Objective To analyze the current state of domestic and international research on primary cardiac malignant tumor and predict its future development trends using bibliometric methods. Methods Relevant literature on"primary cardiac malignant tumor",from January 1,2004 to June 1,2024 was retrieved from the the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)core collection databases. The number of publications in this field over the past 20 years was counted, and the national publication volume, author situation, keyword clustering and emergence, and co-occurrence of authors, institutions, and keywords in the included literature were analyzed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software. Results A total of 312 and 775 papers were included in the CNKI and WOS core collections, respectively.WOS core collection data showed that China's publication volume ranked second globally, but its international cooperation was relatively low with 0.01 of centrality. In the CNKI database, the authors with high publication volume were represented by Chen Dong,Xu Zhiyun, and Song Shutian, while in the WOS core collection, the authors were represented by Reardon Michael J and Gaudino Mario. Some publications included in the WOS core collection from Chinese researchers, but the Chinese researchers were short of research cooperation and continuous academic output. The keyword map analysis showed that"pathological typing","echocardiography",and"surgical treatment"were the research focus in this field for decades. In recent years, research on chemotherapy and molecular mechanisms increased both domestically and internationally, and immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)and other immunotherapy treatment options have gradually been applied to the disease.Compared with domestic research, foreign research focused more on refined imaging diagnosis,in-depth pathological typing, comprehensive treatment, prognosis management, and multicenter research cooperation. However, many studies were case reports. Conclusions The improvement of surgical plans and the renewal of imaging technology remain the research focus in the field of primary cardiac malignant tumor.Exploring targeted treatments and comprehensive treatments to improve patient prognosis based on molecular pathological mechanisms is the future research trend, and high-quality clinical research based on multicenter and multidisciplinary cooperation is imperative.

OBJECTIVE To explore the CT and MRI appearances of otogenic sigmoid sinus thrombophlebitis(SST) and abscess. METHODS The HRCT, plain MRI, magnetic resonance venography(MRV), enhanced MRI findings in 11 patients with otogenic SST were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS On CT, the bony wall of sigmoid sinus was eroded in 10 cases (10/11), and air bubbles were found in or around sigmoid sinus in 4 cases. On plain MRI, sigmoid sinus flow void effect disappeared in all 11 cases. SST manifested as high signal on T2W1 in all 11 cases, and as low signal on T1WI in 2 cases, isointense signal on T1WI in 6 cases, high signal on T1WI in 3 cases. Contrast enhancement MRI showed enhancement in wall of venous sinus, but venous sinus thrombosis did not enhanced, but showed as irregular filling defect or empty triangle. MRV showed that involved venous sinus was not visualized. CONCLUSION CT can show the erosion of the bony wall of sigmoid sinus which may indicate the SST; and if air bubbles are found around or in the sigmoid sinus, the abscess around or in the sigmoid sinus should be doubted. Conventional MRI combined with MRV are effective and noninvasive methods in the diagnosis of SST.

Objective:This meta-analysis was conducted to systematically evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging guided laparoscopic liver tumor resection (FIGLTR).Methods:A systematic search was made for the literature on indocyanine green fluorescence image-guided laparoscopic hepatectomy in randomized, semi-randomized controlled trials and observational studies, and manually search published materials and conference papers in Chinese and English and trace references included in the literature. The retrieval period was up to September 2021. The quality of included studies was evaluated, then the meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.1 software. Results:Ten studies were included with 803 patients, including 341 in the FIGLTR group and 462 in the non-FIGLTR group. Meta results showed that: Compared to the traditional resection group, indocyanine green fluorescence imaging can significantly shorten the operative time ( MD=-22.61, 95% CI: -34.20--11.03, P<0.001), reduce intraoperative bleeding ( MD=-49.17, 95% CI: -84.99--13.36, P<0.01), shorter hospital stay ( MD=-0.89, 95% CI: -7.72--0.06, P<0.05), Improve the removal rate of R 0 edge ( OR=8.80, 95% CI: 1.96-39.44, P<0.05) and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications ( OR=0.55, 95% CI: 0.34-0.87, P<0.05) of laparoscopic liver tumor resection. There were no differences found in portal block time and transfusion rate. Conclusion:Indocyanine green fluorescence imaging technology provides a new way for safe and accurate laparoscopic resection of liver tumors.

Objective:To explore the feasibility of direct renin inhibitor aliskiren for the treatment of severe or critical coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients with hypertension. Methods:The antihypertensive effects and safety of aliskiren was retrospectively analyzed in three severe and one critical COVID-19 patients with hypertension. Results:Four patients, two males and two females, with an average age of 78 years (66-87 years), were referred to hospital mainly because of respiratory symptoms. Three were diagnosed by positive novel coronavirus 2019 (2019-nCoV) nucleic acid or antibody, and the critical patient with cardiac insufficiency was clinically determined. Two patients were treated with calcium channel antagonist (CCB), one with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), and one with angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist (ARB). After admission, ACEI and ARB were discontinued, one patient with heart failure was treated by aliskiren combined with diuretic.Three patients were treated with aliskiren combined with CCB among whom two withdrew CCB due to low blood pressure after 1 to 2 weeks. Based on comprehensive treatment including antiviral and oxygenation treatment, blood pressure was satisfactorily controlled by aliskiren after three to four weeks without serious adverse events. All patients were finally discharged. Conclusion:Our preliminary clinical data shows that antihypertensive effect of aliskiren is satisfactory and safe for severe COVID-19 patients complicated with hypertension.

Magnetotactic bacteria (MTB), a group of phylogenetically diverse organisms that use their unique intracellular magnetosome organelles to swim along the Earth's magnetic field, play important roles in the biogeochemical cycles of iron and sulfur. Previous studies have revealed that the bacterial actin protein MamK plays essential roles in the linear arrangement of magnetosomes in MTB cells belonging to the Proteobacteria phylum. However, the molecular mechanisms of multiple-magnetosome-chain arrangements in MTB remain largely unknown. Here, we report that the MamK filaments from the uncultivated 'Candidatus Magnetobacterium casensis' (Mcas) within the phylum Nitrospirae polymerized in the presence of ATP alone and were stable without obvious ATP hydrolysis-mediated disassembly. MamK in Mcas can convert NTP to NDP and NDP to NMP, showing the highest preference to ATP. Unlike its Magnetospirillum counterparts, which form a single magnetosome chain, or other bacterial actins such as MreB and ParM, the polymerized MamK from Mcas is independent of metal ions and nucleotides except for ATP, and is assembled into well-ordered filamentous bundles consisted of multiple filaments. Our results suggest a dynamically stable assembly of MamK from the uncultivated Nitrospirae MTB that synthesizes multiple magnetosome chains per cell. These findings further improve the current knowledge of biomineralization and organelle biogenesis in prokaryotic systems.
