Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the effects of azithromycin on hyperoxia induced lung injury in neonatal rats. Methods Ninety 2-day-old neonatal rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (30 cases in each group):air control group, hyperoxia model group, azithromycin treated group. The rats in air control group were exposed to indoor air,and the rats in hyperoxia model group and azithromycin group were exposed to 900 mL?L-1 O2 for 14 days. From 2-days-after birth, rats in treated group received intraperitoneal injection of azithromycin (200 mg?kg-1)per day, rats in air control group and hyperoxia model group received intraperitoneal injection of normal saline.Ten rats in each group were executed and their lung tissues were taken out and were observed under a optical microscope on the 3rd,7th,14th days from the start. The expression of interferon gamma(IFN-?),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results There was no expression of IFN-? positive cells in air control group, but the expressional intensity level was gradually enhanced as the time of inhaling hyperoxia prolonged in hyperoxia model group,it reached the peak on the 7th day,and then obviously declined on the 14th day,but still higher than that of air control group. The expressional intensity level of IFN-? in azithromycin treated group was lower than that of hyperoxia model group in each time segment, there were significant differences among them(Pa

Objective To discuss the valuable influence of the total-body massage on the facilitation of the rehabilitation for the women in puerperium. Methods Both Chinese traditional medical total-body massage and the biological information theories and its methodology were employed in dealing with 50 cases of puerperants without contraindications, who had labored naturally 12 hours before and who had received cesarean sections 48 hours before. The results were compared with the control group in which conventional preventive health care for puerperants was adopted. Results Notable differences exist in the aspect of lochia, defecation, lactation and emotions between the two groups. Conclusion Significant benefits can be obtained from the massage to facilitate the rehabilitation of the women in puerperium while promoting their quality of lives and broadening the coverage of services of the preventive health care for the puerperants.

ObjectiveTo observe effect of head and body acupuncture and moxibustion on stroke.Methods183 stroke patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, head acupuncture and moxibustion, body acupuncture and moxibustion, and head body acupuncture and moxibustion. After two months treatment, effects of 3 groups were evaluated.ResultsThere were no differences between head group and body group, body group and head body group, but there was significantly difference between head body group and head group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe head body acupuncture and moxibustion can gain the best clinical effect on stroke patients compared with simply head or body acupuncture and moxibustion.

Objective To investigate nursing students and nurses' knowledge, attitude and behaviors of standardized treatment of medical waste, so as to develop more constructive advices in future. Methods The survey was conducted in 80 nursing students and 85 nurses in one of the Beijing' s third level 1 class hospitals. The data was analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software. Results Nursing students' scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior were significantly lower than nurses' ( t =- 6.986, - 5.336, - 3.862 ; P < 0. 05 ) ; Nursing students with higher education levels showed significantly higher scores of knowledge ( F =9. 992, P < 0. 05 ), but there' s no significant difference with scores of attitude or behavior( F =1. 279,1. 595 ; P > 0. 05 ) ; Nurses with different education levels, length of service and professional titles showed no significant difference with scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior(P > 0. 05). Scores of nursing students and nurses in behavior were low, and needs to be raised. Conclusions Adequate knowledge is foundation and good attitude is propulsion, they two will be helpful to increase the quality of treatment of medical waste with systematic management and training of the hospital.

8.Esophageal ultrasound and floating catheter in different coronary artery bypass grafting for cardiac function and pulmonary artery pressure
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2017;26(11):810-813
Objective To compare the cardiac function and pulmonary arterial pressure of the patients undergoing surgery of off-pumpcoronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) and on-pump-CABG by the esophageal ultrasound and the floating catheter,to find out what kind of coronary artery bypass grafting is better for cardiac function. Methods The design of this experiment used a completely randomized block design,36 patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A(off-pump-CABG),group B (on-pump-CABG),18 cases in each group. The detection time point set after all the operation had been completed. The pulmonary arterial systolic pressure, the right ventricular end diastolic volume, the right ventricular ejection fraction and the left ventricular end diastohc pressure were measured by the esophagus ultrasound and floating catheter. Results There was no significant difference in esophagus ultrasound and floating catheter between the two groups (P > 0.05).The results of echocardiography and floating catheter showed that the pulmonary artery diastolic blood pressure was lower in group A than that in group B (P < 0.05).The heart function in group A was better than that of group B (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of the ultrasonic heartbeat graph and the monitoring of the floating catheter in the off-pump-CABG and on-pump-CABG are basically the same. The heart function in off-pump-CABG group was better than that of on-pump-CABG.The reason may be that the off-pump-CABG is less likely to be associated with the flow dynamics of the blood flow dynamics and the cell factor associated with the non physiological ducts.

A research combined trickling filter system and active sludge aeration system was applied in the treatment of industrial wastewater from gas-generating with heavy oil. The wastewater contained both high contents of NH+4-N and mixed hydrocarbons including various PAHs. Its BOD5/COD ratio was less than 0.3 and belongs to recalcitrant, toxic wastewater. The results showed a touch-growth biofilms system was formed on the porous packing material and it played a key role in the decrease of toxicity of the influent. It could also improve the biodegradability of the wastewater.

The polymorphism of (AT) repeat within the 3' untranslated region in exon 3 of CTLA-4 gene was evaluated by PCR-SSCP in 139 patients with Graves' disease (GD) and 110 normal subjects in Tianjin. The gene frequency of 106 bp in patients with GD was significantly increased than that in the control group (RR =1.992,P
