Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Zuoyu üo. 1(ZY1)in the prevention of concomitant concurrent complica-tions after operation for anorectal diseases. Methods:164 patients who had received operation for anorectal diseases were randomly di-vided into 2 groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with sitz baths in ZY1 and the conventional wound dressing method. Patients in the control group were treated with sitz baths in warm water and the conventional wound dressing method. Results:The effi-ciency rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(53. 57% vs. 27. 5%,P<0. 05),as well as the total effectiveness(95. 23% vs. 88. 75%,P<0. 05). The comparison showed that better curative effects existed in the treatment group on distress, bleeding, and edema ratings and wound healing time. Conclusion:Sitz bath in ZY1 after operation for anorectal dis-eases reduces complications and shortens the wound healing time without any side effect. It is thus extensively promising in clinical ap-plications.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-prescribed Zuoyu No. 2 (ZY2) in the treatment of anal eczema after complex anal fistula operation. Methods: Totally 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in the treatment group were given ZY2 combined with the conventional wound dressing treatment after defecation everyday, while the patients in the con-trol group were treated with washing infection area with warm water followed by applying triamcinolone acetonide and econazole creams on the lesion or itching skin combined with the conventional wound dressing after defecation everyday. Results:The efficiency rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (82. 0% vs 60. 0%, P<0. 05), the total effective rate in the treatment group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (100% vs 90. 0%, P<0. 05). The anal pruritus disappearance time and the skin lesion recovery time in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:ZY2 has a good clinical curative efficacy in the treatment of anal eczema after complex anal fistula operation with improvement of clinical symp-toms, which is worthy of promoted application.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the new method of ureter bladder anastomosis in renal transplantation. Methods The ureter was pulled into bladder for 1.2 cm through tunnel at the lateral- top of bladder wall, and the ureter fixed on the bladder wall by 2-3 acus with catgut suture. Results Forty of 42 patients had no complications, and recovered very well, except for 1 cases of necrosis caused by acute rejection and 1 case on urine leakage caused by catheter obstruction from blood clot.Conclu- sion This method is simple, easy to operate, safe and reliable with less complications.

China Pharmacy 2015;(19):2601-2603,2604
OBJECTIVE:To study the classification of deviation in drug production. METHODS:From the perspective of dom-inant and hidden deviation, combining with the theory of risk management, risk of deviation was evaluated with different risk man-agement tools to define the severity of the deviation, and it was handled by different methods. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Ac-cording to the identifiability of deviation in actual management, the deviation was divided into dominance and hidden deviation. The dominant deviation can be divided into deep and shallow level. Whether the causes of deviation could be cleared and the conse-quences could be estimates were judged after the shallow level classification, and the deviation was further divided into simple and complex deviation. As for deviation complex,it could be evaluated with the tools of risk management to define the deviation severi-ty. As for hidden deviation,it needed beforehand preventing with the tools of risk management directly to define deviation levels and provide reference for preventive measures. In the process of deviation management, key point is to relay on the scientific meth-od to identify and classify deviation, and divide the influence levels. Combining the theory of risk management to select and use risk tools is the effective way to solve the problem.

Berberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid isolated from Rhizoma Coptidis and Cortex Phellodendri, which has a long medical history in China.Recent studies have indicated that berberine has multiple pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory,anti-microorganisms,anti-cancer,cardiac protection, glucose lowering, regulating lipid metabolism and immune suppression.Berberine has been used for the treatment of intestinal infectious diseases for many years. With the continuous progress of the research,it is reported that berberine has many new clinical applications, including treatment of the cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome and its complications, cancers, abdominal adhesions and chlamydia trachomatis infection. This review is intended to introduce the role of berberine in various aspects of pharmacological effects, molecular mechanisms and clinical applications.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(11):-
Objective To explore the best way to diagnose and cure the nephrosis with ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO) in children. Methods The diagnosis of 26 cases of nephrosis with UPJO were confirmed by ultrasonogram and IVU examinations. All patients underwent AndersonHynes procedures. These results were analyzed and summarized. Results All the diagnosis were proved to be correct by operation and pathology examinations, the operations were carried out successfully.Twenty-four cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. After the operation, the hematuria, urinary frequency, abdominal mass and distention disappeared, the urine analysis was normal, all cases cured clinically.Ultrasonogram examinations showed the thickness of parenchyma increased and the large kidneys lessened.Significantly improved renal fuoction on IVU examinations was observed in the 24 cases compared with that before the operations. The ureters of 20 cases displayed well. Conclusions The combination of ultrasonogram and IVU is very effective method to diagnose UPJO in children.Anderson-Hynes technique is the best procedure to cure the UPJO.

Objective To observe whether sodium arsenite(NaAsO2)can activate the expressions of hemeoxygenase-1(HO-1)of normal human liver cell line named Chang liver. Methods Chang liver cells were exposed to NaAsO2 at 10 μmoL/L,0(contml),2,6,12,24 h and at 0(control),5,10,25,50 μmol/L in 12 h, followed by the measuring of the expressions of HO-1 protein in ceUs with western blot. Results In 10 μmol/L groups Chang liver cells exposed for 6,12,24 h cultured in vitro, the expressions of HO-l protein(3.97±0.72, 12.92±2.98,23.29±3.82)was significantly higher than that of control(1.00±0.00),and compared with the control, the difference being statistically significant(F=85.83,P<0.01;t=-9.42,-8.95,-13.83,respectively,P< 0.05 or<0.01).In 12 h,5,10,25 and 50 μmol/L groups cultured in vitro, the expressions of HO-1(16.34±0.25, 7.75±0.39,7.93±0.14,12.48±0.35)was significantly higher than that of control(1.00±0.00).and compared with the control, the difference being statistically significant(F=85.83,P<0.01;t=-36.25,-30.19,-86.40, -56.40,respectively,all P<0.01).Conclusion Inorganic arsenic call induce the activation of HO-1,promote the expression of protein in a time-and dose-dependent manner.
