To observe the regulative effect of applying garlic cream on acupoint Shenque (CV8) on circadian rhythm disorder induced by sleep deprivation.Methods:Twenty healthy adult men were randomly divided into normal group(group A),sleep deprivation group (group B) and treatment group (group C).Subjects in group B and C received 48-hour sleep deprivation,and in the meantime subjects in group C were treated by applying garlic cream on acupoint Shenque(CV8),while subjects in group A received no any treatment,then contents of serum noradrenaline (NA) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) were detected.Results:The contents of NA in three groups all appeared typical circadian rhythm(P＜0.01 when group A is compared with group C,and P＜0.05 when group A is compared with group B).The peak value in group A was 158.377 and appeared at 10:56,peak value in group B was 291.529 and appeared at 19:44,peak value in group C was 255.964 and appeared at 17:06.The peak phase in group B shifted more obviously when compared with group A,and the peak phase in group C recovered slightly when compared with group B.The contents of 5-HT in group A showed typical circadian rhythm (P＜0.01) and the circadian rhythms in group B and C disappeared (P＞0.05).the peak value in group A was 196.563 and appeared at about13:10.Conclusion:The application of garlic cream on acupoint Shenque (CV8) Can adjust the disturbed circadian rhythm and accelerate the recovery of circadian rhythm.It is a simple and effective therapeutic method for adjusting circadian rhythm disorder.

Objective:To explore influence of aerobic exercise training on serum copeptin level in aged patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated chronic heart failure (CHF) .Methods :A total of 200 aged CHD + CHF patients were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group (received cardiotonic ,diuretic etc .routine therapy) and aerobic exercise group (received aerobic exercise training based on routine therapy) .After six months , serum copeptin level was measured ,cardiac function and quality of life were assessed and compared between two groups .Results:Compared with before treatment after six months ,serum copeptin level significantly reduced in both groups ( P<0.05 all);compared with routine treatment group ,there was significant reduction in serum copep‐tin level [ (10.85 ± 2.66) pmol/ml vs .(9.24 ± 3.82) pmol/ml , P=0.036] in aerobic exercise group .Compared with routine treatment group ,there was significant improvement in cardiac function ,significant rise in 6min walk‐ing distance [ (185.3 ± 51.8) m vs .(386.5 ± 62.4) m] ,and significant reduction in score of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire [ (32.5 ± 5.5) scores vs .(21.8 ± 4.2) scores] in aerobic exercise group , P<0.05 both ;no patients suffered from adverse events such as aggravated heart failure and malignant arrhythmia etc .during aero‐bic exercise therapy .Conclusion:On the basis of drug treatment ,aerobic exercise training can reduce serum copeptin level ,improve cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure .

Objective To observe the protective effect of meicha protein on the heart of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR),and explore its mechanism.Methods Fourty healthy SHR rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:model control group,Meicha protein low dose group(70 mg·kg-1)、Meicha protein high dose group(140 mg·kg-1),Compound Kendir Leaves Tablets group(50 mg·kg-1),n=10.The rats were orally administered twice daily by gavage for seven weeks,measuring blood pressure in each group fort nightly.1 h after the last administration,drawing off the blood from carotid,stripping off the heart tissue,and the organ index was calculated;Taking a part of the tissue with 4% paraformaldehyde for Pathological histology.Detection of serum NO,ET-1 levels as well as the organization of the ACE and Ang II mRNA expression to explore the mechanism of its buck.Results Meicha protein could significantly reduce the blood pressure of SHR;The impact on the rat organ coefficient was not obvious,but had a protective effect on heart tissue.Compared with the model control group,the contents of NO an ET-1 were significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the high dose of Meicha protein could induce ACE,AngⅡ,CYP11B2.The expression of mRNA was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion The possible mechanism of Meicha protein antihypertensionis relevant to increase the content of NO in serum,reduce the content of ET-1 in serum,reduce mRNA expression of ACE and AngⅡin cardiac tissue.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of the fixation of elderly fracture of proximal humerus with locking compression plate(LCP) by mini-incision approach from lateral shoulder.Methods31 elderly patients suffered from elderly fracture of proximal humerus were treated with locking compression plate(LCP) by mini-incision approach from lateral shoulder, male 13 cases, female 18 cases; aged from 56 to 72, average 62-8 years old; fractures according to Neer classification: type Ⅱ(8 cases), type Ⅲ (19 cases), type Ⅳ (4 cases). Cause of injuries: traffic accident (9 cases), falling (20 cases), other injuries(2 cases).ResultsThe patients were followed up 6 to 36 months, an average of about 24 months. Fracture healing time was 2-2 ～ 6-4 months, on average 3-7 months; No wound infection occurred. Post-operative functional score (Neer score) revealed: excellent(18 cases), good (11 cases), fair (2 cases), the ratio of excellent(18 cases), good (11 cases) was 93-5%. ConclusionFixation of elderly fracture of proximal humerus with locking compression plate(LCP) by minimally invasive approach from lateral shoulder is a safe, reliable and minimally invasive procedure with good reduction and stable fixation. Early post-operative functional exercise may be permitted for preventing shoulder joint adhesion.

Objective To investiagte the serum adiponectin concentration in preeclampsia and its relationship with serum leptin and soluble leptin receptor levels.Method The level of adiponectin,leptin and soluble leptin receptor in serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 38 patients with preeclampsia and 42 patients as control.The relationship of free leptin index(leptin/soluble leptin receptor) to preeclampsia was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in maternal age,gestational age and body mass index(BMI)between two groups.But the gestational age and birth weight were significantly lower in preeclampsia than in control.The patients with preeclampsia had significantly higher levels of serum adiponectin, leptin and free leptin index(1691.7?g/ml,37.5 ng/ml and 0.95 respectively)than the control(689.4?g/ml, 19.3 ag/ml and 0.49,respectively).But there was no significant difference in serum level of soluble leptin receptor between the groups(35.0 ng/ml vs 42.2 ng/ml).Serum adiponectin was not significantly correlated with the level of leptin,soluble leptin receptor and free leptin index.Area of serum adiponectin,leptin and free leptin index in preeclampsia under the ROC curve were less than 0.5.Conclusions The patients with preeclampsia have paradoxical higher serum levels of adiponecfin and more bioavailability of leptin,suggesting these may be important factom of this complication.

Nevertheless, due to the serious destroy of ecological environment and sharp increase of demands, etc. A lot of specialized Mongolian folk medicine resources were endangered, and there still existed some problems in the protection and exploitation and utilization. This paper intends to provide comprehensive insight into the species protection and exploitation and utilization states of specialized Mongolian folk medicine resources. The application and protection status and the existing problems were reviewed, and the development strategies of Mongolian folk medicine resource were analyzed.

Objective　To observe the changes of the concentration of Ca2+, contents of cAMP, CaM and activity of Ca2+/CaM-PK II in pheochromocytoma PC12 cells after combined soman and hypoxia injury. Methods　The changes of ［Ca2+］, and activity of CaM, cAMP and Ca2+/CaM-PK II in PC12 cells were studied after combined soman and hypoxia injury with radioimmunoassay. Results　The changes of ［Ca2+］, the contents of CaM, cAMP were significantly higher in hypoxic and soman intoxicated group than in soman intoxicated group and control group under hypoxia; but the activity of Ca2+/CaM-PK Ⅱ were significantly decreased. Conclusion　［Ca2+］, CaM, cAMP and Ca2+/CaM-PK Ⅱ exert important role in the damage of PC12 after combined soman and hypoxia injury.

Objective To investigate the application valve of bFGF to improve the viability of trans-plantation flap in Wistar rat. Methods Forty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups based on the age: group A,B(1.5 month old, every group was 12 rats) and group C,D (3 month old, every group was 12 rats). After an ischemic model completed, recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) was given to groups A and C in ischemie zone by vascularization flap injection and the equality of normal saline to groups B and D. 14 days postoperatively, the muscular tissue was sent for histology, the blood vessel density was calculated by image analysis, and positive VEGF was detected by immunohistochem-istry. Results The member of capillaries and positive VEGF were more in group A than that in B, and also were morein group C than D(P < 0.05), but there were not statistic difference between group A and C (P > 0.05). Conclusion Recombinant bovine bFGF can stimulate angiogenesis and improve the ischemie vascu-larization flap of rat, which is not associated with their age.
