Abstract：In recent years，the outbreak and prevalence of respiratory infectious diseases in the world seriously endanger human health，among which the respiratory infectious diseases caused by viral infection account for a large proportion. The use of vaccines and common antiviral drugs is an effective way to fight viral infection，but there are also problems such as lag and drug resistance. Monoclonal antibodies against respiratory viral infections provide a new strategy for clinical treatment. This paper reviews the development of monoclonal antibody against respiratory virus and its application in respiratory viral infectious diseases. Background The safety,effectiveness and predictability of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) to correct hyperopia are of a widely clinical concern,but the efficacy of LASIK for hyperopic correction is not satisfied in comparison to that of myopia.Objective The aim of this work was to evaluate the safety,effectiveness and predictability of autologous corneal len inlays to correct hyperopia.Methods Autologous corneal len inlays was performed on the left eye of female patient with the diopter of +3.25 DS.This patient was followed-up for 1 month.Cornea compensatory intraocular pressure (IOPcc) and imitation Goldmann IOP (IOPg) were measured,and the corneal thickness and corneal flap were observed using optical coherence topography (OCT).Corneal topography was examined to check the change of corneal curvature.Ocular response analyzer was used to evaluate the shifts of corneal hysteresis (CH) and corneal resistance factor (CRF).Uncorrected and best corrected visual acuity and refraction were compared between before and after operation.Written informed consent was obtained from the patient prior to the operation.Results No intraoperative and postoperative complications were found.Uncorrected distance visual acuity improved one line 1 day and 1 month after surgery,and near visual acuity progressed to J2 and the spherical equivalent (SE) was-0.125 D 1 month after surgery.OCT exhibited that the cornea was clear and transparent,and the graft was centered in the corneal stroma capsular bag without rejection 1 month after surgery.The IOPcc was 12.4 mmHg before operation and 11.9 mmHg 1 month after operation,and IOPg was 11.9 mmHg before operation and 10.7 mmHg 1 month after operation in the operated eye.The CH was 9.7 mmHg before operation and 8.9 mmHg 1 month after operation,and CRF was 10.9 mmHg before operation and 10.3 mmHg 1 month after operation,without remarkble change in the indexes mentioned above.Conclusions Autologous corneal implantation can be used to correct hyperopic eye with good safety,effectiveness and predictability.

OBJECTIVETo compare the difference in the clinical efficacy on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA) treated with thermosensitive moxibustion at different dosages.

METHODSSixty cases of CSA were randomized into a saturated moxa dosage group and a regular moxa dosage group, 30 cases in each one. The thermosensitive moxibustion was adopted in the two groups. The mild suspended moxibustion was applied at two acupoints with the strongest thermosensitization. In the saturated moxa dosage group, the moxibustion time was determined by the disappearance of thermosensitization. In the regular moxa dosage group, 15 min was required on each acupoint. The treatment was given twice a day for first 4 days in the two groups. Since the 5th day, the treatment was given once a day, continuously for 10 times, and totally 14 days were required. The score of symptoms and function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment as well as 6-month follow-up after treatment.

RESULTSThe curative and effective rate was 56.7% (17/30) after treatment and 60.0% (18/30) in 6-month follow-up after treatment in the saturated moxa dosage group, which were superior to 26.7% (8/30) and 30.0% (9/30) in the regular moxa dosage group respectively (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms and function after treatment and in follow-up were improved apparently as compared with those before treatment in both groups (all P < 0.01). The scores of clinical symptoms and function after treatment and in follow-up in the saturated moxa dosage group were increased much more apparently than those in the regular moxa dosage group (after treatment: 22.32 +/- 4.64 vs 17.43 +/- 3.21; in follow-up: 23.01 +/- 4.76 vs 18.32 +/- 2.13, both P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONThe thermosensitization moxibustion of saturated dosage achieves the superior short-term and long-term efficacies in the treatment of CSA as compared with the regular moxibustion dosage.

In recent years, the study of autophagy in spinal cord injury (SCI) gradually becomes the hot spot. However, the function of autophagy in the injured spinal cord is still controversial. In order to further understand the role of autophagy after SCI, we summarized the activation of autophagy, autophagic cell death, the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis, the function of autophagy in promoting the molecular metabolism and the role of autophagy after spinal cord injury. We concluded that the role of autophagy after SCI is a double-edged sword. Upregulating the level of autophagy appropriately can promote damaged proteins metabolism and inhibit apoptosis. However, excessive activation of antophagy may induce autophagic cell dealth. So we consider that the proper regulation of autophagy will be a new target in the treatment of SCI.

Objective To investigate CT findings in gastric stromal tumors(GST).Methods Both plain and enhanced spiral CT findings in 46 cases with gastric stromal tumor were retrospectively analyzed.In all patients,diagnosis was confirmed with immunohistochemical markers.CT features were retrospectively studied and summarized.Statistical analysis of the shape,growth pattern,necrosis and enhancement patterns was performed with X2 test in 43 cases with single gastric stromal tumor.Results Of the 46 GST patients,43 patients had single GST and multiple GST was detected in 3 cases.In the 43 cases with single GST,tumors were found in the gastric body in 24 cases,gastric fundus in 16 cases,and in the gastric antrum in 3 cases.GST mostly grow along the vertical plane of gastric wall,with a large size but local attachment.The tumor size was less than 5era in diameter in 14 cases.Of them,ten cases had a regular shape,10 cases showed homogeneous enhancement,and 4 cases exhibited central necrosis,7 tumors showed intra-luminal growth and 5 tumors showed extra-luminal growth,while the other 2 cases involved both intra and extra lumina.Twenty-nine cases had tumors larger than 5cm in diameter.Of them,24 cases had irregular shape,27 cases showed inhomogeneous enhancement,24 cases had central necrosis,5 tumors showed intra-luminal growth and 9 tumors showed extra-luminal growth,while 15 cases involved both intra and extra lumina.The tumor size of GST closely was related to the shape,growth pattern,necrosis and the inhomogeneous enhancement patterns of the GST(P<0.05).The enhancement of the tumor was more intense in venous phase and delayed phase.Five cases showed septal enhancement,4 tumors exhibited marked enhancement in arterial phase with up to 60 HU.Conclusions CT can precisely display the location,shape and size of gastric stromal tumors.It is very helpful to provide useful information for early diagnosis and evaluation.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the facile method for preparation of albendazole sulfoxide, an active metabolite in vivo. METHODS: The reaction condition was investigated according to evaluations to the results of the experiment through temperature, solvent, oxidation agent, reaction time and impurity. RESULTS: The target compound was obtained by oxidation of albendazole with the presence of sodium metaperiodate in glacial acetic acid under low temperature and was free from contamination by impurity albendazole sulfone. Pure product (content >98%) and high yield (>90%percnt;) have been achieved due to reaction selection. CONCLUSION: Oxidation condition is essential to the preparation of albendazole sulfoxide.

Objective to construct the high titers rat Hes1 adenovirus expression vector (Ad-Hes1).Methods With the rat cDNA as a template,the Hes1 fragment was amplified by PCR,which constructed pShuttle-CMV-Hes1 shuttle plasmid by directly clone.Based on pShuttle-CMV-Hes1,pAdeno-Hes1 virus plasmid was constructed,pAdeno-Hes1 was transfected into 293 cells to package Ad-Hes1,virus titers were determined by modified TCID50.Hes1 was detected by Western blot after Ad-Hes1 infected with H9c2 myocardial cells.Results pShuttle-CMV-Hes1 shuttle plasmid and pAdeno-Hes1 plasmid were constructed successfully,with a general titer of 1.6 × 1011 PFU,Ad-Hes1 can be expressed in H9c2 myocardial cells,and its MOI value was 30.Conclusion Ad-Hes1 is successfully constructedand packaged,thus provide basis for further research on the protection effect of Hes1 on myocardium.

Objective To explore the relationship between the endemic arsenism and the liver,renal damage.Methods Some permanent residents were selected as investigated subjects who lived at 3 villages in Datong in Shanxi Province,an arseniasis-endemic areas,These objects were divided into arsenic poisoning and control group on the basis of Diagnosis Standard for Endemic Arsenism(WS/T 211-2001).Then blood and urine samples were collected in the surveyed people.Serum glutamate pyruvic transaminase(ALT)were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay as the indicator of the impaired hepatic function.The microdosis albumen (mAlb)and acetylglucosaminidase(NAG)in urine were detected by end-point method and alkaline picric acid as the renal damage indicators.Results A total of 661 people investigated,of which 144 cases were arsenic poisoning patients.The rates of abnormal liver function were significant hisher in arsenic poisoning group[10.42% (15/144)]than that in control[5.22%(27/517)],and both wag significant[X2=5.107,P＜0.05;OR=2.11,95%CI (1.09-4.08)].The geometric mean of mAlb/Ucr was 2.16 mg/g Cr in control,and 2.31 mg/g Cr in arsenic poisoning group,and both was not significant(t=-1.71,P＞0.05).The geometric mean of NAG waft higher in arsenic poisoning group(2.43 U/g Cr)than that in the control(2.22 U/g Cr),and both was significant(t=-3.55, P＜0.05).Conclusions The damage of the liver and renal function were related with endemic arsenism,and NAG is the early indicators suggesting impaired renal function due to endemic arsenism.
