OBJECTIVE: To identify the genotype and allele distribution feature of cytochrome P450 2C19( CYP2C19) in Qinghai Sala population. METHODS: The CYP2C19 genotypes of 99 healthy Sala population were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technology. RESULTS: In Qinghai Sala population, CYP2C19 * 1, CYP2C19 * 2 and CYP2C19 * 3 allele frequencies were 56.6%, 29.8% and 13.6%, respectively; CYP2C19 * 1/ * 1, CYP2C19 * 1/ * 2, CYP2C19 * 1/ * 3, CYP2C19 * 2/ * 2 and CYP2C19 * 2/ * 3 genotype frequencies were 30.3%, 36.4%, 16.2%, 6.1% and 11.1%, respectively; CYP2C19 * 3 / * 3 homozygous genotype was not found in this study. CONCLUSION: The genotype distribution of CYP2C19 in Qinghai Sala population is significantly different to Uigu, Li, Bai, Dai, She, Hui and Iran population, but similar to Tu, Du-long, Miao, Zang and Han population. Objective] To explore a new method of synthesis of resveratrol oligmer induced by photosensitizers, further analyze its free radical scavenging activity and analgesic activity. [Method] Resveratrol was dispersed in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution, mixed with pheophorbide, then illuminated by laser at 630nm. The oligmers in the filtrate were analyzed by HPLC-MS and isolated by preparative liquid chromatography. Free radical scavenging activity was determined by DPPH and ABTS method, and the analgesic effect was measured by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. [Result] A new peak occurred and reached stable in reactive solution after 20 min illumination. It was identified as the dimer of resveratrol with conversion of 35%. Its concentrations on inhibition of 50% DPPH and ABTS radical were respectively 230 μg·mL-1 and 273 μg·mL-1. It reached maximum pain threshold at 180 min, and the inhibition rate of writhing number was 62.6% with better effects than resveratrol. [Conclusion] Reseratrol can be polymerized to the dimer after pheophorbide excited by red light, the resveratrol and its dimer both have the ability of eliminating free radicals and analgesic effects, but the dimer has the stronger activity.

Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of rosuvastatin on lipid levels in elderly patients with CHD complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital were retrospectively chosen.By lipid examination,they were all hyperlipidemia.According to the dose of rosuvastatin,they were divided into three groups,and 40 cases in each group.They were given 5 mg,10 mg and 20 mg treatment,respectively.After 2 months,the changes of blood lipid level and the clinical effective rate were compared before and after the treatment.Results:①The blood lipid levels HDL-C [(1.17 ± 0.62) mmol / L] was significantly higher than the other two groups.LDL-C [(3.67 ± 0.83) mmol / L],TC [(4.36 ± 0.96) mmol / L] and TG [(1.68 ± 0.94) mmol / L] were significantly lower than those of the other two groups (P ＜0.05).②The effective rate of treatment in the 20mg group (97.5％) was significantly higher than that in the 5mg group (87.5％) and the 10mg group(85.0％).Conclusions:Rosuvastatin can treat coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia in elderly patients.The dosage of 20 mg can improve the blood lipid level of the patients,is an effective and convenient method,and with high therapeutic efficiency.

Objective To investigate the gender difference in the smile aesthetic features in aged Han Chinese with normal occlusion and its clinical significance.Methods Fifty-six aged Han Chinese (male:28,female:28,aged 60-66 years)with normal occlusion were included in this study.Smiling images of the resting-position and mandibular postural position were obtained in an anteriorposterior view.The CoSmileMAA1.0 software was used to evaluate the indices associated with the smile-aesthetic features,and its clinical significance was analyzed.Results Significant differences were noted in the nasal ala width,upper lip length,lip clearance,angle oris width in resting-position/ smiling position together with the changes of lip clearance,angle oris width,distance of inferior margin of upper lip to cutting edge of the maxillary incisor teeth,distance of superior border of lower lip to cutting edge of the maxillary incisor teeth,smile line ratio and type of smile (all P＜0.05).When the subjects were smiling,the changes of lip clearance was greater in females than in males [(10.7±1.9)mm vs.(11.3±1.6)mm,P＜0.05],the changes of angle oris width was greater in males than in females [(14.1±1.6)mm vs.(13.4±1.3)mm,P＜0.05],and the smile line ratio was less in males than in females [(0.9±0.2) vs.(1.1±0.5),P＜0.05],which indicate that the females had more attractive smile in aged Han Chinese with normal occlusion than males.The type of smile was mainly high smile in elderly females and median smile in elderly males [53.6％ (15 cases) and 60.7％ (17 cases),x2 =6.43,P＜0.05].Conclusions Significant gender difference is noted in the smile-aesthetic features in aged Han Chinese with normal occlusion.Modulation of maxillary incisor teeth length and smile line ratio can contribute to the aesthetic appearance of smiling.

Objective:To study influencing factors for in‐stent restenosis (ISR) during one year in patients with coro‐nary heart disease (CHD) after coronary sirolimus‐eluting stent (SES) implantation .Methods :According to results of coronary angiography (CAG) ,a total of 275 patients ,who hospitalized in our department from Jan 1st ,2012 to Dec 30th ,2013 and have received SES implantation and reviewed CAG after one year ,were divided into non‐ ISR group (n=247) and ISR group (n=38) .Clinical characteristics were compared between two groups ,and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze influencing factors for ISR .Results:Compared with non‐ISR group ,there were significant rise in percentages of occlusion lesions (17. 9% vs .31. 9% ) ,multiple overlapping stents (16. 7% vs . 31.9% ) ,and significant reduction in percentage of stent post‐dilatation (34.9% vs .10.6% ) in ISR group ,P<0.05 or <0. 01 ;Logistic regression analysis indicated that coronary occlusion lesion was a risk factor (OR :2. 855 ,95%CI :1.197~6.808 ,P=0.018) ,and post‐dilatation was a protective factor (OR :0.198 ,95% CI :0.057~0.691 , P=0.011) for ISR occurrence .Conclusion:Multiple overlapping stents and coronary occlusion lesions increase one‐year in‐stent restenosis rate ;stent post‐dilatation can reduce one‐year in‐stent restenosis rate ;coronary occlusion le‐sions is a risk factor , and stent post‐dilatation is a protective factor for restenosis during one‐year after coronary drug‐eluting stent implantation .

Objective The clinical effects of endoprotheses in the palliative treatment of malignant biliary obstruction were evaluated.Methods The palliative treatment of endoprothese in 74 cases(including 42 Wallstents and 32 plastic stents )were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were remarkable effects on reducing the level of serum bilirubin and improving the symptoms.The bilirubin was decreased more obviously in the first week,and tended to normal in 3 weeks.Stenting was performed on upper bileduct obstruction mostly(accounted for 52.7%).The early complications were less;late complications were blockage mainly.The half-year obstructive rate in metal stent group was 19%;plastic stent 25%.Average stent patency was 214 days in metal stent versus 122 days in plastic stent.Conclusion Endoprotheses are an efficient means of treating malignant biliary strictures and reducing the level of serum bilirubin,particularly of upper biliary obstructions.As its micro-invasion,it is fit for old age and asthenic (such as dyscrasia),whose survival time may be shorter(estimated less than 6 months),doctor may choose metal stent.If patient is impoverished,the doctor could use plastic stent.
