1.The study of comprehensive experimental teaching methods on nursing management
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Teachers develop integrated experiments on nursing management in laboratory center of nursing teaching. By using the methods of imitation and role-play,students exercise nursing management theories and skills that they have learnt to digest related knowledge. In this way, teachers train the students'comprehensive capabilities of communication and coordination, creative thinking, parsing and solving questions and improve the outcome of teaching practice on nursing management to provide clues for more and better integrated experiments.

Objective To optimize the formulation of the Garlic oil ?-CD sustained-release tablet. Methods The preparation formulation of the sustained-release tablet was optimized by orthogonal design which took the released rate as the index. Result The optimized formulation contained 9% HPMC, 15% lactose, 10% PVP, 10% microcrystalline cellulose. The ingredient of Garlic oil sustained-release tablet by this formulation was released slowly in 8 h. Conclusion The optimized formulation is rational and stable, the tablet could be released slowly.

Objective:To examine the potential hemispheric asymmetry of conflict control in two subtypes of children with ADHD(25 of predominantly inattentive,i.e.,ADHD-I;and 31 of combined,i.e.,ADHD-C).Methods:A cross-modal interference task was used,in which the auditory distractors were provided either from the left ear or from the right ear and they constituted congruent, incongruent or neural relations with targets displayed at the screen center of the computer. Results:Children with ADHD showed an distinctive pattern of error rate when distractors were provided from the left ear compared with the normal controls, with a significant conflict effect for ADHD(effect size was 4%),F(1,110)=18.16,P0.1.Moreover,children with ADHD showed a tendency of a reversal inhibition effect(effect size was-1.7%),F(1,110)=3.16,0.050.1.Conclusion:The results suggest that children with ADHD showed atypical pattern of their right hemisphere in conflict control compared with normal children, the atypical pattern of right hemisphere for ADHD-C need to be further studied.

Objective To establish a method of HPLC gradient elution method determination of Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Naodesheng Capsules. Methods Kromasil C18 column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water gradient elution, column temperature at 25 ℃. Results Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rb1 and Ginsenoside Rg1 showed good linear relationship at the range of 0.495~1.782 ?g (r =0.9999), 2.65~9.54 ?g (r =0.9995), 1.85~6.66 ?g (r =0.9999), respectively. The average recovery:Notoginsenoside R1 was 100.60% (RSD=1.99%), Ginsenoside Rb1 was 100.86% (RSD=2.19%) and Ginsenoside Rg1 was 98.83% (RSD=1.95%), respectively. Conclusion The methods is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quantitative determination of Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Naodesheng Capsules.

Objective To verify the analytical performance of the portable Celercare M1 analyzer in the C-reactive protein(CRP) quantitative determination. Methods According to the standard program of the American Clinical and Laboratory Standards Insti-tute (CLSI),The portable Celercare M1 analyzer was performed the verification on the CRP detection in the aspects of the linearity range, precision, accuracy, interference test and method comparison. Results The CRP detection showed good linearity in the range of 0.5-200 mg/L and the regression equation was Y =0.979X +0.456.The within-run coefficients of variation(CV)of samples with low and high CRP levels were 5.9% and 2.0%,respectively.The between-day CV of samples with low and high CRP levels were 6.3% and 2.2%,respectively.The accuracy of the assay was admirable, and bias of CRP results at low and high levels were 2.3% and 0.7%,respectively.No significance interference was observed when serum bilirubin ≤340 μmol/L,triglyceride ≤10 mmol/L and hemoglobin ≤8 g/L in this method. The regression equation of Celercare M1 analyzer(Y )and the IMMAGE 800 (X) for detecting CRP was Y =0.944X +0.206,R 2 =0.996(P <0.05).The relative bias of CRP results in three medical decision levels (3,10,100 mg/L)was 1 .0%,4.0% and 5.0%,repectively,which was lower than 1/2 of total error allowance. Conclusion The linearity, precision, accuracy and interference of the Celercare M1 analyzer in CRP determination are admirable and can be accepted in clinical practice.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(05):-
[Objective] To evaluate the treatment effect of the synovial chondromatosis of the hip through arthroscopy, and to describe the arthroscopic classification.[Methods]From March 2001 to May 2008,21 patients underwent arthroscopic management for primary synovial chondromatosis of the hip.Of the 21 patients,15 were male and 6 were female, aged from 17 to 49 years. The disease was located on the left side in 9 patients, the right side in 12.Anterior and anteriolateral approaches were selected for synovectomy and removal of free bodies. The peripheral compartment received traction, and curved scraper and Slide Winder Blade(the bending radio frequency)were used to deal with the acetabular fossa.[Results]The range of motion of the hip was improved and the pain was released after operation.MRI showed hydrops articuli was reduced or vanished.Harris hip score for the series of patients improved from 56.2 points preoperatively to 92 points at the mean follow-up of 45 months(11 to 96).Of the 21 patients,18(85.7%)had excellent or good outcomes. No recurrent case was found.[Conclusion]Hip arthroscopy proved beneficial for patients diagnosed with synovial chondromatosis of the hip.It had the advantages of minimal invasion, quick recover and satisfactory outcomes.Arthroscopic classification may guide the procedure and avoid omision of the free bodies.

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing rescue process on traffic accident aid to orthopedic patients . Methods Sixty patients with bone injuries from traffic accidents during April to December 2013 were set as control group , in which the traditional aid process was used for rescue, and another 60 patients during January to June 2014 as experiment group, in which the nursing aid process was applied. The two groups were compared in terms of rescue time and effectiveness. Result The rescue time in the experiment group was significantly shorter and the first aid effectiveness was also better than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion By nursing aid process, the personnel can be optimized to avoid chaos during the rescue and meanwhile the time for rescue is shortened, which can contribute the increased success rate.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(9):882-886
Under the situation of national demand for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills, it is very important to develop a scientific and feasible education and training program to popularize CPR skills, and improve first-aid ability. This study illustrated the significance and feasibility of setting up car-diopulmonary resuscitation courses in colleges and universities. On this basis, specific suggestions and countermeasures were put forward to improve teaching organization and leadership, teaching material de-velopment, curriculum design, teaching faculty development, teacher training and laboratory construction. This study proposed to strengthen the legislation, and the implementation of first-aid qualification examina-tion in colleges and universities, making the students become the preferred educational group of CPR skills, which is of great significance to improve public popularity rate of CPR.
