Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous sclerotherapy through pig tail drainage tube for giant hepatic and renal cysts under CT guidance. Methods Seventeen cases of giant hepatic and renal cyst were percutaneously implanted with 7 F pig tail drainage tube under CT guidance, together with daily injection of dehydrated ethanol or acetic acid. The drainage tube should be clamped after injection of sclerosing agent for cystic fluid 500 ml, immediate reopening of the drainage tube should be taken sright after the sclerotherapy. Objective To analyze and evaluate the use of small incision in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture in artificial femur head replacement.Method 79～98 years old senile patients suffered from intertrochanteric fracture use small incision and artificial femur head replacement,a total of 18 cases including male 6 cases and female 12 cases,averaged eighty six years old,type of fracture according to Evans classification,type Ⅲ six cases,type Ⅳ eight cases,type Ⅴ four cases.Result 18 cases were followed up for 3～19 months,no case died,joint function in good situation,6～21 days post operation walk with help of tools,the average time was 7 days,use activity rate of hip joint,degree of pain and living self-service situation as criteria,success rate reached 91%,no relaxation or descendent of prosthesis.Conclusion Trauma is relatively small in use small incision and artificial femur head replacement in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture,the result is satisfactory.

Objective To investigate the failure causes of bladder spasm after bladder cancer and prostate operation with epidural self-controlled analgesia pump and ifnd countermeasures.Methods From March 2010 to March 2016, 302 patients were adopted PCEA after transurethral resection of bladder tumor and prostate to prevent bladder spasm while failed in 18 cases and occurred bladder spasm. Among the 18 cases, 2 cases because of power loss of the pump, 3 cases occurred slippage of epidural catheter, 2 cases suffered catheter obstruction, 2 cases suffered joint leakage, 3 cases of deifciency of anesthetic dose formula, 2 cases of incomplete analgesia, 4 cases of chemotherapy drug stimulation. All the patients were relieved from countermeasures.Results In the 18 patients, the countermeasures were effective and satisfactory, with no serious complications such as severe hematuria, urinary tract infection and ifstula infection occurred.Conclusions PCEA prevent postoperative bladder spasm with deifnite effect. If the postoperative analgesia effect is poor, then we should analyze the reasons timely and ifnd countermeasures to avoid serious complications.

Objective To observe the different expression of somatomedin-receptor in cell membrane of prostate epithelial cells at anoxic or normoxic condition.Methods Human prostate epithelial cells line RWPE-1 were cultured in vitro.At 4,8,12,24,48 h after cells had been seeded,the gene and protein expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR),fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR),transforming growth factor β1 receptor (TGF- β 1R),insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1 R) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) in prostate epithelial cells were tested by RT-PCR and immunohistochem-istry methods,respectively.Results The expression of mRNA and protein of EGFR,FGFR,IGF-1R,TGF- β1R,VEGFR were significantly increased in anoxic and normoxic prostate epithelial cells (P ＜ 0.01 ).At different time point,the expression of mRNA and protein of EGFR,FGFR,IGF-1R,TGF- β1R,VEGFR significantly higher in anoxic than those in normoxic prostate epithelial cells (P＜ 0.01 )besides 4 h EGFR mRNA,12 h EGFR protein,4 h IGF-1R mRNA,4 and 8 h IGF-1R protein,4 and 8 h TGF-β 1R mRNA,4 and 8 h TGF-β 1R protein,4 h VEGFR mRNA (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Anoxic prostate epithelial cell can up-regulate the expression of somatomedin-receptor.

AIM: To explore the influence of herbs (9602 prescription) on brain energy metabolism in cerebral ischemia reperfusion mice.METHODS: Ischemia reperfusion in cerebral injury model was duplicated in mice. Using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the brain metabolism were measured. The influence of 9602 prescription on cerebral energy metabolism in ischemia reperfusion mice model was dynamicly observed. RESULTS: Phase Ⅰ: The spectrum of NMR showed that after 10 min of ischemia, the PCr peak dropped significantly, while the Pi peak rose significantly in both the control and the “9602” group. There was no remarkable difference between the two groups. After reperfusion the PCr peak in the control group continued dropping slowly and remained at a low level (55.50?14.94) after 10 min of reperfusion, while after reperfusion the fallen PCr peak in the “9602” group started rising till 76.72?13.37 (P0.05). Objective To investigate the efficacy and the course of desensitization treatment in bronchial asthma with positive specific IgE to dust mite in children. Methods A total of 105 children with bronchial asthma with positive specific IgE to dermatophagoides farinae allergens were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Children in the control group were treated to continue anti-asthma according to the routine of prevention and treatment children with asthma. Chinldren in the observation group were treated by dermatophagoides farinae drops in addition to the treatment of children in the control group. The recurrence of asthma was compared between two groups at 25 weeks post-treatment. At 25 weeks post-treatment , children in the observation group was randomly divided into the observation groupⅠand group Ⅱ. Children in the observation groupⅠreceived continuous treatment except for desensitization treatment. Children in the observation group II received the sublingual immunotherapy with dermatophagoides farinae drops (No.4) for 1 year in addition to the treatment in the observation groupⅠ. The recurrence of asthma was also compared between the two sub-groups. Results The rate and times of recurrence of asthma were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P < 0.05), with no significant differences between the observation groupⅠand groupⅡ (P > 0.05). Conclusion The recurrent rate and frequency of asthma could be reduced by the sublingual immunotherapy with dermatophagoides farinae drops in children with asthma of positive specific IgE to dust mite. The course of treatment may be half year long.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the endovascular treatment of iliac vein compression syndrome.Methods Thirty-three patients with iliac vein compression syndrome were treated with endovascular treatment.Of which,edema and varicose vein of the left lower extremity in 29 patients,complicated with acute deep vein thrombosis of left lower extremity in 3 patients,post deep venous thrombosis syndrome in 1 patient.Balloon dilatation and stent implantation were performed in all 33 patients.The diameter of balloon was 10-12 mm,diameter 12-14 mm Bard self expandable stent.Five patients with varicose vein and ulcer of left lower extremity were treated with two stage operation.Results The diagnosis was confirmed by left lower extremity deep veins angiography.There was no death patient,and no hematoma of hematoma locus.Follow-up for 3-30 months,the rate of follow-up was 100％(33/33).The edema of the lower extremity was markedly reduced or disappeared in 28 patients.Color Doppler ultrasound and left lower extremity angiography showed that the stent was unobstructed,no stent occlusion and new onset thrombosis cases.Conclusion Endovascular treatment is safe,effective with few complications,and is the first choice for the treatment of iliac vein compression syndrome.

Objective To explore the effect of Drotaverine hydrochloride on preventing bladder spasm after transurethral prostatectomy.Methods 124 patients after transurethral prostatectomy were divided into patient-controlled epidural analgesia pump group (group I, n=61) and Drotaverine hydrochloride group (group II, n=63). Group I received bupivacaine by patient-controlled epidural analgesia, and the pump was withdrawed after 72 h. Group II received Drotaverine hydrochloride by intramuscular injection, 80 mg every 12 h, and then orally taken after anal exhaust for 3 days. Bladder spasm and adverse reaction were recorded in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in bladder spasm between group I (11.48%) and group II (12.70%) (P>0.05), as well as in side reaction between group I (16.39%) and group II (17.46%) (P>0.05). Conclusion Drotaverine hydrochloride is effective on preventing bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate, with small side effect.
