China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for determination of triamcinolone acetonide(TA), diphenhydramine hydrochloride(DH) and miconazole nitrate(MN) in compound miconazole nitrate cream(MNC). METHODS: The determination was performed on Hypersil ODS2. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% ammonium acetate (45∶35∶20) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 234 nm; the column temperature was 40 ℃ and the inject volume was 20 ?L. RESULTS: The linear ranges for MN, TA and DH were 0.16~0.64 (r=0.999 8), 0.02~0.06 (r=0.999 9) and 0.08~0.24 (r=0.999 2) mg?L-1 respectively, with their average recoveries at 100.0%, 99.6% and 100.7%, RSD at 1.2%, 0.8% and 0.9%(n=3) respectively. CONCLUSION: The HPLC method can be used for the simultaneous determination of the three constituents in CMNC.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
To prepare decalcified bone matrix particles(DBMP)with adriamycin(ADM) impregnated bone cement(BC) drug delivery system(DDS), its drug delivery characteristics were studied and analysed in vivo. DBMP were made according to the methods of Urist et al. ADM was putting into DBMP by vacuum absorption and freeze drying techniques. Then the DBMP with ADM were impregnated into BC in 1∶1 to form DDS. The DDS was implanted into the greater trochanter of femur in rabbits and the release test was done in vivo. The DDS could gradually release ADM for over 12 weeks in local bone tissues, maintained stable release for 4 weeks. The maximum ADM in local bone tissues was 29 times higher than that of the same intrarenous dose, while the maximum ADM in plasma was only 1/10 of the same intravenous dose. The DDS has a good sustained release function, and can meet the needs of local chemotherapy for limb salvage treament of bone tumor.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(1):33-35
A cardiac stimulator for rapid atrial pacing animal model was designed in this paper. According to the needs of clinical research, output pulse parameters of the cardiac stimulator can be designed. The cardiac stimulator will be controlled through magnet. Efficiency of the cardiac stimulator was validated by animal experiments.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2013;(2):104-107
Objective To investigate the variation of lipid profile in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) of different age groups. Methods Total 1214 patients of AMI were admitted to our hospital from May 2007 to July 2011.The age of patients ranged 40-89 years, and patients were divided into 5 age groups with 10-years step.Differences in lipid levels were observed by using pair-wise comparison among different age groups. Results Pair-wise comparisons among different age groups indicated that TC levels were higher in 40-69 years age groups [(4.71 ± 1.08),(4.80 ± 1.30),(4.69 ± 1.03) mmol/L,respectively] than those in the 70-89 age groups [(4.41 ± 0.96),(4.38 ± 1.03) mmol/L],all P < 0.05(t values were 2.381,2.323,4.382,3.965,3.317,3.096).TG levels among three age groups < 59 years had no significant difference, which were higher than those in groups over 60 years.Among 50-89 years age groups,TG gradually reduced with increase of age.HDL levels were lower in 40-59 years age groups [(1.03 ± 0.23),(1.05 ± 0.26) mmol/L,respectively] than those in 60-89 years age groups [(1.11 ±0.28),(1.11±0.28),(1.16±0.34) mmol/L,respectively],allP<0.05 (t values were-2.777,-2.789,-3.731,-2.543,-2.566,-3.644).Total cholesterol (TC) (r =-0.123,P <0.01),lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) (r =-0.139,P < 0.01) and triglyceride (TG) (r =-0.287,P <0.01) were negatively but high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) (r =0.125,P < 0.01) was positively correlated with age of patients.TC levels in female patients were higher than those in male patients in 50-89 years age groups; LDL levels in female patients were higher than those in male patients in 50-69 years age groups and HDL levels in female patients were higher than those in male patients in 40-79 years age groups (all P < 0.05,t values were-2.878,-3.007,-3.352,-3.333).Conclusions Results show that the non-elderly AMI patients (<60 years) have higher levels of TC,LDL and TG,and lower level of HDL than the elderly patients; the TC,LDL and HDL levels are higher in female AMI patients than those in male patients at the same age groups.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of aminoguanidine(AG) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion damage in rats. Methods The intravascular thread models with 2 h of occlusion and 22 h of reperfusion were made in the rats. The brain infarction size and the degree of blood brain barrier(BBB) disruption in the ischemic regions were evaluated by staining with 2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride and observing with Evans blue fluorescence microscope.HE staining was utilized for observing neutrophil infiltration. Results The brain infarction(volume,) the area of BBB disruption and the degree of neutrophil infiltration were dramatically decreased in the treatment group as compared to the control group(P

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objectives: To explore the purpose, design and application of a hospital website. Methods: A website of the hospital is setup on the platform of windows 2000 Advanced Server by using such tools as Dream Weaver 4.0/Flash 5.0/Visual Interdev 6.0 and MS SQL 2000 Database. Results: Medical resources are shared worldwide on the internet by presenting on the website the image and special features of the hospital and related services offered by the hospital, advertising the hospital's new technology and latest development, and offering such online services as a dynamic release of the latest news about medical treatment and scientific research, online medical consultation, distant diagnosis, patient doctor interactive platform, and academic research and exchange platform. As a result, a new system of hospital service is established, the overall level of medical treatment enhanced, and a broader and more in depth medical research accelerated. Conclusions: A website is indispensable to a hospital.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Objective To study the effects of HMG CoA reductase inhibitor, lovastatin (LOV), on the proliferation of human breast cancer cell MCF 7 and the role of intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca 2+ ]i) in this event. Methods After treated with LOV at the dosages of 4, 8 and 16 ?mol/L for 1-3 d respectively, the proliferation of MCF 7 cells was examined with MTT, and the distributions of cell cycles with FCM assay. Meanwhile, the change of [Ca 2+ ]i of MCF 7 cells was observed with laser scanning confocal microscopy, and the expression of plasma membrane calcium ATPase isoform 1 (PMCA1) mRNA with RT PCR. Results Lovastatin, inhibited the proliferation of MCF 7 cells and arrested MCF 7 cells in the G 0/G 1 phase of cell cycle, in a dose and time dependent manner. However, apoptosis of LOV treated MCF 7 cells was not obvious. Simultaneously, LOV increased [Ca 2+ ]i of MCF 7 cells, but didn't change the expression of PMCA1 mRNA. Conclusion The results suggest that LOV has the capabilities of inhibiting the proliferation of MCF 7 cells and arresting them in G 0/G 1 phase. These effects of LOV maybe correlate with LOV changing the function of PMCA1and increasing [Ca 2+ ]i of MCF 7 cells.
