OBJECTIVE:To optimize the dry granulation technology conditions for Yinqiao baidu tablet. METHODS:Using granulating difficulty degree and disintegration time as investigation indexes, ratio and amount of accessories microcrystalline cellu-lose and compressible starch in Yinqiao baidu tablet, moisture content of the sprayed powder were screened. Using yield of particle and angle of repose as indexes,L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the wheel pressure, rotating speed and feeding speed in dry granulation technology, and verification test was conducted. RESULTS:The ratio of microcrystalline cellulose and compress-ible starch was 7:3,and mixing ratio of the two with spray powder+inclusion compound was 1:5. The moisture content of spray powder was controlled in 1%-2%. The optimal technology was as follow as wheel pressure of 3.5 MPa,roller speed of 4 r/min and feeding speed of 10 r/min. In verification test, average yield of particle was 69.2% and angle of repose was 31.5 °. Transfer rate of chlorogenic acid had reached over 92%,and RSD of each index was below 2.53%(n=3). CONCLUSIONS:Each index of parti-cle prepared by optimized accessories formulation and technology shows good reproducibility and feasibility, and the technology is stable and suitable for production.

Objective:To explore the effect of behavioral training of creative art therapy(CAT) on interpersonal communication in teenagers. Methods:Eighty teenagers were randomly divided into study group( n=40) and control group( n=40).The study group was received the behavioral training of CAT (12 times, each activity lasts for 120 min), and the control group did not take part in the behavioral training of CAT.The two groups were measured with self-esteem scale(SES), shyness scale(SS) and social anxiety scale for children(SASC) before and after behavior training.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and t-test variance analysis and Mann-Whitney U test were used to compare the differences between groups or within groups. Results:Before and after behavioral training, changes in the SES total score (7.00(5.00, 9.75) vs 1.00(0, 2.00)), the SS total score (7.00(6.00, 12.75) vs 2.00(1.00, 3.00)), the SASC total score (5.00(2.00, 8.75) vs 0(0, 1.00)) and two factor scores (3.00(0.25, 5.00) vs 1.00(0, 1.00), 2.00(1.00, 4.00) vs 0(0, 1.00))in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group( Z=-7.347, -7.338, -5.841, -4.122 and -5.393, all P<0.05).The score differences of the SASC total score ((7.19±3.82) vs (3.21±3.04)) and two factor scores ((4.00±2.23) vs (1.68±2.05), 3.00 (1.00, 5.00) vs 2.00 (0, 2.00)) of girls were significantly higher than those of boys in the study group ( t=-3.611, -3.398, Z=-2.111, P=0.001, 0.002, 0.035). Conclusion:Behavioral training of CAT can improve teenagers' self-esteem, relieve their shyness and social anxiety, as well as promote their interpersonal communication.

[ ABSTRACT] AIM: To investigate the underlying genetic changes of a Chinese patient with infantile malignant osteopetrosis ( IMO) .IMO is a monogenic disease, mostly caused by mutations of TCIRG1 and CLCN7 genes. The former is believed a homozygous gene and only cause the disease in homozygous or compound heterozygous status. However, it has been reported that heterozygous mutations also cause the disease in 6 non-Chinese cases.METHODS:Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood of the patient and his parents. All exons and splice sites of TCIRG1 and CLCN7 genes were amplified by PCR followed by Sanger sequencing.Mutation detection in the 2 genes was also investigated in the parents. Haplotypes were constructed by variations obtained in mutation detection and microsatillites flanking TCIRG1 gene in the family by Cyrillic.Chromosomal microarray analysis ( CMA) was performed to detect copy number variations ( CNV) of the patient and his mother.RESULTS:A novel mutation c.449_452delAGAG ( p.Gln149Glnfs16) was detected in the pa-tient.This mutation truncated 666 amino acids at the C terminal of the V-ATPase 116 kD isoform a3 protein. It wiped out the entire ATPase V0 complex and was predicted to result in total loss of protein function. This mutation was also detected in the patient’ s father. No pathogenic mutation was detected in CLCN7 gene.CMA did not reveal any CNV involving TCIRG1 or CLCN7 gene.CONCLUSION:We reported a novel heterozygous mutation of TCIRG1 gene causing IMO.This represents the first IMO case in China caused by heterozygous TCIRG1 gene mutation.
