1.AmpC ?-lactamases producing escherichia coli and klebsoella pneumoniae:a survey and analysis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(03):-
Objective To detect AmpC ?-lactamases from clinical isolates of escherichia coli and klebsoella pneumoniae in our hospital. Methods Using confirmatory test recommended by the NCCLS to detect ESBLs producing escherichia coli and klebsoella pneumoniae.Adopting three dimensional extract test and three dimensional depression test to detect AmpC ?-lactamases.Results Among 236 escherichia coli strains collected,104 were ESBLs producing strains.Among 135 klebsoella pneumoniae strains collected,29 were ESBLs producing strains.Among 106 cefoxitin-resistant strains,AmpC ?-lactamases producing strains were found in 3 strains. Conclusion ESBLs are the most important resistant mechanisms of the two bacteria isolates in our hospital. The strains cefoxitin-resistant may result from the loss of the membrane porin.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
The protective effect of TGPs on acute liver damage induced by carbon tetrachloride ( CCl4 ) was investigated in mice . TGPs ( 40 or 80mg/kg?d ? 3d, ip ) reduced the elevation of plasma or serume gl- utamic pyruvic transaminase ( GPT ) and plasma lactate dehydroge-nase ( LDH ) in CCl4-intoxicated mice, but if had no significant influence on the elevation of plasma glutamic oxalacetic transaminase ( GOT).TGPs (40mg/kg?d ? 3d, ip ) showed a protective effect on the histopathologic changes of liver injury induced by CCl4. The results suggest that TGPs may a protect against hepatic damage.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the role of splenic macrophage(M) in the occurrence of hypersplenism in patients with portal hypertension(PHT). Methods The changes in the quantity, distribution, ultrastructure of M, the quantity acid phophatase in M ,and the quantity of M phagocytizing blood cells were determined by immunohistochemistry and transmission electron microscopy in the normal and PHT spleen. Results Compared with normal spleen, the cell density of the M in PHT spleen decreased;and the quantity of acid phophatase in M increased; the surface folopodia of M increased and lengthened;and the quantity of lysosome in M and the quantity of M phagocytizing blood cells increased. Conclusions The splenic M may play an important role in the occurrence of hypersplenism in PHT.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2001;0(01):-
Objective To approach the treatment value of endoscopic sphincterotomy for the dysfunction of Oddi sphincter in postcholecystectomy syndrome. Methods Endoscopic sphincterotomy was undergone in 28 cases with ultimate diagnosis of Oddi sphincter dysfunction after BUS, ERCP , basal sphincter pressure examination and ruled out the patients with retained or recurrent stones, stricture or carcinoma in the bile duct having postcholecystectomy syndrome. Results Symptoms disappeared completely after the treatment in 18 cases, alleviated apparently in 5 cases and other 2 cases after the second treatment, without alleviation in 3 cases, the effective rate is 89.3%(25/28).No severe complication happened. Conclusion It is assumed that endoscopic sphincterotomy is a micro-traumatic,safe and effective treatment for the dysfuction of Oddi sphincter in postcholecystectomy syndrome.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2001;24(2):104-106
Objective In order to make a d efinite diagnosis and raise the therapeutic level for the upper limb neuritis of unknown cause. Methods A study on upper limb neuritis of unknown cause was carried out on eight patients. There were six men and two women, with a mean ages of 34 years.Findings were initially restricted to the ulnar nerve distrbution in six patients, and radial nerve in two patients.Clinical course was from five months to four years. All the patients were subjected to neurolysis or interfascicular ne urolysis combined with perineural predni solone acetate injection at the same time.Microscopically,it appears the nonspec ific in resecting epineurium. Results Neuritic pain was first to disappear.Six patients showed sensory and motor function recovery, except one patient appears the same symptoms as involving ulnar nerve at the other limb one year later. The another patient involved radial nerve only relieved severe pain. Conclusions The dia gnosis of limbs neuritis without any known cause is going to make a thorough inquiry.Neurolysis is a satisfactory method ,the result is distinctly better than no nsurgical treatments.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Medical Solace Words are a kind of working language used by medical staff who tend to offer solace and encouragement to patients on purpose of medical treatment, and it is a kind of oral language frequently applied by medical staff in the new medical mode.Medical solace aims at decreasing and eliminating patients' negative emotions and improving their mood so as to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and make the treatment smooth as well. This article analyzes medical solace words from the perspective of linguistic pragmatics, revealing that for the concealment and complexity of the expressing context for medical words, and the unique programmatic rules of medical language, medical staff should pay much attention to the language hierarchy and grasp the explanatory principle and the guiding principle of medical solace language to achieve the targeted effects of medical solace.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
A postulated suppression of T lymphocyte function by clonidine (an adrenogic receptor agonist) was explored by utilizing mitogen induced lymphocyte transformation of mouse spleen cells in vitro. Added at the onset of the culture or 24h later, clonidine (10-(?)-10-8 M ) did not suppress T lymphocyte transformation induced by ConA or PHA. It implies that there is a difference in the sensitivity for clonidine between T and B lymphocyte, as clonidine has been suggested to suppress the SRBC induced primary immune response of mouse spleen cells in a dose dependent manner.
9.HYPOTHERMAL EFFECT OF TOTAL GLUCOSIDES OF PAEONY ROOT AND PRELIMINARY STUDY OF ITS MECHANISM
Yongxiang WANG ; Peng CHEN ; Shuyun XU
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Total glucosides of paeony root ( TGPs ) ( 5 ~40mg/kg, ip ) had a dose-related hypothermal effect in mice and rats, which was related to the environment temperature. But TGPs ( 40mg/kg, ip or iv ) showed no significant hypothermal effect in guinea-pigs or rabbits. TGPs ( 2, 4 mg/kg, icv ) had a potential hypothermal effect in rats. Chlopheniramine had antagonist effect on hypothermal effect of TGPs in mice and rats.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
Survivin is a member of the IAP family, which has been shown to localize to various components of the mitotic apparatus. Survivin is not only an apoptosis inhibitor, but a mitotic regulator as well. Survivin is Absolutely undetectable in normal tissues, but over-expressed in all the most common human cancers. Survivin is considered as an important target in cancer treatment, and the research on its molecular antagonists has gained encouraging achievements.
