This research based on the analysis of spontaneous reporting system (SRS) data which the 9 601 case reports of Shuxuening injection adverse drug reactions (ADR) in national adverse drug reaction monitoring center during 2005-2012. Apply to the association rules to analysis of the relationship between Shuxuening injection's ADR and the characteristics of ADR reports were. We found that ADR commonly combination were "nausea + breath + chills + vomiting", "nausea + chills + vomiting + palpitations", and their confidence level were 100%. The ADR and the case reports information commonly combination were "itching, and glucose and sodium chloride Injection, and generally ADR report, and normal dosage", "palpitation, and glucose and sodium chloride injection, and normal dosage, and new report", "chills, and generally ADR report, and normal dosage, and 0.9% sodium chloride injection", and their confidence level were 100% too. The results showed that patients using Shuxuening injection occurred most of ADRs were systemic damage, skin and its accessories damage, digestive system damage, etc. And most of cases were generally and new reports, and patients with normal dosage. The ADR's occurred had little related with solvent. It is showed that the Shuxuening injection occurred of ADR mainly related to drug composition. So Shuxuening injection used in clinical need to closely observation, and focus on the ADR reaction, and to do a good job of drug risk management.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To explore the effect of astragalus injection with heparin in treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome(NS) whose blood was high coagulable. Methods Seventy-two children suffering from NS, whose blood was high coagulable, were randomly divi-ded into 2 groups. The suffering children of 2 groups were given diuretic and anti-infective and hypotenive drugs, simultaneously taking prednisone 2 mg/( kg?d). In addition, the suffering children of therapeutic group was given astragalus injection 20 mL and heparin 100 IU/kg which were added in the glucose injection 200 mL absorbed by intravenous drop. They had blood test since they had taken the medicine once a day and maintained 2-4 weeks′ time. Results The suffering children′s PLT,febrinogen(Fbg) and prothrombin time(PT) of therapeutic group were all lowered down to normal quantity in 10 days but those of contrastive group in 2 weeks or more. The time of urinary protein′s vani-shing of the therapeutic group averages out to (8.9?4.1) d;but contrastive group became normal after 2 weeks and urinary albumen disa-ppeared in (12.8?6.2) d.Conclusions The astragalus injection with heparin is significant to shortening the course of treatment and redu-cing the relapse and preventing from thrombosis in the treatment of NS of suffering children whose blood is high coagulable. The treatment of anti-coagulation can be one of conventional plans.

Objective To determine the effect of endomorphin (EM) on colonic electromyography activity and investigate the pathogenesis of slow transit constipation (STC). Methods An experimental rat model of slow transit constipation was constructed by contract laxatives mixed with the feed. The changes of colonic electromyography and reaction to endomorphin 1 and endomorphin 2 were examined. Results Compared with the control group, the frequency and amplitude of slow wave in cathartic colon rats were decreased significantly. Endomorphin 1 and endomorphin 2 significantly decreased the amplitudes of slow wave, but did not change the frequencies of slow wave. The effect of endomorphin 1 was more pronounced than that of endomorphin 2, which could be reversed by the morphine antagonist Naloxone in concentration-dependent manner. Endomorphin could not block the stimulating effect of acetylcholine. Conclusions Endomorphin can influence the colonic electromyography activity and intestine motility of cathartic colon rats, and may be involved in the pathologic mechanism of slow transit constipation.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(6):751-756
As an important neurotransmitter, adenosine displays its functions by acting on the adenosine receptors. Recent studies have shown that the distribution, expression and balance among subtypes of adenosine receptors are closely related with cognitive activities, and changes of adenosine receptors play key roles in neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer's disease. It has been pointed out that prolonged activation of adenosine receptors by high level adenosine may lead to the disturbance of balance among adenosine receptor subtypes. This imbalance mainly performed as increased expression of A2a receptor and decreased expression of A1 receptor, and enhancement of the excitatory signals mediated by A2a receptor and weakened inhibitory signals mediated by A1 receptor. Changes of these two subtypes of adenosine receptors may lead to a lot of disorders of neurological activities which developed into dysfunction of cognition to the end. These findings imply that the potential of maintaining the balance among adenosine receptors on the treatment of AD would facilitate both the revealing of the mechanism and the cure of AD.

In order to study the interaction relationship between secondary metabolites in Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and find out which secondary metabolite is significantly related to the content of glycyrrhizic acid, artificial applying ammonium glycyrrhetate solution was used to establish a high glycyrrhizic acid environment. The change of the 4 secondary metabolites was analyzed within 72 h after glycyrrhizic acid stimulation, while correlation statistical soft was applied to analyze the correlation of glycyrrhizic acid and other compositions. It turned out that it is feasible to establish high glycyrrhizic acid environment by glycyrrhizic acid root soaking in the concentration of 1.0 mmol x L(-1). There was significant positive correlation between glycyrrhizic acid and liquorice glycosides in short-term glycyrrhizic acid stimulation environment. It is concluded that glycyrrhizic acid accumulation internal of G. uralensis could be effected by artificial exogenous glycyrrhizic acid stimulation in certain case, and its accumulation was significantly related to the content of liquorice glycosides.
