Tongue inspection is an important diagnostic method in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). However, due to its qualitative, subjective and experience-based nature, traditional tongue inspection has found very limited application in modem clinical medicine. In this paper, a novel system for tongue inspection based on hyperspectral imaging system is developed. The system includes image acquisition, feature extraction and classification functions. In this system, two kinds of quantitative features, spatial and spectral, are extracted from hyperspectral tongue images by using popular digital image processing techniques. Then, Bayesian networks are employed to model the relationship between these quantitative features and diseases. The preliminary results show that the system is sensitive to the abnormal tongues.

Objective:To construct a self-management intervention program for patients with adenocarcinoma chemotherapy based on chronic disease trajectory model, and to provide reference for clinical nursing intervention. Methods:From October 2021 to June 2022, a research team was established. Based on the chronic disease trajectory model and self-management theory, through preliminary quantitative research, literature review and semi-structured interview, the first draft of the intervention plan was prepared. 24 experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence consultation to determine the self-management intervention plan for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy based on the trajectory model of chronic disease. Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 100%, and the coefficient of expert authority degree was 0.805 and 0.863, respectively. The mean values of importance were 4.21- 4.96 and 4.46 - 5.00, the coefficients of variation were 0.00 - 0.19 and 0.00-0.17, and the Kendall concordant coefficients were 0.123 and 0.149 ( both P<0.01). Finally, the self-management intervention scheme for breast cancer chemotherapy patients based on the trajectory model of chronic disease was constructed, including 3 first-level indicators, 6 second-level indicators and 27 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The self-management intervention program for patients with adenocarcinoma chemotherapy based on chronic disease trajectory model constructed in this study can provide a certain reference for clinical nurses to carry out targeted self-management interventions.

The chemical constituents of Justicia procumbens are mainly lignans, flavonoids, alkaloids, etc. It is commonly used in clinical practice as an adjunctive treatment for malaria, fevers, coughs of pulmonary fever, poisonous snake bites and other diseases.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Justicia procumbens has anti-platelet aggregation,analgesic,anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory effects. In this review, the herbal evidence of Justicia procumbens was summarised in more detail, and the chemical composition, the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Justicia procumbens were summarised in combination with domestic and international studies, and the quality marker(Q-Marker)of Justicia procumbens was predicted and analyzed on the basis of the Five Principles, network pharmacology, and traditional medicinal properties. The preliminary predictions of 6'-hydroxy justicidin A,6'-hydroxy justicidin B,6'-hydroxy justicidin C,justicidin B,Chinensinaphthol methyl ether, and kaempferol were used as the Q-Markers of Justicia procumbens with a view to provide a reference for the better development and utilisation of Justicia resources.

To study the effect of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) cultured in hypoxic environment. The optimal APS concentration, which could promote the proliferation of BMSCs, was screened by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium method. The concentration was used to intervene in BMSCs-induced by adipogenic differentiation fluid growing in different oxygen concentrations (3%, 6%, 10% and 20%). The formation of lipid droplets in the BMSCs-intervened was observed by oil red O staining under the optical microscope. The mRNA and protein levels of the lipid relating genes peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma 2 (PPAR-γ₂) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) were detected by Real-time PCR and Western blotting, respectively. The results showed that, comparing with the control group, 40 μg/mL APS could significantly promote the proliferation of BMSCs under low oxygen concentration. A large amount of lipid droplets existed in BMSCs growing in the adipogenic inducing fluid containing 40 μg/mL APS and the hypoxic environment, and the protein and mRNA levels of PPAR-γ₂ and LPL also raised. It was worth noting that the phenomenon was more significant in 10% oxygen concentration, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 40 μg/mL APS had effect on promoting the proliferation and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs cultured in hypoxic environment, and the effect was related to the concentration of oxygen of BMSCs-cultured.
