This study was aimed to find the optimal conditions for seed propagation of Fritillaria cirrhosa in the plateau region in order to summarize the best sowing time and method of artificial propagation. Seeds were stored in appropriate environment. After the seeds matured, the seedbed of F. cirrhosa was treated with cattle dung humus and small shed. The results showed that early March is the best sowing time and cattle dung humus with a thickness about 1 cm is the best coving for propagation of F. cirrhosa; the growing period of film propagation (FP) is about 160 days each year compared with that of control about 50-60 days, respectively. It was concluded that the propagating seeds in plastic greenhouses by using cattle dung humus as planting substrates, using sunshade nets for shading and keeping humidity by spraying can effectively prolong the growing period, improve the retention rate of annual bulbs and the production of F. cirrhosa.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;29(9):784-786
Objective To investigate the distribution and effect of class Ⅰ integron in 40 strains of clinical multi-resistant Enterobacter cloacae. Methods Kirby-Bauer method was used to analyze the drug resistance of 40 strains of multi-resistant Enterobacter cloacae and the drug resistance gene was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results 28 strains (70.0%) of 40 clinical isolates were observed to contain class Ⅰ integron. Drug resistance test showed their resistance rate to 10 kind of an-tibaeterials as follow: 7.5% to imipenem, 5.0% to meropenem, 75.0% to piperacillin-tazobactam,55.0% to amikacin, 12.5% to cefepime, 52.5% to ceftazidime, 55.0% to cefotaxime, 90.0% to ceftriaxone;81.8% to ticarcillin-clavutanic acid, and 85.0% to ciprofloxacin. Conclusion This study shows that the resistance situation of Enterobacter cloacae isolates is very serious, and class Ⅰ integron may play an important role in the muhidrug resistant mechanism.

Objective To investigate the effects of heart displacement on hemodynamics during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OP-CABG) while the sites for anastomosis were being exposed. Methods Forty-seven patients of both sexes (36 male, 11 female) aged 50-82 years undergoing OP-CABG were enrolled in the study. Preoperative cardiac function was assessed : class Ⅱ in 22 patients; Ⅲ in 23 and Ⅳ in 2 according to NYHA classification. The mean ejection fraction was 0.55?0.14 before surgery. They received on average 3.2 grafts. Premedication consisted of intramuscular morphine 10 mg, midazolam 3-5 mg and scopolamine 0.3 mg.Before induction of anesthesia ECG and SpO2 were monitored and radial artery was cannulated for continuous direct BP monitoring. Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.1 nig?kg-1 , fentanyl 4?g?kg-1 and pancuronium 0.1 mg?g-1 iv.The patients were mechanically ventilated after tracheal intubation and PETCO2 was maintained at about 40 mm Hg. Anesthesia was maintained with isoflurane and 50%-60% N2O in O2 and intermittent intravenous boluses of fentanyl and pancuronium. Swan-Ganz catheter which can continuously monitor mixed venous blood O2 saturation (SvO2) was placed in pulmonary artery via right internal jugular vein. SvO2, cardiac output (CO), BP, pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) and HR were continuously monitored. Right atrial pressure (RAP) and PAWP were measured intermittently. Cardiac index (CI),stroke index (SI),systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI),PVRI, left and right ventricular work index (LVWI,RVWI) and left and right ventricular stroke work index (LVSWI,RVSWI) were calculated. The hemodynamic parameters were recorded after induction of anesthesia before surgery (T1,baseline),before heart displacement (T2), while anastomosis to anterior descending branch was being made (T3), while anastonosis to right coronary artery or posterior descending branch (T4) and to left circumflex artery or diagonal branch (T5) was being made, after normal heart position was resumed (T6) and at the end of operation (T7). Results While anastomosis to the anterior descending branch was being made (T3) SI and LVSWI significantly decreased as compared with the baseline (P

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(6):676-678
qualitative and quantitative analysis of solid depolymerization products for supercritical methanolysis of ploy(ethylene terephthalate) polyester (PET) were studied by means of reversedphase high performance liquid chromatogr aphy on ZorbaxC8(4.6mm×250mm) with 70%(V/V) methanol as mobile phase. The results showed that the solid depolymerization products were mainly composed of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), methyl(2hydroxyethyl)terephthalate (MHET), bis(hydroxyethyl)tere phthalate (BHET), dimers and oligomers, which could be separated effectively under the above chromatographic conditions. The calibration curves of DMT and BHET were linear in the range of 1.0~45 mg/L (n=8),r=0.9998~1.0000 and RSD<2.8%. The determination limits of DMT and BHET were 4.0×10-4μg and 6.0×10-4μg respectively.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the impacts of biological factors (age and sex) and family factors (socioeconomic status and parenting style) on the early lexical and intellectual development of children in a longitudinal tracking study.
METHODSA total of 38 Mandarin-speaking children aged from 18 to 24 months were surveyed using the Putonghua Chinese Communicative Development Inventory (PCDI), the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ), and a self-designed Questionnaire for Parents. All of the subjects were retested using PCDI and ASQ after 6 months.
RESULTSBiological factors accounted for 65% of the variance in lexical development, 10% of which was attributed to gender, in the first survey. After six months, the contribution of age decreased to 26% and gender had no significant impact. Lexical development could positively predict the intellectual development of children. When age and gender were controlled, it accounted for 22% of the variance in intellectual development. Family socioeconomic factors had no significant impacts on lexical and intellectual development. Children's recognition of people and objects around them with guidance of parents in parenting styles could positively predict the intellectual development of children six months later, which accounted for 10% of the variance.
CONCLUSIONSBiological factors play an important role in the early lexical development of children. However, the influence decreases with the increase of age (months). Biological factors, lexical development, and parenting style have a combined influence on children's intellectual development.
