3.Analysis of health condition of breast and gynaecology in 568 female university staff
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective; To investigate the health condition of breast and gynaecology in one university female staff. Method; The breast condition was estimated by mammary gland surgery and mammary gland ultra - red ray , and gynae condition was estimated by gynaeco-logic routine examination, and cervical smear in 586 female staffs of a university. Results; 396 of 586 (68. 72% ) female staffs suffered gynaecologic and breast disease to different degrees. The first four leading disease were chronic cervicitis (32.22% ), colpitis (30.81% ) , hysteromyoma (5. 81% ) and breast hyperplasia (4.75% ). The occurrence of cervicitis in young females was higher than that in the middle aged and aged ( P
4.Expression of Ku70 protein in patients with advanced cervical cancer before and after radiotherapy and its clinical significance
Cancer Research and Clinic 2017;29(3):168-171
Objective To investigate expression change of Ku70 protein before and after radiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer, as well as its relationship with clinical characteristics. Methods Seventy cervical cancer patients who received three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy were registered. Specimens tissues were obtained from cervical tumors of irradiation dose of ≤10 Gy and ≥20 Gy group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Ku70 in 70 cases, and its relative expression was analyzed by image software. Results The relative expression levels of Ku70 in cervical cancer patients treated with radiation doses of ≥20 Gy group (1.31 ± 0.83) and ≤10 Gy group (0.71 ± 0.60) were significantly higher than that before radiotherapy (0.50 ± 0.19), and there was a significant difference (t=7.143, P< 0.01; t= 2.655, P< 0.05). The expression of Ku70 was related with clinical stage, differential degree and tumor diameter (all P< 0.05), but not with age and tumor type (both P> 0.05). The expression of Ku70 in radiotherapy resistant group was significantly higher than that in radiotherapy sensitive group (0.55 ± 0.24 vs. 0.25 ± 0.17, t= 2.979, P< 0.01). Conclusions The expression of Ku70 protein in cervical cancer tissues is increased with the rise of radiotherapy dose. The expression of Ku70 in radiotherapy resistant group is significantly higher than that in radiotherapy sensitive group, indicating that Ku70 protein is correlated with the radiosensitivity, clinical stage, differential degree and tumor diameter.
5.Research progress of cytokines in asthmatic airway remodeling and its regulation of traditional Chinese ;medicine
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):416-419
Airway remodeling is one of the main pathological changes of bronchial asthma. It has shown that a variety of cytokines, including chemokines, growth factors, matrix proteins, participate in and even strengthen airway remodeling through building complex signal transduction pathways. Many traditional Chinese medicines, such as shegan mahuang decoction, have a regulatory role in airway remodeling.
6.GnIH/GPR147 and Kisspeptin/GPR54 in puberty onset
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(4):394-397
The initiation of puberty is associated with the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal( HPG) axis. The activation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone( GnRH) is the key factor in the initiation of puberty. The initi-ation of puberty is a complicated process,GnRH is under the influence of many associated neuropeptides. Re-cently,the studies have found that GnIH and Kisspeptin can respectively inhibit and promote the hypothalamus GnRH secretion of mammals, indicating that GnIH and Kisspeptin on regulation of reproductive endocrine axis play very important roles. Therefore,GnIH/GPR147 and Kisspeptin/GPR54 pathways may be closely associated with the initiation of puberty.
7.Effects of Different Acupuncture Therapies on Clinical Efficacy of Acute Cold Type Facial Paralysis
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(9):21-24
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture, acupoint injection, bloodletting and electroacupuncture, and their interaction effects for acute cold type facial paralysis. Methods Totally of 48 patients with acute cold type facial paralysis were randomly divided into three groups by orthogonal experimental design, and then were assigned to 16 treatment plans. All patients received routine basic treatment, and then were given warm acupuncture, acupoint injection, bloodletting and electroacupuncture according to assigning results. 10 d were as a treatment course, with 2 d as interval, 3 treatment courses in total. The neurological function scores before and after treatment and facial nerve recovery time were recorded. Results There was statistical significance in scores of facial nerve function, warm acupuncture, acupoint injection, electroacupuncture, bloodletting had significant difference with errorterm (P<0.01). There was statistical significance in the recovery time of the facial nerve function, warm acupuncture, bloodletting compared with error term (P<0.01). Conclusion Warm acupuncture, acupoint injection, bloodletting and electroacupuncture combine with acupuncture are better for acute cold type facial paralysis. Warm acupuncture and bloodletting therapy in the acute phase of interventional therapy can shorten the recovery time of facial nerve.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2003;1(2):155-7
There are obvious advantages of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Combining the ancient and present literature with the special epidemic patterns, pathological changes and clinical symptoms of SARS, the paper discussed the methods of application of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of SARS, and some matters needing attention in clinic.
10.Study on Determination Methods for Dissolution of Oxytetracycline Tablets
China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a determination method for dissolution of oxytetracycline tablets. METHODS:The content of oxytetracycline was determined by UV spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 271 nm. Dissolution of oxytetracycline tablets was detected by slurry process using 0.01 mol?L-1 hydrochloric solution as solvent. RESULTS:The linear range of oxytetracycline was 4~32 IU?mL-(1r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 100.1%(RSD=0.65%). The dissolution in 45 min were all above 75%. CONCLUSION:Established method in this study can be used to determine dissolution of oxytetracycline tablets.
