Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of the SALL4 in human gastric carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of SALL4 in 91 samples of gastric carcinoma and 37 samples of normal gastric tissues was detected by RT-PCR,Western blot and immunohistochemistry,and its relationship with the clinical data were analyzed statistically.Results The positive expression rate of SALL4 in gastric carcinoma(74.7%)was significantly higher than that(18.9%)in normal gastric mucosa tissues(P <0.05).Moreover,with the decreased with the differentiation of gastric carcinoma,the positive expression rate of SALL4 was increased.The expression of SALL4 mRNA and protein in gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues(P <0.050).The expression levels of SALL4 were relevant to lymph node metastasis(P =0.001),infiltra-tion depth(P =0.029)and the differentiation degree of gastric carcinoma(P =0.050).Conclusion SALL4 was highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues and relevant to lymph node metastasis,infiltration depth and the differentiation degree,which may have play an important role in the development of gastric cancer.

This paper presents a new kind of collecting and processing system of the sound signal of larynx where double sound cards and software filter are used. The installation of the double sound cards and processing proposal of software are mainly discussed and a new kind of ADC method of dual-channel sound signal is put forward in this paper. This system has the feature of reliable performance, simple installation and easy maintenance.

Objective To study the expression of Livin,a novel inhibitor of apoptosis protein(IAP)family member in children with acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL).Methods Livin protein of 40 cases myeloid tissue of children with ALL and 20 cases that of non-leukemia children were assayed by streptomycin avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex staining immunohistochemical method in order to analyze the relationship between Livin protein expression and development of ALL.Results The positive rates of Livin protein expression was 40% in 40 cases ALL,but in control group,the positive rates of Livin protein expression was 5%.The difference of 2 groups was significant(P

This study investigated the protective effect of chrysin on hepatic fibrosis by regulating AMP-activated kinase (AMPK)-NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) mediated pyroptosis pathway. The hepatic fibrosis model of mice was established by thioacetamide (TAA) in vivo. Except the control and chrysin alone groups, the mice were injected intraperitoneally with TAA at 100 mg·kg^-1, three times per week for the first week. From the 2^nd to 5^th week, mice were injected intraperitoneally with TAA at 200 mg·kg^-1, three times per week for the next 4 weeks. Chrysin groups were intragastrically administrated once per day to 5^th week. The histopathological changes were detected by HE and Masson staining. The levels of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were assessed by the kits. All animal experiments were approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University (DWLL2019060). LX-2 cells were stimulated by (transforming growth factor-β, TGF-β) in vitro. The protein expressions of AMPKα, p-AMPKα, NLRP3, cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-1 (caspase-1), gasdermin D (GSDMD) were detected by Western blot, and the mRNA levels of collagen-Ι, α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-18, caspase-1, GSDMD were analysis by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Chrysin attenuated the increases in serum AST and ALT levels in the TAA group, while significantly improved the changes of liver morphology, reduced liver tissue inflammatory cell infiltration and inhibited collagens deposition. Compared with TAA group, chrysin effectively activated AMPKα phosphorylation and inhibited hepatic NLRP3 inflammasome activation. Additionally, the protein expressions and mRNA levels of IL-1β, IL-18, caspase-1 and GSDMD in chrysin groups were decreased. Chrysin inhibited the expressions of collagen-Ι and α-SMA, enhanced the phosphorylation of AMPKα, and decreased the expressions of NLRP3 and GSDMD. Therefore, chrysin may inhibit inflammatory injury and pyroptosis possibly by activating AMPK and inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome to alleviate hepatic fibrosis.

Objective:To explore the independent prognostic factors of primary osteosarcoma patients under 20 years old after radical surgery, so as to predict the prognosis and survival of patients.Methods:The clinicopathological data of 1 339 patients with primary osteosarcoma diagnosed and registered in the National Cancer Institute Surveillance, epidemiology and outcome database (SEER) from 1984 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Kaplan Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate of patients. Log rank test was used to evaluate the survival difference. Cox multivariate analysis was used to determine the independent prognostic factors of osteosarcoma after radical surgery factor.Results:The results of primary osteosarcoma patients undergoing radical surgery found that 34 cases (2.54%) aged 0-5 years old, 236 cases (17.63%) aged 6-10 years old, and 600 cases (44.81%) aged 11-15 years old and 469 cases (35.02%) aged 16-20 years old. The median survival time was 68 months. Among them, 757(56.53%) were male and 582(43.47%) were female. Among the 1 339 cases, 986 were white (73.64%), followed by black 230(17.18%), and 123 other races (9.18%). Multivariate analysis revealed that males ( HR=1.242; 95% CI:1.024-1.505), axial osteosarcoma ( HR=1.589; 95% CI:1.179-2.166), and regional invasion of osteosarcoma ( HR=1.470; 95% CI:1.156-1.870), distant metastasis ( HR=3.536; 95% CI:2.725-4.589) were independent risk factors for overall survival. Other types of osteosarcoma ( HR=0.471; 95% CI:0.285-0.779) were independent protective factors for overall survival. Conclusions:Based on the SEER database, this study identified independent prognostic factors for patients with primary osteosarcoma under the age of 20 who underwent radical surgery, which will help clinicians formulate individualized medical strategies and predict patients′ prognosis.

Objective To analyze the physical agent detection ability of occupational health technical service institutions in Methods Guangdong Province. A total of 92 institutions in Guangdong Province that participated in the inter laboratory comparison of physical agents organized in 2020 were taken as the research subjects using purposive sampling method. The ， Results certified physical factor items number of measuring instruments and measurement standards were investigated. The ， ， certification and accreditation project on physical agents in 92 institutions with certification and accreditation rate >80.0% ， ， ， - were noise high temperature ultraviolet radiation hand transmitted vibration and illumination. The certification approval rates ， ， ， ， of power frequency magnetic field 1 Hz to 100 kHz electric field 1 Hz to 100 kHz magnetic field laser radiation physical ， - < （ ） labor intensity and whole body vibration were 60.0%. The certification and accreditation rate of noise 98.9% was the ， （ ） （P< ） ， highest and that of the physical labor intensity 3.3% was the lowest 0.01 . As for the number of measuring instruments （ ） the number of noise measuring instruments accounted for the highest proportion 52.6% in 92 institutions. The number of ， （P< ） measuring instruments from the most to the least was grade A grade B and unqualified institutions 0.01 . The number of - （P< ） measuring instruments in private institutions was greater than that in non private institutions 0.01 . In the measurement ， ， standards some institutions that have certified power frequency electric field power frequency magnetic field and microclimate ， - projects still used the abandoned standard. Some institutions that have certified microclimate illuminance and whole body Conclusion ， vibration used the wrong measurement standards. Among the physical agents the certification and accreditation ， rate of noise is the highest and the number of noise related measuring instruments is the largest. The qualified institutions and private institutions have greater number of certification and accreditation projects on physical agents and measuring instruments.
