China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of lomustine in mouse tumor tissue. METHODS: Lomustine was separated and determined on a reverse-phase C18 5um column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-H2O(54 : 46), detected at 254nm and no internal standard. RESULTS: The ca[ibration curve was 1ineaI(r = 0. 9 999) within the range of 0. 98- 15. 68ug/ml for lomus tine. The recovery ratio of lomustine was 68. 64% (n = 9). The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0. 32%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple and accurate

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(03):-
Objective To inquire clinical effects of hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of submucous hysteromyoma. Methods A retrospective analysis regarding curative effects of hysteroscopic electroresection in 72 cases of submucous hysteromyoma was carried out. Results The resected myoma was 1.5~7 cm in diameter, and the number of resected myoma was 1~3. The operation time was 10~90 min (mean, 30 min). The operation was accomplished on one session in all the 72 cases. No uterine perforation, bleeding and bowel injuries took place. Postoperative follow-up for 4~20 months in the 72 cases reported a satisfaction rate of 97 2% (70/72). Out of 6 patients who had pregnancy desire, 2 were pregnant with child and 1 of them had a delivery. Conclusions Hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of submucous hysteromyoma is safe and effective. It can markedly improve the menstruation and elevate the pregnancy rate.

Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(10):792-794
Objective To examine the feasibility of olfactory detection of lung cancer by trained sniffer dogs. Methods Three police dogs, one Labrador Retriever and two Springer Spaniels, went through the same training course on detecting odor markers of cancer and were subsequently used to differentiate 52 lung cancer patients and 30 healthy subjects. The sensitivity(true-positive rate)and specificity(true-negative rate)of the olfactory detection were calculated. The consistency of the sniffing outcomes was also compared. Results The Labrador Retriever had a sensitivity of 88. 46% and a false-positive rate of 16. 60%. The two Springer Spaniels exhibited an equal ability to detect cancer patients with a sensitivity of 86. 54% and a false-positive rate of 20%. There was no statistically significant difference between the three dogs in detecting lung cancer(P =0. 994). Conclusion Olfactory detection of lung cancer by trained sniffer dogs may be used to assist clinical diagnosis andenhance diagnostic efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 1998;0(01):-
Objective To study the pregnant outcome of those women who were over 41 gesta tional weeks. Methods A retrospective study, including 2903 normal nulliparous women who had delivered between July 1,2002, and December 31,2004, was conducted. Totally, 461 cases of prolonged pregnancies were included. The rates of cesarean delivery, fetal distress, and neonatal asphyxia were compared between those over 41 weeks and the others. Results The rates of cesarean delivery (48. 81%) and fetal distress (43. 38%) in prolonged pregnant group were significantly increased than those of the others women(P
6.Content Determination of Levodopa in Levodopa Inclusion Complex by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of levodopa in levodopa inclusion complex.METHODS:The separation was performed on C18,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.01mol?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution(25∶75,pH 3.0)with a flow rate of 1.0mL?min-1.The column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was 280 nm and the sample size was 20?L.RESULTS:A good linear relationship was obtained for levodopa within the range of 5~80?g?mL-1(r=0.999 8),and its average recovery was 100.1%(RSD=0.19%,n=15).CONCLUSION:This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and it can be used for the content determination of levodopa in levodopa inclusion complex.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1999;0(09):-
The structural and functional study of protein is a major topic of current functional genomics. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) is one of few tools available for measuring nanometer scale distances and changes in distances in vivo . FRET is an ideal technology for detection of protein conformation and protein-protein interaction by using fluorescence protein, traditional organic dyes and other dyes as probes. It uses fluorescence protein, traditional organic dyes and other dyes as its probes. The application of FRET in the determination of intracellular events would be helpful for us to understand the structure and function of biology molecules. [

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(6):673-676
Heart failure is a syndrom of heart disease with high morbidity and mortality .There are more and more evidence indicating immune activation developing important role in the occurrence and development of heart failure . Interleukin (IL)‐35 ,known as a negative regulatory factor of one of the members of IL‐12 family ,participates pathogenetic process of heart failure .The present article made a review for influence of IL‐35 on heart failure .

Objective To study the changes in somatosensory evoked potential caused by injection of adriamycin magnetic gelatin microspheres into subarachnoid space of rabbits. Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham operation group (group S), gelatin microspheres 5mg (group C1), 15mg of gelatin microsphere (group C2) controlled groups, and adriamycin microspheres 5mg (group A1) and 15mg (group A2) groups. Under the effect of magnet, microspheres were injected into the subarachnoid space of rabbits. The pain threshold of electronic stimulation, motor function of rabbits′ hinder limbs and somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) were observed continuously. Results Obvious rise of pain threshold was found in group A2 (P
