Patients who have received coronary artery interventional therapy exhibit visible anxiety and depression, which is closely related to prognosis and life quality. Therefore, for coronary artery stent patients,exception of anticoagulation and antihyperlipedemic drugs, psychological support, cognition therapy and distorted behavior rectification should be applied. The medication of anti-anxiety or depression is of great importance in ameliorate mental state, relieve mental load, as well as enhance prognosis of patients.

Most deaths of breast cancer patients may be caused by the development of metastases. The latest research suggest that some miRNAs regulated gene expressions related with breast cancer metastasis at post-transcriptional level, which was closely related to invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. This review mainly dicussed the miRNA involved in regulation of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer and their mo-lecular mechanisms.

Setting up a system wherein general practitioners play the role of the “goalkeeper” in the delivery of community health services may guide the rational flow of health resources from the upper to the basic levels, match the allocation of health resources to the demands, improve the effectiveness of health resources allocation, reinforce preventive strategies, and construct a highly efficient and economic health services system. By introducing the role of general practitioners in Britain, Australia and the United States, the paper aims to draw some enlightenment which will contribute to the establishment of such a system in China in the following aspects: ①perfecting the system of national supporting policies; ② making a good analysis of the parties interested; ③improving the makeup of the medical insurance system; ④accepting useful suggestions from relevant learned societies; ⑤ training general practitioners;⑥ establishing standards for the cooperation between general practitioners and specialists.

Conventional therapy was given to 260 cases of advanced stage of cancer of colon during the period of 1975 - 1988. Radical operation, palliative resection or changing bowel passage were selected according to the condition of the lesions. Post operative chemo -therapy with integrated Chinese and western medicine were given, or with radiotherapy in some of the cases. Results showed that the 5- year survival rates of II, III, IV stages were 80. 5%, 56. 12%, 21. 73% respectively, the mean 5 -year survival rate being 52. 78%, 45 cases with liver metastasis were also treated with integrated medicine with a 5 - year surivial rate of 22. 2%. The above figures of therapeutic effect and survival rates were all superior to that in cases treated by western medicine alone as reported by domestic exponent units.

AIM: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneously determining chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,forsythin,forsythoside A and baicalin in Shuanghuanglian Powder for Injection (Flos Lonicerae japonicae,Fructus Forsythiae,Radix Scutellariae,etc.).METHODS: HPLC assay was carried out on a Phenomenex~((R)) Luna C_(18) column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution as gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set as multi-wavelength detection.RESULTS: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,forsythin,forsythoside A and baicalin fell within the range of 0.204-2.04 μg ,0.010 2-0.102 μg,0.186-1.86 μg,0.058 5-0.585 μg and 2.52-25.2 μg,respectively.The five components showed good linear correlations ( r = 0.999 7,0.999 4,0.999 8,0.999 8,0.999 9 ).The average recoveries of five components were in accordance with the determination requirements.CONCLUSION: The method is simple,quick,reliable,accurate and very suitable to the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Powder for Injection.

Objective To explore the re-treatment approach for nonsmall-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)in clinic with therapeutic alliance of cryotherapy and interventional chemotherapy. Methods Sixty two patients with uncontrolled NSCLC after common radiotherapy and(or)chemotherapy were re-treated with therapeutic alliance of cryotherapy and interventional chemotherapy, and their serum tumor markers of NSE, CEA, CY21-1 and the value(I.S%,I.O.D%)of correlative protein in nucleolus region-Ag-NORs were tested before and after the re-treatment. Meanwhile, patients' one year survival and therapeutic effect to NSCLC were recorded during the follow up. Objective To evaluate the effects of hanging by the feet OAC-CPR in patients with big hemoptysis suffocation and cardiac arrest.Methods 68 cases of big haemoptysis suffocation and cardiac arrest were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(38 cases) was treated by standard CPR treatment method.The study group (30 cases) was treated by hanging by the feet OAC-CPR method.Results Return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) of study group was obviously higher than that of control group( 80.0％ vs 55.3％,x2 =4.58,P ＜ 0.05 ).24hours survival of study group was obviously higher than that of control group ( 70.0％ vs 44.7％,x2 =4.34,P ＜0.05).Conclusion Hanging by the feet OAC-CPR can do cardiopulmonary resuscitation and air passage clearing simultaneously in emergency treatment more sufficiently and successfully.

Objective To modify gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for determination of plasma sufentanil concentrations.Methods Fentanyl was used as the internal standard.The plasma samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and petroleum ether.An HP-5MS capillary column was used.The initial temperature of the column was set at 130 ℃,and the final temperature was 320 ℃.The injector port temperature was set at 290 ℃,and the interface temperature was 300 ℃.The carrier gas was high purity helium (purity 99.999％) with a constant flow rate of 1 ml/min.The injection volume was 1 μl with splitless injection.The MS conditions were as follows:EI source,ion source temperature 230 ℃,four-pole temperature 150 ℃,electron bombardment energy 70 eV,multiply voltage 2112 V,selective ion monitoring mode,solvent delay 7 min.The characteristic ions of sufentanil and fentanyl were obtained in 8.20-8.40 min and 7.60-7.80 min,respectively,according to the characteristic ion curve of sufentanil and fentanyl.Results The standard curve of sufentanil had good linear relationship in the range of 0.02-10.00 ng/ml and the equation was Y =0.1625X + 0.0316,R2 =0.9987.The extraction recovery was more than 80％,intra-day and inter-day determinations were less than 8％,and the limit of detection was 0.02 ng/ml.Conclusion When modified GC-MS is applied to determine the concentrations of sufentanil in plasma,not only the determination is sensitive and accurate,but also the procedures are simplified,and it is more suitable for the pharmacological research of sufentanil.
