1.Mental disorder of patients receiving intravascular stent Implantation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(48):9499-9502
Patients who have received coronary artery interventional therapy exhibit visible anxiety and depression, which is closely related to prognosis and life quality. Therefore, for coronary artery stent patients, exception of anticoagulation and antihyperlipedemic drugs, psychological support, cognition therapy and distorted behavior rectification should be applied. The medication of anti-anxiety or depression is of great importance in ameliorate mental state, relieve mental load, as well as enhance prognosis of patients.

3.Observation on the Effect of Treatment of Advanced Stage of Cancer of Colon by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine: Report of 260 Cases
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(04):-
Conventional therapy was given to 260 cases of advanced stage of cancer of colon during the period of 1975 - 1988. Radical operation, palliative resection or changing bowel passage were selected according to the condition of the lesions. Post operative chemo -therapy with integrated Chinese and western medicine were given, or with radiotherapy in some of the cases. Results showed that the 5- year survival rates of II, III, IV stages were 80. 5%, 56. 12%, 21. 73% respectively, the mean 5 -year survival rate being 52. 78%, 45 cases with liver metastasis were also treated with integrated medicine with a 5 - year surivial rate of 22. 2%. The above figures of therapeutic effect and survival rates were all superior to that in cases treated by western medicine alone as reported by domestic exponent units.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(03):-
Setting up a system wherein general practitioners play the role of the “goalkeeper” in the delivery of community health services may guide the rational flow of health resources from the upper to the basic levels, match the allocation of health resources to the demands, improve the effectiveness of health resources allocation, reinforce preventive strategies, and construct a highly efficient and economic health services system. By introducing the role of general practitioners in Britain, Australia and the United States, the paper aims to draw some enlightenment which will contribute to the establishment of such a system in China in the following aspects: ①perfecting the system of national supporting policies; ② making a good analysis of the parties interested; ③improving the makeup of the medical insurance system; ④accepting useful suggestions from relevant learned societies; ⑤ training general practitioners;⑥ establishing standards for the cooperation between general practitioners and specialists.
6.MiRNA and breast cancer metastasis
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(1):46-48
Most deaths of breast cancer patients may be caused by the development of metastases. The latest research suggest that some miRNAs regulated gene expressions related with breast cancer metastasis at post-transcriptional level, which was closely related to invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. This review mainly dicussed the miRNA involved in regulation of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer and their mo-lecular mechanisms.

Objective To explore the re-treatment approach for nonsmall-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)in clinic with therapeutic alliance of cryotherapy and interventional chemotherapy. Methods Sixty two patients with uncontrolled NSCLC after common radiotherapy and(or)chemotherapy were re-treated with therapeutic alliance of cryotherapy and interventional chemotherapy, and their serum tumor markers of NSE, CEA, CY21-1 and the value(I.S%,I.O.D%)of correlative protein in nucleolus region-Ag-NORs were tested before and after the re-treatment. Meanwhile, patients' one year survival and therapeutic effect to NSCLC were recorded during the follow up. Results After the re-treatment, distinguished decline of the serum tumor markers was observed(P

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(06):-
Objective:To study the protective effects of exogenous nucleotides on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)immunnostimulation and its mechanism.Method:Forty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,nucleotides(NT)groups(4h,18h),nucleotides free(NF)groups(4h,18h).Control group and NF groups were fed with nucleotide-free diet.NT groups were fed with nucleotide-supplemented diet(0.25% nucleotides). On D 15,mice were lavaged with physiological saline(control)or LPS,and were killed 4 or 18 h later.Serum, liver, small intestine, and peritoneal macrophage were sampled in germfree state. Results:Hepatic Na+K+-ATPase,intestinal superoxide dismutase(SOD),serum total anti-oxidation ability, peritoneal macrophage-produced interleukin 10(IL-10)were increased, and intestinal malonaldehyde(MDA),serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),intestinal myeloperoxidase(MPO),peritoneal macrophage-produced interleukin 1(IL-1)were decreased with nucleotides supplement. Conclusion:Exogenous nucleotides can help to maintain oxidation-antioxidation and inflammation-antiinflammation balance, and protect mice from injury under LPS immunostimulation.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effects of mung bean protein, peanut protein and rice protein alcalase hydrolysates with in vitro angiotensin I-converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitory activity in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) . Method:The impact of digestive proteases on ACE inhibitory activity of hydrolysates of peanut, mung bean and rice protein isolates were evaluated under simulated gastrointestinal digestion and their antihypertensive effects were investigated in SHR after single oral administration. Results:All of three kinds of protein hydrolysates showed antihypertensive activities after single oral administration at a dose of 600 mg/kg bw,most potent in mung bean protein while least in peanut protein. There were no significant changes in the heart rate of SHR after oral administration of protein hydrolysates. Conclusion:Mung bean protein, peanut protein and rice protein hydrolysates all showed antihypertensive activity, but their potent inhibitory activities on ACE did not correlate with their antihypertensive activities found in SHR.
