AIM: To study the expression and the role of neurokinin-1 receptor(NK-1R) and neurokinin-2 receptor (NK-2R) in distal ileum during acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP).METHODS: 130 adult Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 2 groups: the rats in ANP group( n=80 ) were induced by the retrograde intraductal infusion of 5% sodium taurocholate. The rats in sham operation control group ( n=50 ) received laparotomy only. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to determine the mRNA expression of NK-1R and NK-2R, Western blot was used to investigate expression level of NK-1R.RESULTS: NK-1R and NK-2R mRNA levels were enhanced in the distal ileum of ANP rats compared with controls. AIM: To investigate the expression of neurok inin-2 receptor (NK-2R) in normal pancreas and chronic pancreatitis (CP) tissues. The relation of expres sion of NK-2R with pain in CP was also evaluated. METHODS: CP tis sues were ob tained from 18 men and 7 women undergoing pancreatic head resection as a result of CP. Normal human pancreatic tissues were obtained from 20 patients (11 males/ 9 females). Real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reacti on was used to determine the mRNA expression of NK-2R, Western blot analysis was used to determine its protein expression level, and immunohistochemistry was us ed to localize expression site of NK-2R protein. Objective To investigate the manifestations of CT and MRI images of paranasal sinuses sarcoma, improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods Make retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to January 2014,36 patients with pathologically confirmed nasal sinuses sarcoma in patients with CT and MRI imaging data, to explore the value of imaging diagnosis. Results The MRI sarcoma typically presents with slight long T1 and slight long T2 signal,enhanced moderately enhanced. 36 cases of lesions center located in the sphenoid region, in maxillary sinus in 6 cas-es. The CT diagnosis of paranasal sinuses sarcoma of the lesion was a total of 27 cases(75.00%),the MRI can provide the diagnosis of paranasal sinuses sarcoma in 35 cases(97.22%),two methods had significant difference (χ2=7.43,P<0.05). Conclusion CT can effectively show the sinus bone destruction, MRI could clearly display the lesion's extent,the combination of image can provide more comprehensive information for the diagnosis and treatment of the Sinus.

【Objective】 To investigate the status of professional identity and job satisfaction of blood transfusion physicians in clinical in Tianjin, and to analyze the influencing factors. 【Methods】 The status of professional identity and job satisfaction of physicians in Blood Transfusion Department or Blood Bank of hospitals in Tianjin was investigated and analyzed by online questionnaire survey. 【Results】 The average score of professional identity and job satisfaction was(3.96±0.46) and (3.11±0.86), respectively. Pearson analysis was used for correlation analysis, and the results showed that the dimensions of professional identity and job satisfaction were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05). The results of regression analysis showed that income level was a significant factor influencing the professional identity of blood transfusion physicians(P<0.05), as low income level decreased the professional identity of them. Age also was a significant factor influencing the job satisfaction of blood transfusion workers(P<0.05), as the increase of age would reduce the job satisfaction of them. 【Conclusion】 The level of professional identity and job satisfaction of blood transfusion physicians in Tianjin is generally high, and income level and age are the risk factors affecting their professional identity and job satisfaction.

Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of preoperative autologous blood donation (PABD) under anesthesia monitoring in elective surgical procedures, and to provide scientific data for promoting its clinical application. Methods: 1) A total of 1 164 patients scheduled for elective surgery and met the criteria for stored autologous blood transfusion in our hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were enrolled. Prior to surgery, stored autotransfusion was performed under anesthesia monitoring. During the operation, blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), blood oxygen saturation (SpO ) and other basic life indicators before and after blood collection were recorded and analyzed. Adverse reactions during blood collection were documented, and potential influencing factors were analyzed. 2) The autologous transfusion group (experimental group, patients receiving intraoperative autologous blood reinfusion) was compared with the allogeneic transfusion group (control group, patients without PABD during the same period) using propensity score matching. The length of hospital stay, transfusion-related costs, perioperative hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), platelet count (Plt) and coagulation function were compared between the two groups after matching. Results: 1) Three patients (0.26%) had adverse reactions during blood collection. Autologous blood transfusion was performed in 443 patients (38.1%) during or after operation, with no adverse reaction during blood transfusion. 2) The systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of patients after blood collection were lower than before blood collection, and the SpO was higher than before blood collection, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in heart rate before and after blood collection (P>0.05); Our analysis found that age, gender, blood collection volume, department, or mild-to-moderate circulatory system complications didn’t significantly affect BP, HR and SpO fluctuations (P>0.05). 3) The experimental group had shorter hospital stays and lower transfusion costs than the control group (P<0.05). 4) No significant differences were observed in Hb, Hct, Plt levels or coagulation function (PT, APTT) between the two groups after operation (P>0.05). The hospitalization duration and transfusion related expenses in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: PABD under anesthesia monitoring is safe and feasible in elective surgeries across diverse patient groups and surgical fields. It reduces the costs and conserves blood resources, which is worthy of further promotion.
