The family readiness for discharge of premature infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is an important index to evaluate the safe discharge of premature infants, and a good family discharge readiness is the basic guarantee for the smooth recovery and healthy growth of premature infants. This article summarizes the concept, influencing factors, and intervention strategies of family discharge readiness for premature infants in NICU, in order to provide reference for the formulation and improvement of discharge readiness measures for premature infants in NICU.

Malnutrition, as an independent predictor of incidence and mortality in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), has a serious impact on the treatment effect of patients. Conducting nutritional risk assessment and providing nutritional interventions for CHF patients can effectively improve their quality of life. On the basis of elaborating on the risk factors for malnutrition in CHF patients, this paper reviews the assessment tools for malnutrition in CHF patients, aiming to promote the localization of malnutrition assessment tools and the research and clinical application of malnutrition specific assessment tools, making nutrition assessment a routine part of overall health assessment for CHF patients.

Bacteria have posed a threat to human health, and the emergence of super bacteria has made it more difficult to cure bacterial infections in clinical practice.Currently, vaccines are one of the effective means of preventing bacterial infections. With the rapid development of cutting-edge technologies in recent years in such disciplines as biology, medicine, and materials science, various innovative strategies have been provided for vaccine research and preparation. This article summarizes the status quo and prospects of innovative vaccines for treating bacterial infections in recent years, including subunit vaccines,mRNA vaccines and attenuated live vaccine in the hopes of providing data for subsequent development and research of bacterial vaccines.
