Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(10):1265-1267
[Objective]The purpose of the review was to summarize the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat scar and its mechanism in recent 10 years. [Methods]Retrieving the literature of the past 10 years on Chinese medicine to prevent scar , it is to summarize scar mecha-nism of prevention and cure both in vivo and in vitro experiments. [Result]Main mechanism of preventing and treating scar by traditional Chinese medicine is through studying fibroblasts and col agen. The specific mechanism is that Chinese medicine can inhibit the growth of scar fibroblasts in a con-centration-time-dependent manner, so as to reduce the scar tissue and control of infection and other complications; Additionly, by adjusting the levels of col agenⅠ,Ⅲ, Chinese medicine can regulate synthesis of col agen, reduce scar, and improve the quality of wound repair. [Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in preventing and treating scar, but needs to further standardize methodology to broaden ideas. So Chinese medicine has a promising furure on anti-scar in the clinic.

Based on the analysis on "China biomedical medical literature database"(CBMdisc) in the field of MRI Maintenance composed by army writers from May,1994 to 2007,the following results can be obtained: the total number of writers amounts to 75,106 person-time,27 of them are the first writers, and 11 are main writers;among the total 48 pieces of work,33 pieces are written by more then one writer;the unit with the largest number of published writers is Jinan Military Area Command with Nanjing Military Area Command the second,Lanzhou Military Area Command the third;one main writer has a maximum of 7 pieces. The research makes a close study of the army writers in field of MRI maintenance, indicating the lack of intellectual personnel in the domain of Medicine Engineering in military system.

Objective To explore the effect of ghrelin on insulin release of mouse pancreatic islet ?-cell line(NIT-1 cells) and its probable mechanism. Methods NIT-1 cells were incubated in high-glucose DMEM with ghrelin. Then, the media was sampled for the assay of insulin by RIA.The(mRNA) expressions of glucose transporter 2(GluT2),pancreatic-duodenal homeobox-1(PDX-1),inwardly rectifying potassium channel with two transmembrane regions(Kir6.2) and sulphonylurea receptor 1(SUR-1) in the cells were detected by using RT-PCR.The cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay.Results(1) 10~(-9)mol/L to 10~(-7)mol/L of ghrelin inhibited dose-dependently the high-glucose challenged insulin release of the NIT-1 cells.(2) The mRNA expression of Kir6.2,but not GluT2,PDX-1and SUR-1,was down-regulated by 10~(-7)mol/L of ghrelin.(3) Ghrelin had no effect on proliferation of the cells. Conclusions Ghrelin inhibits high-glucose induced insulin secretion of the islet ?-cells.This effect may be secondary to the down-regulation for the expression of Kir6.2,(a component) of ATP-sensitive potassium channel.

MRI system,as an imaging diagnosis equipment, plays a very important role in diagnosis and treatment. For the steady avail of MRI system,MRI eliminable faults in CBMDisc(1995~2006) were analyzed. The types and occurrence frequency of MRI eliminable faults were elaborated so as to provide reliable data for reference.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
MRI system is composed of many independent subsystems, in which RF, Gradient, Coil, MRI magnet subsystem are the most important and complex subsystems. Every subsystem consists of different components. Based on the analysis of MRI eliminable faults in CBMDisc (1995 ~ 2006), the types and occurrence frequency of MRI eliminable faults are expatiated so as to provide reliable data for reference.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Computer-administered neurobehavioral evaluation system (NES)was developed based on the neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB)recommended by WHO/NIOSH in 1985. Compared with NCTB,the reliability and validity of NES was much improved and some disadvantages of NCTB were made up in NES. This article reviewed the history of NES development, its application in the evaluation of children's neurobehavioral functions and its defects. The studies suggested that some items of NES test, such as finger tapping, continuous performance test and hand-eye coordination, could be used to evaluate earlier damage induced by chemicals on neurobehavioral functions of children.

Journal of Cellular and Molecular Immunology 2001;17(4):304-306
Aim To analyze THANK gene expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) stimulated with different stimulators and to clone whole length human THANK gene. Methods PBMC were conventionally isolated and cultured in RPMI1640 containing 10% FCS. After stimulated with LPS,TNF α ,IL 2,IFN γ ,PHA or PMA,the THANK gene expression in PBMCs was analyzed by RT PCR and THANK cDNA was cloned. Result RT PCR detection showed that THNAK gene expressed in PBMCs after stimulated with interferon γ for 3 days, whereas THANK'expression could not be detected after stimulated with LPS,TNF α ,IL 2,IFN γ ,PHA or PMA respectively. Then THANK gene was cloned by cloning PCR product and sequenced. Conclusion Human THANK gene is cloned successfully, thus providing the possibility for further research of THANK'function.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2003;0(09):-
Objective To study clinical features of severe craniocerebral injuries complicated by upper cervical vertebral injuries so as to have a deeper understanding and higher vigilantness. Methods Twenty-nine cases of severe craniocerebral injuries complicated by upper cervical vertebral injuries were clinically analyzed. Results Injury causes included traffic accident in 26 cases, fall in one, rolling down in one and mine collapse in one. Treatment results showed that 16 cases survived and 13 died. As for Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) score, two cases were ranked at grade Ⅴ, seven at grade Ⅳ, six at grade Ⅲ, one at grade Ⅱ and 13 at grade Ⅰ. Conclusions The severe craniocerebral injuries complicated by upper cervical vertebral injuries are critical and complex mainly because the severe craniocerebral injuries can be paid more attention and diagnosed and treated early while the upper cervical vertebral injuries are easy to be neglected, as gives rise to missed injuries, lack of timely management and high mortality. Therefore, various severe complications are liable for deaths.
