Objective:
To investigate the influence of pharmaceutical care pathway on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and negative emotion in patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
Methods:
Patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the oncology department of Yongkang first people′s hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 for chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups:61 cases received conventional clinical pathway management (control group), and 64 cases received conventional clinical pathway combined with pharmaceutical pathway management (intervention group). Fatigue, anxiety, depression scores were compared between the two groups before and after 2, 4 cycles chemotherapy.
Results:
There was no significant difference in baseline condition between the two groups (

AIM:To investigate matrine-induced apoptosis of human medulloblastoma D 341 cells and the ex-pression of Bax , Bcl-2, serine/threonine kinase Akt and phosphorylated Akt ( p-Akt) in vitro.METHODS: D341 cells were divided into experimental groups ( added with matrine at different concentrations ) and control group ( under the same conditions without matrine). The proliferation of D341 cells was analyzed by CCK-8 assay.Apoptosis was detected by An-nexin V-FITC/PI double staining and the expression of Bax , Bcl-2, Akt and p-Akt was detected by Western blotting .RE-SULTS:Matrine significantly inhibited the proliferation of D 341 cells and increased the apoptosis in a dose-and time-de-pendent manner .The cell apoptosis was characterized by chromatin condensation with margination of chromatin to the nu -clear membrane , increased when and larger cytoplasmic vacuoles , and formation of apoptotic body after treatment with ma-trine.The expression of Bax increased , while the expression of Bcl-2 and p-Akt decreased when the drug concentration gradually increased .CONCLUSION:Matrine induces the apoptosis of human medulloblastoma D 341 cells in vitro by acti-vation of Bax, down-regulation of Bcl-2 and reduction of p-Akt expression level in the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

Objective To understand the cause of chest pain (precordium indisposition) in children and explore the thread of thought in its analysis. Methods Clinical data of 314 children with chest pain who visited the cardiovascular department for children of our hospital were collected and analyzed to study its causes. Results The cause could be attributed to organic cardiac diseases in 43 of 314 children (13.7%) with chest pain,to non-organic cardiac diseases in 108 (34.4%),to psychiatric-psychological factors in 60 (19.1%) and to unknown cause in 41 (13.1%).Average age of children with organic cardiac diseases was younger than that of children with other causes (P<0.05).Symptoms accompanied simultaneously in children with organic cardiac diseases were much more frequent significantly than those in them with non-organic cardiac chest pain and unknown causes (P<0.05).Conclusions Chest pain in children could be caused by a few causes, which was non-specific symptom for organic cardiac diseases,so, more should be taken into account in analyzing the cause of chest pain in children.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the cause, clinical characteristic and preventive measures in nosocomial infection of multiple sites. METHODS A total of 123 cases of nosocomial infection in multiple sites in our hospital in 2004 were prospectively monitored and analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Among 1645 cases of nosocomial infection,123 cases suffered from nosocomial infection in multiple sites. The main infection sites were lower respiratory tract and urinary tract. The main risk factors were over usage of broad-spectrum antibiotics and invasive operation. The serious result was prolongation of duration in hospital, increase in mortality and expensiveness. CONCLUSIONS The nosocomial infection in multiple sites is a main object to be monitored. To prevent, discover and control nosocomial infection in time is an effective measure to reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To analyze the condition of nosocomical systemic fungus infection and make preventive and control measures against nosocomial systemic fungus infection.METHODS The 496 fungus-cultured positive cases with average age of 61.04 years old among the discharged patients from Jan 2003 to Dec 2005 were reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS The rate of nosocomical systemic fungus infection was 0.53%,from which the over 60 age senile patients accounted for 63.1%.Lower respiratory tract and urinary tract were the most frequent infection sites. The Candida albicans was accounted for 70.71%.The death rate of patients with nosocomial systemic fungus infection was 27.82%.The major correlated factors of nosocomial systemic fungus infection were the widespread use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and not be standardized and the iatrojenic injury of respiratory and urological tracts.CONCLUSIONS The causes of nosocomial systemic fungus infection are closely related to medical treatment;the death rate of patients with nosocomial systemic fungus infection is obvious higher than that without it;to prevent and control nosocomial systemic fungus infection is the key point of nosocomial treatment.

Although identification of water contact patterns is one of the most important factors for the prevention of Schistosoma japonicum infection, it is still insufficient for clarifying specific high-risk behaviors and their implications. Parasitological studies and behavioral observations were carried out in a rural village, the Dongting Lake region, China. A time-allocation study conducted by a time-saving spot-check method was implemented to quantify the behavioral risks. Of the 122 participants, 18 (14.8%; 95% confidence interval: 8.5, 21.0) were positive for S. japonicum. Among those diagnosed, the median (25−75% quartile) eggs per gram was 8 (8−16). A significant positive correlation with worm intensity was found among people who repair ships on the marshland (p&It;0.001), and this potential risk was consistent with previous suggestions. Although the parasitological techniques and study design require further improvements, our observational methods may be of use to explicitly identify behaviors at the local level that could be relevant to prevention.

Objective To explore the effect of 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA)combined with antrum mucosal protein-18 (AMP-18)on the expression of myeloperoxidase (MPO),nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB)and epidermal growth factor (EGF)in trinitrobenzene sulphonic acid (TNBS)in-duced colitis rats. Methods 40 male sprague-dawley (SD)rats were randomly divided into group A,B,C and D.After the production of colitis,10 rats in each group were given the following topical treatments respectively:group A,normal saline;group B,5-ASA at the dose of 100 mg/kg;group C,AMP-18 at the dose of 10 mg/kg;group D,5-ASA and AMP-18.Animals were sacrificed at the 4th and 8th day after topical treatment. The macroscopic and histological changes of the colon were e-valuated and scored.MPO activity of the mucosa was detected by biochemical methods.Expressions of serum EGF and tissue NF-kB were detected by ELISA and immunohistochemistry respectively.Re-sults Compared with group A,macroscopic and histological scores and MPO activity in group B,C and D significantly decreased (P <0.05 ).Expressions of serum EGF were significantly higher in group B,C and D than in group A (P <0.01),while the expressions of tissue NF-kB significantly decreased (P <0 .0 5 ).The combination ofAMP -1 8 with 5 -ASA showed a better effect than single use of AMP -1 8 or 5 -ASA .Conclusion Topical treatment with 5 -ASA and AMP -1 8 shows a positive effect in treating TNBS-induced colitis rats, and combined treatment is better than single treatment. The mechanism is related to decreasing of content of colonic MPO,down-regulation of NF-kB and up-expression of EGF.
