Objective To investigate the effect of bicalutamide combined with goserelin on the expressions of Raptor and SMYD3 in tumor tissue of patients with advanced prostate cancer. Methods A total of 58 patients with advanced prostate cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bicalutamide and continuous administration of goserelin, while the observation group was treated with the same dose of bicalutamide and intermittent administration of goserelin. The pain relief rate, quality of life and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were analyzed.Raptor protein and SMYD3 expressions were detected in both groups. Results The pain relief rate was 82.76% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 37.93% in the control group (P=0.000).After treatment, the prostate specific antigen (PSA) decreased significantly in both groups (P=0.000).After treatment, the Raptor staining intensity and SMYD3 expression rate were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P=0.000).The score of SF-36 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P=0.000).Conclusion Bicalutamide combined with goserelin can effectively control Raptor protein and SMYD3 expression in patients withadvanced prostate cancer, and the intermittent administration of drugs has a better therapeutic effect and higher safety.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal single-port laparoscopic (LESS) adrenal tumor resection. Methods The clinical data of 130 patients receiving multi-port and single-port laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection in this hospital from January 2015 to March 2023 were retrospec-tively analyzed. There were 50 cases in the LESS group and 80 cases in the traditional laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection (LA) group. The age, gender, tumor location, complicating underlying diseases and tumor size were collected in the two groups. The related perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time[(95±52)min vs. (101±58)min],drainage tube indwelling time[(4.9±1.5)d vs. (6.7±1.0)d],postoperative incision satisfaction degree and pain situation had statistically significant differences between the LESS group and LA group (P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume[(20.2±13.2)mL vs. (25.6±11.3)mL]and hospitalization duration[(5.9±1.3)d vs. (7.8±1.0)d]had no statisti-cal differences between the two groups (P>0.05).No intraoperative and postoperative complications oc-curred in the two groups. There was 1 case of conversion to open operation in the LA group. Conclusion The LESS adrenal tumor resection is safe and effective, and the incision is more beautiful compared with multi-port laparoscopic operation.

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the urodynamics quality in Southwest China, and find out the main issues of urodynamics quality in Southwest China and try to find out the improvement ways. Methods:In this study, a two-stage sampling method was used.In the first stage, 10 medical institutions in Southwest China were selected by cluster sampling from March to June, 2020.In the second stage, according to the development of UDS in Southwest China, the sample size estimation formula was adopted, and the loss of follow-up rate in reports extraction was considered, the initial sample size was 350. As the workload of UDS in the 10 medical institutions involved in the study was equivalent, 35 urodynamics traces from each medical institution were selected. The initial samples should also meet the inclusion criteria: ①patients with clear medical history and complete clinical data; ②UDS traces were clear; ③UDS system was water filled system; ④age>18, and 150 urodynamic traces were included in the final study. We evaluated the quality of enrolled urodynamics traces, and the quality evaluation standard according to the guidelines established by the International Continence Society (ICS). The evaluation conducted by two independent urologist with more than 10 years working experience. Artifacts were divided into non-technical artifacts: abnormal abdominal pressure changes, urine volume <150 ml when did the uroflow test, and technical artifacts: non-standard zero setting, fail to record all urodynamics parameters, baseline drift, catheter displacement, misjudgment of detrusor physiological contraction and detrusor overactive in voiding phase, misjudgment between detrusor overactive and bladder low compliance in filling phase.Results:non-technical artifacts: 32 cases were found abnormal abdominal pressure changes (21.3%), 21 cases (14.0%) were found when did the uroflow test the urine volume <150 ml, and technical artifacts: Non-standard zero setting in 28 cases (18.7%), fail to record all urodynamics parameters in 8 cases, baseline drift in 16 cases, catheter displacement in 9 cases and misjudgment of detrusor physiological contraction and detrusor overactive in voiding phase in 12 cases, misjudgment between detrusor overactive and bladder low compliance in filling phase in 24 cases (16.0%).Conclusions:At present, the urodynamics quality in Southwest China need to be improved. The main issues were that the operator didn’t obey the basic operation and quality control process, and the operator did not have enough basic knowledge of urodynamics. It can be improved by strictly carry out the operation standard of UDS, identifying and correcting artifacts in time, and promoting the standardized urodynamic training courses.
