Objective To find out the changes of voice in different noisy background by computer acoustic analysis.Methods 25 young people with normal hearing and normal vocal cords were selected.Sustained /a/ and /i/ were recorded in three different background:quiet, white band noise and speech noise. The software of Multi Speech and Doctor Speech were used. Testing parameters included: Fo, mean amplitudes, standard deviations of amplitudes,F 1, F 2.Results Fundamental frequencies of noisy groups were significantly higher in male-/a/, female-/a/ and female-/i/.F 1 of noisy groups were significantly higher in male-/a/, male-/i/ and female-/i/.Conclusion Fo and F 1 of normal people can be changed by noise of backgroud.

Objective　To obtain the normal ranges of different parameters in static posturography.Methods　Different parameters' values of 117 normal persons (10～19 years old) were detected by static posturography while they were in opening and closing eyes situations. Results　The mean values of different parameters in opening eyes situation are significantly lower that in closing eyes situation(P＜0.01). The values from the male and the female demonstrate no significant difference, values from 10～19 years old group and 70～79 years old group are significantly higher than from 20～69 years old group(P＜0.01). Conclusion　The static posturography is a perfect measure to analyze and evaluate the balance ability of human body in exact quantification, and could be one of the routine clinic tests, supplying quantificational, intellective and facile method for diagnosis and evaluation of dizziness and balance ability.

Objective:To test the effects of roxithromycin(RM) on TNF? and IL-6 release from periodontal ligment fibroblasts(PDLCs) stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Methods:PDLCs of passage 4~8 were cultured with RM at 2,20 and 200 ?g/ml respectively with 10 ?g/ml of LPS.The control cells were cultured with culture medium only.The cultures were continued for 3,6,12 and 24 hours respectively.ELISA method was used to measure TNF-? and IL-6 released into the culture medium from PDLCs in the different groups.Results:LPS increased both TNF-? and IL-6 release from PDLCs at all the time points(P

RNA dot blot hybridization was employed to investigate the alterations in C-myc, C-H-ras transcript levels in bone marrow and peripheral blood cells from 24 patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia. 10 cases of normal bone marrow cells were used as control. We found that the positive rates and intensities of expression of C-myc and C-H-ras in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia were hipher than those of normal control. The C-myc and C-H-ras expressed simultaneously in 10 patients. After having been cultured 5 days with RA and low dose Ara-C combined with low dose Harr, the C-myc transcipt level of C-myc in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia was decreased obviously.

Chemical warfare agents and chemical terrorism agents have been identified as one of the major threats to human survival and national security currently. The key to dealing with these threats is the effective medical countermeasures of which specific antidotes take center stage. In the past decade,real or potential chemical threats which has sparked regional conflicts,terrorist activities or chemical accidents intentionally or unintentionally have increased the investment in antidotes research and development worldwide. Here,we introduced the research status on medical countermeasures against chemical threat by giving an overview of the United States ″Countermeasures Against Chemi?cal Threats(CounterACT)Program″,and then the recent research progress in antidotes against nerve agents,sulfur mustard and cyanide toxicities were reviewed.

Objective To investigate the use of laparoscopy in the resection of colorectal cancers. Methods A total of 17 cases of colorectal cancer resection had been made by laparoscopy, including 3 cases of right hemicolectomy, 3 cases of sigmoid colon cancer radical resection, 7 cases of Dixon’s procedure, 2 cases of Mile’s procedure and 2 cases of Park’s procedure. The operation was accomplished totally laparoscopically in 6 cases, while the laparoscopic-assisted and hand-assisted excision were conducted in 8 cases and 3cases, respectively. Results All the cases were cured to be discharged from the hospital. There were no deaths or complications or conversions to open surgery.The operation time was 150～240 min (mean, 190 min). The intraoperative blood loss was 20～300 ml (mean, 55 ml). The average length of postoperative hospital stay was 9.6 days. Analgesic was required in 6 cases. Follow-up for 1～6 months found no recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer is safe and feasible,with a satisfactory short-term effect.

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of hierarchical management for patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:One hundred and eighty seven patients with bronchial asthma were recruited from January 2018 to November 2019 in Daxing District People′s Hospital. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, 94 patients received disease management education and therapeutic guidance from doctors in the community hospital and district hospital (study group), and 93 patients were followed up in outpatient visits only (control group). After one year, the scores of inhalation technique, treatment adherence, disease management awareness, the Asthma Control Test (ACT), the Mini Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (MiniAQLQ) and pulmonary function were evaluated and compared between two groups. The annual acute attack times and time to first exacerbation were also compared between the two groups.Results:After one year of management the treatment adherence rate in study group was higher than that in control group [80.85% (76/94) vs. 51.61% (48/93), χ2=2.834, P=0.02]. The scores of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) inhalation technique [(6.47±1.28) vs. (4.05±1.37), t=2.241, P=0.04], the correct rates of exhaling before ICS inhalation [94.68% (89/94) vs.56.98% (53/93), χ2=4.436, P=0.01],inhalation [90.43%(85/94) vs.68.82% (64/93),χ2=2.943, P=0.04],holding breath after inhalation [89.36% (84/94) vs.58.06% (54/93),χ2=4.098, P=0.02],rinsing mouth after ICS inhalation [92.55%(87/94) vs.65.59%(61/93),χ2=2.876, P=0.04] in study group were higher than those in control group. The awareness rates of chronic inflammatory airway disease [70.21%(66/94) vs.44.08% (41/93),χ2=2.673, P=0.02], causative factors [85.10% (80/94) vs. 56.99% (53/93),χ2=2.760, P=0.02],treatment misunderstanding [88.29%(83/94) vs.53.76%(50/93),χ2=4.874, P<0.01], therapeutic goal [86.17% (81/94) vs. 49.46% (46/93),χ2=4.491, P<0.01] and requiring long-term treatment [90.43% (85/94) vs.48.38% (45/93),χ2=4.503, P<0.01] in study group were higher than those in control group. The scores of ACT [(22.71±2.81) vs. (19.50±5.34), t=2.041, P=0.04] and miniAQLQ [(84.28±11.16) vs. (64.23±14.38), t=3.298, P<0.01] in study group were higher than those in control group. The number of annual acute exacerbation was less [0(0, 1) vs.2(1, 3), Z=-3.237, P<0.01] and the time to first exacerbation was longer [184(96, 284)d vs. 96(59, 177)d, Z=3.873, P<0.01] in study group than those in the control group after one year of management. Conclusion:The hierarchical management can effectively enhance the inhalation technique and treatment adherence of the patients with bronchial asthma, and improve the quality of life of patients.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for standardizing the clinical use of carbapenem antibiotics and controlling drug-resistant bacteria infection. METHODS:The detection of 3 kinds of carbapenems-resistant Gram-negative bacillus in our hospi-tal during 2011-2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The consumption,target cure rate and treatment course of carbapenem antibiot-ics were analyzed statistically. The correlation between detection rate of drug-resistant bacteria with the consumption of carbapenem antibiotics was investigated by Pearson test. RESULTS:During 2011-2016,1222 strains of carbapenems-resistant Acinetobacter bauman (CRAB),655 strains of carbapenems-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CRPA) and 53 strains of carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli (CRE) were detected in our hospital. The detection rates increased from 23.88%,8.92%,0.09% in 2011 to 80.34%,35.74%,0.97% in 2016. The types of carbapenem antibiotics in our hospital were mainly imipenem and meropenem. The consumption of them increased from 4222,145 g in 2011 to 7218,4387 g in 2016. The both target cure rates were all lower than 60%,and the proportion of the patients with treatment course >14 d was more than 65%. The detection rates of CRAB,CR-PA and CRE were positively correlated with the consumption of carbapenem antibiotics (r>0.9,P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The detection rate of carbapenems-resistant Gram-negative bacillus and drug consumption increase year by year in our hospital,and they have certain correlation. The target cure rate of carbapenem antibiotics in our hospital is in low level,and there is a long treatment course. They are should be standardized in the clinic. The selection of carbapenem antibiotics should be strictly followed clinical in-dications so as to reduce the generation of drug-resistant strains.

Doctor-patient conflict is a social problem in the present phase of medical development in China that has come into being due to the huge gap between the doctor's and the patient's understanding and requirement concerning their roles,rights,obligations and interest.It results from intersection and collision of various social factors.From the sociological perspective,it has been found that the main causes of such a problem include: the limited health resources and its uneven distribution;the doctor as the monopoly of medical resources;the doctor and the patient both as seekers of maximal self-interest.According to the conflict theory in sociology,doctor-patient conflict can be classified,in terms of form,degree,and goal of conflict,into direct and indirect conflict,violent and non-violent conflict,and reality and non-reality conflict respectively.Indirect conflict and non-reality conflict deserve special attention because of their hiddenness,latency,and deep influence upon doctor-patient relationship.

To evaluate the gB antibody level of pseudorabies virus (PRV) in swine,a rapid test strip was developed.In the strip,the expressed protein of gB was labeled with colloidal gold,the staphylococcal protein A (SPA) and swine anti PRV antibody were blotted on the nitrocellulose membrane for the test and control lines,respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of the strip were detected with standard positive,negative and immunized sera of PRV,the results indicated that the strip was high specificity and sensitivity.Field swine serum samples were tested by the new strip and commercial IDEXX PRV gB ELISA kit,simultaneously.The agreement rate of the two methods was 91.04％.Furthermore,the dipstick assay based on the strip is rapid (5 min),sensitive and easy to perform.This suggests that the new strip is an acceptable alternative for field diagnosis.
