Objective With the increasing of the CT examination, the dose of x-ray has been brought to public attention. For the sake of making the MDCT technology better applied, available optimal technology has to be used to reduce the x-ray dose to the patients. Methods Many optimal technologies were involved in, such as ECG modulation, cardiac bowtie, 3D dose modulation, compact geometry design, electron collector and speed 4D CARE dose. Results The result of the research showed that the dose of scanning x-ray of CT could be decreased sharply by using optimal technologies. The Q2 values was the standard which could well evaluate the quality of the CT′s images and the dose of x-ray. Conclusion The quality of images and the dose of x-ray can′t be separated, which must be quoted together.

With patients' general situation, medication use, occurrence time of adverse drug reaction/event (ADR/ADE), clinical manifestations and prognosis as reference items, a retrospective study was made for 315 cases with ADR/ADE induced by Gastrodin in Chongqing from January 2008 to June 2014, in order to analyze the characteristics of ADR/ADE and provide reference for rational clinical medication. The results showed that among the 315 cases with ADR/ADE, 143 cases (45.4%) were males and 172 cases (54.6%) were females, most of them (74.9%) were aged above 45; 60 cases (19.0%) with ADE were caused by off-label indications and 66 cases (21.0%) with ADE were caused by over dosage; ADR/ADE cases induced by intravenous drip mainly happened within 30 min (85.5%), ADR/ADE cases induced by oral administration mainly happened within 2 h (74.4%), and all of ADR/ ADE cases induced by intramuscular injection happened within 10 min. Totally 593 ADR/ADE cases were reported, which were mainly damages in gastrointestinal system, skin and its adnexa; And 61.9% of ADR/ADE cases were newly reported. It is suggested that medical workers shall learn about the regularity and characteristics of ADR/ADE induced by gastrodin, apply it in clinic with standards, pay close attention to changes of patients' situations and attach importance to the monitoring of ADR/ADE, so as to enhance the safety of medication.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of hydrodynamics-based injection with plasmids of IL-10, TGF-β1 and TGF-β1 + IL-10 in murine skin transplantation model. Methods Plasmids were constructed by inserting coding sequences of IL-10 and TGF-β1. In F1 mice (Balb/c×C57BL/6, H-2b/d) to Balb/c (H-2d) murine skin transplant model, 20 μg plasmid (blank or IL-10 or TGF-β1 or IL-10 + TGF-β1) was injected to donors by hydrodynamics-based method in first day and every interval 2 days for 6 times. The survival of grafts was observed after 7 days of transplantation. After C56BL/6 spleen cells transfused Balb/c accepted 5 times hydrodynamics-based injection as above,CD4+ CD25+ T regulatory cells of spleen were measured by FACS. Results The survival time of graft in each group was (13.50±1.04)days (blank group), (13.83±1.16)days (IL-10 group), (15.33±1.50) days (TGF-β1 group), and (21.33±3.20) days (IL-10 + TGF-β1 group),respectively (P<0.05). The percentage of CD4+ CD25+ cells was (6. 58±1.86)% (blank group),(10.52±1.13)% (IL-10 group),(14.44±0.42)% (TGF-β1 group),and (14.25±1.24)% (IL-10+TGF-β1 group) respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrodynamics-based transfection of IL-10 combined with TGF-β1 can synergistically enhance the percentage of CD4+ CD25+ T cells and prolong the graft survival.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging 2016;24(1):27-31
Purpose Central nervous system (CNS) hemangiopericytoma (HPC) is rare in clinic and prone to misdiagnosis. This paper aims to improve the diagnostic accuracy of CNS HPC by analyzing the MRI and CT features. Materials and Methods CT and MRI appearances and pathologic features of 14 cases with surgery and pathology proved CNS HPC were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were intracranial and intraspinal lesions in 12 and 2 cases respectively. 5 cases were lobular, 4 cases irregular, and 5 cases were round or oval in shapes. On CT scan, 2 intracranial lesions showed slight hyperdensity and were avidly enhanced following contrast injection. On T1WI, 11 cases showed isointensity compared with brain white matter;on T2WI, 10 cases showed isointensity compared with brain gray matter. Marked heterogeneous enhancement was shown in 7 cases. Necrosis and cystic changes were seen in 6 cases. Flow-void sign was seen in 9 cases;9 cases were attached to meninges through narrow base. Dural tail sign was observed in 4 cases. Bone erosion was seen in 4 cases. In 5 cases with DWI scan, isointensity was shown in 4 cases and slight hyperintensity in 1 case. The density and signals in 2 cervical spine lesions were uniform with homogenous enhancement;expansive bone swelling in 1 case. Conclusion CNS HPC shows hyperdensity on CT. They present equal signal compared with white matter on T1WI and equal signal compared with grey matter on T2WI, with some void signal of vessel, and isointense on diffusion weighted images. Tumor invades adjacent skull with rare dural tail sign.

OBJECTIVETo study the protective effect of rosmarinic acid (Ros A) on the primary cardiomyocyte hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury.
METHODPrimary cardiomyocytes of rats were cultured in vitro to establish the H/R injury of cardiomyocytes and observe the changes in the cell viability and LDH leakage. The changes in ATP content and ROS in cardiomyocytes were measured by using chemiluminescence and fluorescent probe technique. The effects of rosmarinic acid on the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes, cleaved-caspase 3, Akt and p-Akt protein expression were further detected by flow cytometry and western blot analysis.
RESULTAccording to the experimental results, Ros A at doses of 25, 50, 100 mg x L(-1) could inhibit the decrease in H/R-induced cell viability, LDH leakage and excessive ROS generation, and maintain the ATP level in cells. Ros A at doses of 50, 100 mg x L(-1) could remarkably inhibit the H/R-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis and down-regulate the expression of cleaved caspase-3. Moreover, Ros A at doses of 100 mg x L(-1) could significantly up-regulate the expression of p-Akt.
CONCLUSIONRos A has the significant effect in resisting the cardiomyocyte H/R injury, improve cardiomyocyte energy metabolism and reduce cell apoptosis, which is related to the activation of Akt pathway.
