avoid and abandon in the observation group before and after the intervention ( P <0.01 ).The differences were found in the scores of avoid and abandon in the control group before and after the intervention (P<0.05).The total scores of GSES was (20.50 ±5.50) in the control group after the intervention , and was lower than (30.35 ±5.0) in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.38, P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention can change the coping style and improve their self-efficacy in chronic hepatitis B patients .
