Objective To explore the application value of 256 slice helical multi phase CT scan-ning and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of malignant tumor of colorectal obstruction. Methods Using 256 slice spiral CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction of multi period in 42 ca-ses of malignant tumor patients with colorectal obstruction, the results and pathological results were analyzed and the postoperative stage.Results Forty-two cases of malignant tumors of colorectal obstruction, 256 slice spiral CT could well reflect the situation of location, range, degree, peripheral intestinal lymph node and distant metastasis, CTA could show the tumor supplying artery and branch sources, on the tumor loca-tion and overall accuracy.Conclusions 256 layer spiral CT scan and three dimensional reconstruction technology is accuracy for clinical diagnosis on malignant tumor of colorectal obstruction.

Objective To compare the analgesic effect of morphine combined with lornoxicam in different proportions in rats. Methods 63 male adult SD rats were assigned randomly into nine groups (7 each). Under the 1.4% isoflurane anesthesia, an incision of 1cm in length was made in the plantar region of the left hind paw parallel to the muscle according to the method of Brennan. The rats in sham operation group (A) inhaled 1.4% isoflurane for 5 min but no incision was made, the rats in operation control group (B) received hypodermic injection of 1ml 0.9% NaCl 1h after incision, the rats in groups C to H and group L received hypodermic injection of morphine combined with lornoxicam in different proportions (6mg/kg∶0mg/kg; 1mg/kg∶5mg/kg; 2mg/kg∶4mg/kg; 3mg/kg∶3mg/kg; 4mg/kg∶2mg/kg; 5mg/kg∶1mg/kg and 0mg/kg∶6mg/kg, respectively) 1h after incision. Analgesic effect was assessed by cumulative pain score within 1 hour after administration. Results The cumulative pain scores of rats in group A was 0.375?0.518, which was significantly lower than that of the other groups (P0.05). Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment for Ureter behind Lower Vena Cava.Methods 11 cases of Ureter behind Lower Vena Cava patients′clinical information have been reviewed and analysed.The main symptom for these patients include waist ache,right kidney colic,hematuria and so on.Through visualizating on vein urinary passage,pelvis visualizating conversely and so on,a correct diagnosis can be gained mostly.Results As for 11 cases of patients who have been done ureteroureteral anastomsis,based on respective follow-up visit conducted during 1 to 10 years,their clinical symptom have disappeared,for example,right kidney hydrocele are mending well,ureter becomes smooth and kidney function normal.Conclusion Visualizating on vein urinary passage and pelvis visualizating conversely will bring mostly a correct diagnosis.When it is difficult to diagnose,a correct diagnosis can be obtained by combining such visualization with MRU or CT inspection.Surgical is a top choice for such patients,and can bring a satifactory effect.

The information organization mode of Chinese medicine is a key factor of meeting informational or analytical demands on Chinese medicine. This paper summarized the research status on information organization mode of Chinese medicine by using the basic principle of multidimensional data model, designing basic dimensions of Chinese medicine and its concept hierarchies. Finally, with an example of information query, this paper designed the multidimensional data model of Chinese medicine based on the star pattern and a multidimensional query system of Chinese medicine information. Based on the multidimensional data model, the information organization mode of Chinese medicine can provide powerful supports for the multi-angle and multi-level query using of Chinese medicine information.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of artificial femoral head replacement surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.MethodsThere were 120 cases with intertrochanteric fracture according to the different surgical procedures,they were divided into the observation group with 60 cases and the control group of 60 cases.The observation group were taken hemiarthroplasty.The control group were taken dynamic hip fixation.The situations for the two groups of patients after surgery were compared.ResultsThe observation group:the blood loss was (413.6 ± 125.2) ml,operative time was (65.2 ± 9.8 ) min,ambulation time was (5.9 ± 2.3 ) d,length of stay was ( 15.6 ± 2.6 ) d,complication rate was 11.7 ％.The control group:blood loss was (440.5 ± 126.3 ) ml,operative time was (81.2 ± 12.1 ) min,ambulation time was ( 16.4 ± 4.2) d,length of stay was (25.7 ± 3.1 ) d,complication rate was 33.3％.The blood loss,operative time was not different between two groups.The ambulation time,hospital stay,complication rate were significantly different.There were statistical significance ( P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionThe hemiarthroplasty was safe,patients with weight-bearing take exercise early,and bed time was short,had less complications,and could achieve satisfied clinical results,it should be widely applied.

Object To study the effect of melittin on growth and proliferation of hepatocarcinoma cells. Methods Hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC7721 was treated by melittin. The growth and proliferation was observed by cell counting and MTT assay; necrosis was estimated by Trypan blue staining. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and cycle phase were detected by flow cytometer. Results Melittin could significantly inhibit the growth of SMMC7721 and block up cells progress through G 2/M. The percentage of PCNA positive cell was decreased gradually when concentration of melittin was increased. Conclusion Melittin could inhibit the proliferative activity of hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC7721 and reduce of PCNA positive cell expression and arrest cells in S phase.

Objective To investigate the effects of donor-specific regulatory T cells (Treg) transfusion on islet allograft survival. Methods Allogeneic fresh islets from Balb/c mice were transplanted to streptozotocin-induced diabetic C57 mice. The survival of islet allografts was observed. The experiment was divided into 3 groups: control group, nothing had been done to the recipients; simple islet transplantation group, the recipients received the islet transplantation only; experimental group, the recipients were given 1 ×106 Treg, then received islet transplantation. Results Blood glucose (BG) was above 16. 7 mmol/L after islet transplantation in control group; In simple islet transplantation group,BG level returned to normal level 1 to 2 days after transplantation, and hyperglycemia appeared 7 to 11 days after transplantation and maintained as the same as that before transplantation; In experimental group, BG level returned to normal level 2 days after transplantation and maintained at a low level,and at the 21st day after transplantation BG level was over 16. 7mmol/L in some recipients. Islet allograft survival in experimental group was significantly prolonged as compared with simple islet transplantation group. Conclusion Donor-specific Treg transfusion could prolong the islet allograft survival,and maybe have positive effect on tolerance induction of islet transplantation.
