The authors investigated and discussed therapeutic mechanism of small knife needle in treating closed myofascitis on the basis of pathomechanism of modern medicine and acupuncture theory of TCM among numbers of clinical cases and experimental data. Therapeutic mechanism lies in 6 aspects: (1) Relieve the energy crisis of tenderness point on muscular fasciae; (2) Affect nervous system and reduce induction of harmful stimulating signal; (3) Inhibit aseptic inflammatory reaction on muscular fasciae; (4) Regulate dynamic equilibrium of soft tissue by cutting scar and releasing the conglutination; (5) Increase patients' regional threshold of feeling; (6) Reduce tension and pressure of soft tissue of tenderness point so as to relieve extrusion of nervus cutaneous.

OBJECTIVETo discuss the relative association of soft tissue tension and cervical physiological curvature chang in patients with scapula muscle fasciitis.

METHODSFrom February 2012 to December 2012,29 patients with scapula muscle fasciitis were investigated. There were 10 males and 19 females with an average age of 27.77 years old (ranged from 22 to 40 years old). Routine AP and lateral cervical X-rays were done in all patients. Cervical lordosis was measured according to Borden's method and the pain point tension was measured by soft tissue tension meter. Finally,perform statistic analysis to bove data.

RESULTSLateral X-rays showed 9 cases were normal cervical lordosis, 18 cases were cervical lordosis decreased, 2 cases were cervical lordosis increased. The regression equation of cerical lordosis changes D(Y) and soft tissue tension displacement D0.5 kg (X) was Y = -15.069 + 3.673X.

CONCLUSIONThere is linear relationship between soft tissue tension and cervical physiological curvature change. With the soft tissue tension increases, the cervical lordosis trend to decrease.

Objective To assess the value of MSCT and postprocessing techniques in displaying abnormal blood vessels of pulmonary sequestration. Methods Ten patients with pulmonary sequestration proved with operation and pathology underwent both plain and enhanced chest CT scan. The reconstructed images of maximum intensity projection, multiplanar reconstruction and volume rendering were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 10 patients, intra-lobe type sequestration was seen in 9 patients and extra-lobar type in 1 patient. The lesions located in the left lower lobe in 8 patients and in the right lower lobe in 2 patients. Angiography postprocessing technique displayed abnormal supplying vessels in 9 patients (7 from descending aorta and 2 from abdominal aorta) and displayed the origin, courser, branches and distribution of lesions clearly. Vessels in 9 patients drained into inferior pulmonary veins except in one drained into azygos vein. Conclusion MSCT angiography with postprocessing reconstruction techniques can display abnormalities of pulmonary sequestration clearly and has great value in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration, so as might be the first choice in diagnosing pulmonary sequestration.

OBJECTIVETo research the preparation technology and dissolution of Blumea volatile oil suppository.

METHODIn order to establish the content determination and methodology inspection method of Blumea volatile oil plug, the extraction process of Blumea volatile oil was optimized by using orthogonal test. Optimization on the investigation to the suppository matrix by melting time, appearance and dissolution was carried on. The best prescription craft was determined by determining the best molding temperature, dosage of the matrix and complementary makings. The determination method of dissolution was established by investigating different dissolution method and its impact on the preparation of dissolution.

RESULTThe best conditions of steam distillation extracted Blumea volatile oil was as followed, the ratio of gardenia to liquor 1:6, 2.5% drug amount of sodium, 8 hours of extracting time. The optimum temperature for mold was 60-65 degrees C. Preparation technique of Blumea volatile oil suppository was stable, which after 45 minutes and 3 h in pH 4.5 PBS released at least 70% and 90%.

CONCLUSIONBlumea volatile oil suppository with rational prescription, simple preparation and good stability.

Objective To assess and compare the difference in image quality and exposure dose between single-sided reading image plate(IP)and dual-sided reading IP.Methods A contrast-detail phantom CDRAD 2.0 was exposed by single-sided and dual-sided reading IP with different mAs sets.The entrance surface doses were recorded for all images.Images were then presented to two radiologists on a high resolution monitor of diagnosis workstation.The image quality figure(IQF)was measured for each image. Statistical analysis was performed using Spearman's correlation test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test to compare the difference in image quality and exposure dose between single-sided IP and dual-sided reading IP. Objective To explore the efficacy and method of diazepam in the treatment of stupor state. Methods Other antipsychotic drugs were stopped using patients were made sure to be healthy,inject with diazepam (first day 15～20mg,second day 20～30mg).Then,the similar patients who infused with sulpiride(300- 400mg everyday) were collected during the same period,all the cases were evaluated by SAPS and SANS.Analysis the re- sults by t-test.Results After injecting diazepam,19 patients' stupor state were improved in a short time,and didn't ap- lear adverse reaction.But after using sulpiride,only 2 cases improved,12 cases were better and 5 cases had no change,there were significant difference between two groups during the first week.Conclusion Using diazepam for stupor state is a safe and feasible treatment,with low cost,slight adverse reaction but high efficacy.
