The formation of carcinomas of liver, lung and kidney in rats by feeding aminopyrine (AP) plus sodium nitrite (Na NO2) in diet was investigated. 72 young Wister rats were divided into A,B,C,D group. Group A was set as control receiving basal diet and tap water. Another 3 groups were given basal diet containing AP plus Na NO2 (2g/kg each). However, group B was given tap water, group C ascorbic acid solution, group D sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) juice for drinking. Objective To explore MRI of sacroiliac joint.Methods MRI was applied to 33 patients on transaxial FSE T2WI and SE T1 WI,coronal FSE T2 WI and two coronal FSPGR.Results Sacroiliac joints of 7 patients were normal,and all the sequences could directly show the cartilage of normal sacroiliac joints.The other 26 patients suffered from ankylosing spondylitis(AS),and cartilage abnormality appeared in 42 sacroiliac joints from 52 joints.The irregular thickened or tortuous ones replaced the linear intermediate signals on T1WI and T2WI.Conclusion Such measures do good to MRI of normal sacroiliac joint structure and pathological changes as optimization of scanning parameters,selection of proper scanning method and coil,as well as application of T2WI and FSPGR in phase fat suppression technology.

AIM: To investigate the situation of patients with mechanical ocular trauma and the possible influencing factors related to the prognosis.METHODS: Totally 260 patients(286 eyes) with mechanical ocular trauma from January 2011 to January 2016 in Xiaogan Central Hospital were selected and retrospective studied.Sociology and clinical data including gender,age,career,injury causes,injury nature,treatment time and visual acuity on admission in these patients were univariate analyzed,then the positive factors were analyzed using Logistic regression.RESULTS: The middle-aged and young males were domain in 260 patients.The causes were mainly sharp instrument injury,while perforating injury of eyeball was the majority in injury nature.Univariate analysis showed that injury causes,injury nature,treatment time and eyesight on admission were influencing factors,while multivariate analysis by Logistic regression showed that visual acuity on admission and orbital contusion were independent influencing factors for patients ocular trauma.CONCLUSION: Ocular trauma is a majoy cause of monocular blind,there are close associations between prognosis of ocular trauma and orbital contusion and visual acuity on admission.But the majority of ocular trauma is preventable and treatable,the relevant measures should be developed to prevent the ocular trauma.

AlM: To analyze the correlation between tear film changes of allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye, then provide clinical references for better treatment.
METHODS: Fifty patients with allergic conjunctivitis were taken as the observation group, the control group was selected based on 1:1 case control theory, and we chose 50 health volunteers without ocular surface diseases, xerophthalmia and systematic diseases randomly, then fluorescein ( FL) staining, break-up time ( BUT) , Schirner l test ( SⅠt) , tear meniscus high ( TMH) and slit-lamp examinations were performed in the two groups.
RESULTS: ln the observation group, FL, BUT, Slt, TMH of right eyes and left eyes were statistically significant correlated ( P < 0. 05 ). FL and BUT were statistically significant between control group and observation group (P<0. 05). TMH and Slt has positive correlation, while FL and BUT has negative correlation and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). CONCLUSlON: Due to inflammatory mediators participation, allergic conjunctivitis could lead to the stability changes of tear film which cause in dry eye. The stability changes of allergic conjunctivitis correlate to the damage degree of epithelium.

METHODAccording to over 10 years accumulated experience and be keenly aware of the author, the evaluation method of standardized processing technology and Chinese pieces quality, aimed at consummated the standard material of the quality evaluation of Chinese herbal pieces at the current situation, and inaccordance with the need of improving quality standard system of Chinese herbal pieces, illustrate the necessity of accelerating basic research of Chinese standard pieces as standard materials; from the technical specification for collecting and processing of raw materials, and the technical specification, homogenized sample, packaging, storage and etc., for processing of candidate standard pieces, determine the methods and steps of technical specifications for standard pieces as the standard substance, determine the methods and steps of technical specifications for standard pieces as the standard substance.

RESULT AND CONCLUSIONTo speed up the basic research of standard of Chinese medicine pieces as of standard material is very necessary. The research objective is to specificate the processing technical for a number of standard pieces, to identify technical specifications and to ascertain the guiding principle and technical specification of decoction pieces as standard substance. This research will provide basic scientific data relevant national departments to apply for the accreditation of the standard substance.

Objective To systematically review the efficacy of glutamine enriched nutrition support for patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods Database including PubMed,Embase,HighWire,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,Wanfang Database,CJFD and CBM were searched with glutamine,severe acute pancreatitis,SAP,谷氨酰胺,重症急性胰腺炎.Literatures published before March 2014 were searched.Randomized controlled trials containing the comparison of conventional treatment and glutamine enriched nutrition support were enrolled in the study,and then the literatures were screened and the data were extracted by 2 independent reviewers.The quality of the literatures was assessed,and the data were analyzed using the RevMan 5.2 software.SAP was diagnosed according to The revised Atlanta classificantion for acute pancreatitis or guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of SAP which was composed by the pancreatic surgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association.The count data were analyzed using the relative risk (RR) and 95％ confidence interval (95％ CI),and the measurement data were analyzed using standard mean difference (SMD) and 95 ％ CI.The heterogeneity of the data was analyzed using the I2 test.Results Ten literatures including 433 cases were enrolled in the study,and all of them were prospective randomized controlled studies.There were 218 patients treated by conventional methods (control group) and 215 patients received glutamine enriched nutrition support (experimental group).Compared with the control group,glutamine enriched nutrition support could elevate the albumin level,decrease the C-reaction protein level and shorten the hospital stay in the experimental group (SMD=1.00,-0.93,-0.71,95％CI:0.50-1.50,-1.25--0.61,-1.10--0.32,P＜0.05),glutamine enriched nutrition support could decrease the morbidity and mortality (RR =0.56,0.34,95％ CI:0.41-0.77,0.15-0.76,P ＜ 0.05) without increasing the expenses (SMD =0.03,95％ CI:-0.88-0.95,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Glutamine enriched nutrition support is superior to conventional methods for the treatment of SAP.

With data support from abundant research ,epithelial growth factor receptor ( EGFR) signaling pathway is associated with radiotherapy resistance .EGFR inhibition has become one of methods to increase radio-sensitivity.As the first EGFR monoclonal antibody developed by China and Cuba ,nimotuzumab demonstrates its distinct clinical characteristics and has been extensively explored in head and neck cancer , esophageal cancer , high grade glioma .This article mainly reviews the present situation and recent advances on the radiosensitivity re -search of nimotuzumab .

Objective To study the relationship between the activity of GSP ?, intestinal metaplasia(IM) of gastric mucosa, and proliferation typing.Method Immunohistochemical method was used to detect GSP ? in 167 cases undergoing biopsy or surgery ,among them slices of 112 pathology proved chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) were counter stained by mucohistochemistry.Results[WT5”BZ] The result showed that the positive rates of GSP ? in gastric adenocarcinoma, CAG with IM or gastric dysplasia were significantly higher than in chronic superficial gastritis (CSG).The positive rate of GSP ? in high proliferation typing (HPT) was significantly higher than in middle or low proliferation typing ( MPT or LPT).Conclusion GSP ? activity could be used as a marker of precancerous lesions and HPT highly correlates to the occurence of gastric cancer.
