To discuss the standardization of the practitioner's posture in acupuncture operation. Based on the relevant discussion on 'way to holding needle' recorded in Lingshu (Miraculous Pivot) and in association with the clinical acupuncture practice, it was required to standardize the practitioner's posture in acupuncture operation in reference to Lingshu (Miraculous Pivot). The standard standing posture of the practitioner is the precondition of acupuncture operation; the standard holding needle with the puncture hand is the key to the exercise of acupuncture technique and the regular standing orientation is the need of acupuncture operation. The three aspects are complemented each other, which is the coordinative procedure in acupuncture operation and enable the practitioner's high concentration with the body, qi and mind involved.

The content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxide (LPO) of blood serum in 120 ulcerative colitis (UC) patient were tested by means of xanthine oxidation method and colorimeter on the reactive product of thio-barbituric acid.The content of SOD in the UC Patients was lower than that in the normal control group (P＜0.001),and the content of LPO in the UC patients was obviously higher than that the control group (P＜0.001).The content of SOD in the UC patients which accompanied the types of simple retention of damp-heat in the interior or weakness of the spleen and the stomach or the stagnancy of qi and blood stasis or deficiency of yin and stagnancy of qi and blood stasis was distinctly lower tban the one in the normal control groups (P＜0.001).The content of LPO in them is distinctly higher than the content of LPO in normal control group (P＜0.001).Conclusion: These results suggested that the content of SOD of protecting cell factor in the body of ulcerative colitis patients who were mostly the type of retention of damp-heat in the interior decreased and the content of LPO of damaging cell factor increased.When the patients accompanied with the deficiency,the content of the SOD in them reduced remarkably and the content of LPO enhanceed remarkably,especially in those who are the type of weekness of the spleen and the stomach or insufficiency of the spleen and the stagnancy of qi and blood stasis.

We treated 40 cases of stubborn constipation by puncturing Zhongwan (CV 12),Qihai (CV 6), Tianshu (ST 25, bilateral), Daheng (SP 15, bilateral). After 20 times of treatment, 16 cases were cured(accounting for 45%) ,18 cases were significantly improved(accounting for 45%),4 case were improved(accounting for 10%),2 cases were ineffective(accounting for 5%).The total effective rate was 95%.

Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on epileptic seizure and cognitive impairment and the role of CREB in rats with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). Methods TLE rat model was established by LiCl?pilocarpine injection and resveratrol was administrated at a dose of 15 mg/(kg · d) for 7 days. The rat behavior was evaluated by Racine scale and the CREB expression and phosphorylation in temporal cortex were detected with western blot. The Morris water maze was used to assess the learning and memory. Results Resveratrol administra?tion significantly reduced the Racine scales of TLE rats. The CREB phosphorylation in TLE group was increased compared with that in control group, which was remarkably inhibited by resveratrol. The escape latency of TLE group was increased at 4th, 5th and 6th day after training, and time in target quadrant was reduced compared with that in control group. Resveratrol significantly decreased latency time and increased target quadrant time of TLE rats. Conclusion In TLE rats, resveratrol administration suppresses epileptic seizure and improves cognitive function, which might be mediated by inhibition of CREB phosphorylation.

Objective To establish the model of hyperlipidemie acute pancreatitis(AP)to explore the mechanism of hyperlipidemia in aggravating AP.Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups at radmon:1)control group(C);2)hyperlipidemic group(TG);3)acute pancreatitis group(AP);4)hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis group(HAP).After 8 weeks,blood,pancreas and peripancreas tissue were collected from each rats for determination of various parameters.Results The levels of hyperilidemic index were elevated in HAP group compared with those of other groups.The ADP/ATP ratio was obviously increased in HAP group.Caspase-3 and caspase-8 of HAP group presented in zymogen forms,while in AP group they were in activity forms.After the pancreas issue were stained bv HE and further analyzed through TUNEL assay,we found that there were more pancreatic acinar cells undergoing necrosis in HAP group.Conclusion Hyperilidemia may promote the course of apoptosis to necrosis of pancreatic acinar cells,which may be the mechanism of deterioration in hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.

[Objective] To observe the effects of Changyanqing, a Chinese prescription with the actions of regulating qi and activating blood, strengthening spleen-qi and clearing away heat, on ulcerative colitis (UC) and to explore its therapeutic mechanism . [ Methods ] Forty mice were randomized into Changyanqing group ( Group A ), salicylazosulfapyridine group (Group B), Changyanqing and salicylazosulfapyridine (Group C) and model group (Group D). Mouse models with UC were induced by dextran sulfate sodium (DSS). Effects of Changyanqing on disease activity index (DAI) and intestinal myeloperoxidase (MPO) content were observed. [Results] Changyanqing reduced DAI and MPO activity and its effect was similar to that of salicylazosulfapyridine. [ Conclusion ] Changyanqing exerts a better effect in treating DSS-induced UC and one of its therapeutic mechanisms may be related to the reduction of MPO activity.

BACKGROUND: With conversion of medical patterns and revolution of healthy concept, temperament, psychological health and behavior become key topics for child care and are paid more and more attention nowadays.OBJECTIVE: To survey the status quo of psychological and behavior problems and distribution of temperamental types through questionnaire for children in Guiyang.DESIGN: Randomized cluster sampling and cross-sectional study.SETTING: Guiyang Institute for Mother and Child Health.PARTICIPANTS: Twelve settings were randomly selected from 33 duty units for child care in Guiyang. Children aged 1-6 years suffered from health check at survey stage, and those with severe body diseases and abnormal intelligence were excluded.METHODS: Problems of psychological health and behavior and distribution of temperamental types for children were surveyed with self-made psychological health scale, Chinese temperament scale for 1-3-year children,Chinese temperament scale for 3-7-year children, behavior scale for 2-3-year children and Achenbach's children behavior scale standardized by Shanghai Mental Health Center. All questionnaires were answered by parents and taken back on the spot. After 2-4 weeks, several children were randomly selected to refill in the questionnaires mentioned above to measure reliability again.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Status quo of psychological and behavior problems, distribution of temperamental types and effect of social environment on temperament and behavior.RESULTS: ① Distribution of temperamental types was divided into easy nurture, difficult nurture, nearly easy nurture, nearly difficult nurture and slow development, and the percentage was 35.58%, 4.21%, 39.70%, 7.37%and 13.14%. ② Total ratio of psychological problems was 94.50%, and ratios of children in various temperamental types were 98.91%, 97.26%,96.19%, 94.05% and 93.13% (P ＜ 0.01). ③ Total ratio of behavior problems was 19.57%, and ratios of children in various temperamental types were 31.76%, 26.69%, 22.58%, 21.33% and 12.72% (P ＜ 0.01). Temperamental types and behavior problems were related to living condition, educational level of parents, marriage, supervised attitude, paternity, pregnant nutrien, illness and infirmarian, especially temperament was closely related with psychological and behavior problems.CONCLUSION: Psychological and behavior problems wildly exist among children in Guiyang and should be paid much attention. Fine personality of children can be molded through reforming relevant factors so as to decrease the incidence of psychological and behavior problems.

ObjectiveTo detect mRNA and protein expression of steroidogenic factor-1 ( SF-1 ) and DAX-1 in human adrenocortical tumors and normal adrenal cortex,and to investigate the effect of SF-1 and DAX-1 on the steroidogenesis and development of adrenocortical tumors.Methods Total RNA and protein was extracted from angiotensin Ⅱ unresponsive aldoterone-producing adenomas ( A Ⅱ -U-APA,n =12 ),angiotensin Ⅱ responsive aldoterone-producing adenomas ( AⅡ -R-APA,n =5 ),cortisol-producing adenomas ( CPA,n =10 ),adrenal nonfunctional adenomas ( NFA,n =10 ),aldosterone-producing carcinoma ( APC,n =2 ) and normal adrenal cortex ( NAC,n =8).To analyze gene expression of SF-1,DAX-1,ACTH receptor(ACTHR),and β-actin by real-time quantitative PCR in different tissues.The protein expression of SF-1,DAX-1,and β-actin in the same tissues by Western blot.To study the relationship of ACTHR,SF-1,and DAX-1 with clinical data in adrenocortical tumors.ResultsThe expression of SF-1,DAX-1 mRNA and protein was different in NAC,AⅡ -U-APA,A Ⅱ -R- APA,APC,CPA,and NFA tissues [ relative expression of SF-1 mRNA:24.58±2.45,23.89±3.17,21.59±3.00,(38.75,44.16),14.17±2.80,and 36.38±3.50; DAX-1 mRNA:0.57±0.06,0.37±0.05,0.43±0.05,( 1.52,1.21 ),0.39 ±0.04,and 0.83 ±0.08 ; SF-1 protein:0.76 ±0.11,0.76 ±0.10,0.73 ±0.07,(1.24,1.40),0.55±0.04,and0.98±0.10; DAX-1 protein:0.65±0.14,0.39±0.13,0.43±0.14,(1.18,1.02),0.56±0.04,and 1.03±0.13 ; all P＜0.05 or P＜0.01 ].There was negative correlation by higher SF-1/DAX-1 ratio and tumor size in AⅡ -U-APA tissues.The mRNA and protein expression of SF-1 was lower in CPA and there was the positive correlation with tumor size.Conclusion SF-1 and DAX-1 might play a key role in the development of the adrenocortical tumorigenesis and steroidogenic tissues.

The standardization of patient posture for acupuncture treatment was discussed. According to the opinions in(), combined with the clinical practice of acupuncture, it was believed that the patient posture for acupuncture treatment should be standardized based on. The standardized patient posture was the foundation of acupuncture, the need of blood flow and requirement of acupuncture technique. The combination of three elements was beneficial for the traveling of spirit-through meridian-acupoint, which could regulate balance ofandto treat disease. In addition, the principles and methods of standardization of patient posture was proposed, and the important clinical significance of standardization of patient posture for acupuncture treatment was highlighted.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of S2 alar-iliac screwing assisted by an individualized navigation template in clinic.Methods Five patients underwent S2 alar-iliac screwing from March 2015 to July 2017.They were 2 men and 3 women,aged from 41 to 61 years (average,54.8 years).After their preoperative CT scan data of the pelvis were used for 3D reconstruction,their individualized navigation templates were designed,3D printed and used to assist the implantation of S2 alar-iliac screws.After operation,their postoperative CT data were reviewed and reconstructed using software Mimics.The caudal angulation on the sagittal plane (sagittal angle,SA),lateral angulation on the transverse plane (transverse angle,TA),horizontal distance to the median sacral crest (horizontal distance,HD),and vertical distance to the first posterior sacral foramen's inferior margin (vertical distance,VD) of the screws were measured and compared with the corresponding values in the preoperative design.Results In the 5 patients,altogether 10 S2 alar-iliac screws were implanted through the sacroiliac joint without piercing the iliac bone cortex.There were no significant differences between the preoperative design and postoperative measurements in terms of SA (32.22°±5.57° versus 31.95°±5.78°),TA (42.59°±4.55° versus 42.21°± 5.29°),HD (5.04 ± 0.40 mm versus 5.00 ± 0.41 mm) orVD (19.58 ± 1.49 mm versus 19.54±1.12 mm) (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion In the adult pelvic fixation,the S2 alar-iliac screwing can be assisted by an individualized navigation template to achieve high accuracy in implantation.
