1.Damage to medical safety brought about by job burnout and countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(03):-
The paper gives a brief account of the basic concept of job burnout and the current state of job burnout among physicians and nurses, analyzes the damage job burnout brings about to medical safety and the causes, further explains theories related to job burnout, and puts forward some countermeasures: ① enhancing understanding of job burnout and relevant measures of intervention;② making rational work arrangements so as to guarantee the sound interaction between people and work;③ implementing active psychological interventions so as to keep the employees in a sound psychological state;④ encouraging the employees to get involved in safety control so as to promote safe behavior over a long period of time.

Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2016;29(5):364-367,371
To explore innovative training model for young teachers in university, literature and practical data in university were analyzed.A new concept of research tutor system was put forward in which young teachers and tutors were linked with scientific research project and common interests.Tutors in one subject trained the young teachers from another subject. In this model,a new relationship with equality and free-talk between tutors and students was established and the advantage of talent group effect was ascended.Discipline crossing, multiple communication and interactive learning may be promoted and the number of innovative young teachers and scientific research achievements may increase.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(10):764-767
18 F-FDG PET-CT has been widely used for the diagnosis, staging and assessment of therapeutic response in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).In particular, the technique plays an important role in the prediction of the response to therapy in patients with locally advanced NSCLC.It can dynamically observe the tumor tissue metabolism, and according to the changes of 18 F-FDG uptake by visual or quantitative analysis, before and after treatment, allow prediction of the early efficacy of locally advanced NSCLC with chemotherapy and (or) radiotherapy in clinical or sub-clinical levels.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of interleukin-6(IL-6) contents in serum and urine in children with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods The contents of IL-6 in serum and urine in 38 cases of PNS were exa-(mined) by ELISA before and after treatment with prednisone 2 mg/(kg?d) for 8 weeks. Results Before the treatment with prednisone, the contents of IL-6 in serum in steroid-responsive group and steroid-resistant group were significantly higher than those in the normal controls(P0.05).In the steroid-responsive group and steroid-resistant group, the levels of IL-6 in urine were significantly higher than those in the normal controls(P0.05).The contents of IL-6 in steroid-resistant group in serum and urine had significant difference in the comparison with the normal controls(P

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
In recent years, more and more researchers have realized the possibility that algicidal bacteria could be a useful tool in reducing the impact of harmful algae blooms. In this review, the ecological roles of algicidal substances was briefly discussed, then special emphasis placed on the categories and extract methods of algicidal substances which have been reported. Some ideas for the further studies on algicidal substances were also proposed.

PET-CT plays a increasing important role in the treatment of lung cancer.Compared with CT,the advantage of PET-CT is obvious, which is more accuracy when determine a metastasis and identify inflammatory lesions. What's more,on the basis of the accuracy staging,PET-CT change many strategies which were based on traditional image, resulting in improving the treatment effect. While the assessment and prediction of the efficacy by PET-CT also exerted an important influence on the formulation of treatment strategies.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
Objective To observe the effects of cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitors and prostaglandin (PG) receptor blocker on hyperalgesia of diabetic rats. Methods Nociceptive paw-withdrawal threshold (NPWT) and thermal latency (TL) of diabetic hyperalgesic rats were tested after subcutaneous injections of COX inhibitors indomethacin and meloxicam, and EP 1 PG receptor blocker SC-19220 into the dorsum of the hindpaw of the rats. Results Indomethacin, a classic inhibitor of COX, produced a significant and long-lasting relief of mechanical hyperalgesia in diabetic hyperalgesic rats. Meloxicam, a selective cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) inhibitor, alleviated mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia, but with a shorter duration. SC-19220, a selective EP 1 PG receptor blocker, produced significant relief of mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia. Conclusion COX inhibitors and EP 1 PG receptor blocker relieve hyperalgesia of diabetic rats, which suggests that PGs play an important role in inducing and maintaining hyperalgesia in diabatic rats.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic strategy of acute subdural hematoma. Methods A restrospective study was carried out with a total of 94 consecutive ASDH patients who were confirmed through computed tomographic scan and obtained the clinical characteristics by experienced neurosurgeons.15 cases werepure acute subdural hematoma and the other 79 cases were acute compound subdural hematoma according to CT scan. Results In accordance with the GOS,36 cases had good recovery,19 cases had moderate disability,17 cases had severe disability and 22 cases dead. Conclusion The most important treatment for pure acute subdural hematom was to diagnose the source of bleeding, and acute compound subdural hematoma had poor prognosis than pure acute subdural hematoma since the traumatic severity. Early decraniuim by large bone flap to treat acute compound subdural hematoma could improve survival rate, reduce the fatality rate and decrease postoperative complications.
