Objective To discuss the pattern and effect of reading report activities on college-to-undergraduate nursing students in adult higher education. Methods We chose 154 college-to-undergraduate nursing students in adult higher education who studied at our department from 2009 to 2012 as control group, meanwhile the experimental group consisted of 168 college-to-undergrad-uate nursing students in adult higher education who studied at our department from 2013 to 2014.We used thefive-in-oneteaching method involving relevant scientific knowledge training, tutorial system, group report meeting, exchange of excellent reading report and score checking to train the experimental group, while the control group was still trained by primary method which was relevant scientific knowledge teaching and discussion of excellent reading report. Results The reading reports wrote by the students in the experimental group were superior to those wrote by the control group (P<0.001);The experimental group had better scores in the achievements of scientific knowledge and theory (P<0.001); The self-assessment of experimental group students in the ability of literature review, reading and analysis was higher than that of the control group (P<0.001).As to the effects of reading report such as enhancing scien-tific awareness, expanding scope of knowledge and so on, the experimental group had a obvious advantage over the control group ( P<0.001). Conclusion The five-in-onetraining pattern in the reading report activities involving relevant scientific knowledge training, tutorial system, group report meeting, exchange of excellent reading report and score checking can effectively improve the scientif-ic awareness of college-to-undergraduate nursing students in adult higher education, which is conductive to establish the basis of nurs-ing scientific research, guide the clinical nursing work and improve the comprehensive quality of students.

Objective How to improve nursing students′consciousness and ability of scientific research remains a big chal-lenge to in advanced nursing education .This study aimed to investigate the mode and methods of training the scientific research ability of adult nursing students in the junior-to-regular college education program . Methods Using a new mode of scientific research train-ing, i.e.class training+tutors′guidance+individual appraisal , we trained 242 adult nursing students from grades 2009 to 2013 of the junior-to-regular college education program , along with related questionnaire investigation . Results All the students considered the mode to be effective in improving their consciousness and ability of scientific research .During their study at school , they published 115 research papers in the Source Journals for Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations , and 18 of them undertook nursing re-search projects and won various awards for science and technology achievements in nursing research . Conclusion This new mode can effectively promote the scientific research ability of adult nursing students in the junior -to-regular college education program .

AIM: To explore the regulatory effect of bifidobacteria adolescence on NF-?B in murine peritoneal macrophages(PMs).METHODS: Macrophages were collected and were divided into tow groups, normal control group and bifidobacterium stimulation groups. The cells were fixed at 60 min after stimulated with bifidobacterium at 10~6,10~7, 10~8 and 10~9 cells/L,or fixed respectively at 15,30,60,120 and 180 min after stimulated with bifidobacterium at 10~8 cells/L,then the total protein and nucleoprotein were extracted. The activities of NF-?B and I?B? were measured with the methods of MSA and Western blotting.RESULTS: NF-?B activity markedly increased and reached the peak at 0.5 h after stimulation, while I?B? markedly decreased at same time.CONCLUSION: NF-?B activity is markedly activated by bifidobacterium.NF-?B pathway participates in the regulation of peritoneal macrophage in this process.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Bryan-Morrey approach combined with anatomic locking plate fixation for the treatment of type C fractures of distal humerus. Methods Performed a prospective study from from Mar.2011 to Aug.2014.Thirty-three cases of distal humerus fracture were included in our study, and the mean age was (37.3 ±4.1) years old.The fracture type of distal humerus was 13-C according to Mayo classification. All the fractures treated with a Bryan-Morrey approach and anatomic locking plates. In the follow-up,Mayo scores of elbow, measurement of range of motion, elbow flexion and extension muscle strength were recorded and analysed. Results In this study, there were no serious complications, such as nonunion, rupture of triceps tendon and the infection, except partial sensory function injury of ulnar nerve in 5 cases. At the last time of the follow-up,elbow flexion muscle strength and extension muscle strength did not significantly decreased significantly compared with strength of the normal side. The mean flexion of the injured side was (134.5 ± 10.1) degrees, and the mean extension was (-1 1.5 ± 8.1) degrees.According to Mayo elbow performance score, the average scores of elbow was (86.2 ± 7.8),84% of the patients got excellent or very excellent function results. Conclusion The Bryan-Morrey approach combined with anatomic locking plate fixation is a good choice for the treatment of distal humerus fractures of AO C type.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
Uninephrectomy was performed in a ll rats of this study, and diabetic model was induced in partial rats by streptozo tocin. Then these rats were divided into uninephrectomy group, diabetes group an d benazepril-treated diabetes group. After 4 weeks, renal tubulo-interstitial morphological change was observed and type Ⅳ collagen, fibronectin and transfor ming growth factor ? 1 (TGF-? 1) proteins as well as TGF-? 1 mRNA were d etermined. The results suggested that benazepril played a protective role in ren al tubulo-interstitial injury, which was associated partially with down-regula ted overexpression of TGF-? 1.

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Fuyong Street in order to predict its occurrence and reduce its incidence by establishing preventive and control measures. Methods Epidemiological data in Fuyong Street between 2003 and 2007 were analyzed. Results The result showed that 393 measles cases were reported in the whole street during 2003 and 2007,329 were confirmed by laboratory, and 60 were local cases. The measles annual average incidence was 18.29/100 000.The high incidence period was from March to August and the most measles cases were young adults and infants.30.79% cases had no immunization history and 24.68% cases had immunization history. Conclusions The incidence of measles is kept at a high level. It will go on possibly for half a year or a year.A comprehensive control measures should be thaken to strengthen vaccination program especially for foreign people and to reinforce the surveillance and analysis of epidemic situation in order to avoid the outbreak of the disease.

AIM:To set up a method for determining epimedin C and icariin in Xianling Guobao Capsules(Herba Epimedii,Radix et Rhizoma Salviae miltiorrhizae,Fructus Psoraleae,Radix Rehmanniae,etc.). METHODS:The chromatographic conditions included the column of Spherisorb C 18 (4.6 mm?250 mm,5 ?m),the mobile phase was acetonitrice and water as gradient eluent was at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was at 25 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of epimedin C was 0.22-2.20 ?g and icariin was 0.04-0.40 ?g,respectively. The average recovery of epimedin C and icariin were 103.2% (RSD=3.1%) and 97.8% (RSD=3.2%),respectively. CONCLUSION:The method is reliable, stable and well reproducible, and can control the quality of Xianling Guobao Capsules.
